Checking the error codes myself had me worried that it was something major. Thomas's tech found the number 2 coil had come unplugged. The coil is under part of the intake manifold and most shops would of taken this manifold off in order to get to the coil and would have charged me for the labor in the process. Somehow the Thomas tech found a way to reach under the manifold with a tool or something to secure the power plug to the coil. By doing this they probably saved me 2 hours of labor costs. Instead I think I just paid for the diagnostic. I've had a brake check done where all they had to do was clean the excessive brake dust up and everything was fine. Honest and affordable repairs done right.
