If I am not mistaken, it has been open less than a year and it shows everywhere in the hotel It still smells new. The decor is modern (think Cort) and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. I can't comment on the food offerings, but then I rarely eat at hotels. Being the big metropolis that Borger is, you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel for the price they charge. Give me my Priority Club points!!

Dead silverfish on bathroom floor. Old half drunk pint bottle of cheap whiskey in refrigerator. Hair dryer inoperative. No elevator. Were this a different class of hotel I'd give it 2* but it's economy all the way and that's how it performed.

Let me start this off by saying I never leave bad reviews. I feel obligated to tell people about this cesspool. I travel a lot for work. I have stayed in some interesting hotels and rent houses but this place has got to be the worst so far. I rolled into town late and had to be up for work. I didn't press the issue when the owner refused to show me a room before I paid for a full week in advance. When we got to the room I saw mouse poop on top of the microwave. I asked politely if he counts refund me and he told me to "read the sign". After I read the sign I had him take me to another room, When I opened the dresser drawer there was mouse poop and a dead roach. I asked to be given a refund again, and this man actually gave me bleach and a rag; I respectfully declined his generous offer. He showed me to another room after that that looked alright until I pulled the blood stained sheets back and there was more mouse poop. I knocked on the office door and was told "you're the only one that complains. Nobody else comes in here and complains like you did. I even upgraded you to a kitchen suite" the upgraded kitchen suite had a stove that didn't work and a sink that didn't have hot water. I'll attach some pictures so that you can see it without having to experience all of the smells and everything else that accompany this hotel. The owner should be ashamed and the health department should shut them down.

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there's a refrigerator/freezer and microwave available if needed. We plan on staying there again on our next trip.
