They pulled the old hook line and sinker! The caddies steal the show! Convenient with a gift shop right around the corner! I told myself I wanted to see the Cadillac Ranch, I saw it and what better than a nice momento to go with it? The gift show was a neat little one stop shop sure to lure you in. They carried shirts, shot glasses, post cards, photos, and many other souvenirs all themed with the Cadillac Ranch. They even carried cans of spray paint to use at the Ranch. The woman at the register was very friendly and welcoming surrounded by plexiglass. She told me and the other guests if we liked their page on Facebook they would give us a free sticker! Of course I got my sticker! Next time I visit the Cadillac Ranch I'll be stopping here to pick up some souvenirs.

Nicest guy you could ever meet...could've been my grandpa. Price was fair. $25. Park was fairly full mostly permanents or monthlies (some need cleaned out, but overall not bad). Roads were gravel. Sights were gravel. Our sight was NOT level. Utilities were perfectly located. Very easy to get situated. Gentleman helped me get straight and even in the back. Barely fit and had to unhook (although he said staying hooked up wasn't an issue if I was comfortable with it). We are actually in West Amarillo which may be an issue for 'walkers'. You will have to drive to town, but not far. Freeway noise is there, but not bad. Nice privacy fence along frontage road. Some trees and some shade. I felt the value was good. Pleasant stay and would come again.

The pull through spots are spacious It would be a fantastic place to take littles! Tons of things for them to do! Playground, bounce pad & indoor pool! We stayed in our rv but you can rent cabins or even stay in a covered wagon! They had patios with seating & hammocks too! Very nearby is the "Bug Ranch" where you can spray paint VWs and a variety of other things. Across the street is another activity park. We did not go but looked fun. They also have 3 dog parks. It might've been a fluke but one had several messes that were not cleaned. Could've been a visitor but that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. By far the worst RV park I have ever been to!…read more Our RV was overheating so we decided to park in the vacant lot across the street from the park to allow the engine/transmission to cool. (There was zero signage in the lot. Only exposed power wires). I was then subsequently illegally blocked into the parking lot by a gentleman who claimed to be the owner of "Big Texan RV Ranch" Andy. The individual refused to identify himself further and repeatedly demanded money from me in the form of cash. Andy then phoned for a worker from the park to block me into the spot. The worker from "Big Texan RV Ranch" then parked his truck on my front bumper damaging it. I had my wife and two kids in the RV at the time. The police were called and the individuals were told to leave by the police or face legal consequences. If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible place, nasty owner who likes to commit felonies. Stay far away from here! I am 100% DAV. Police incident # 26-052426 Texas Penal Code: 20.02 If you are a civil attorney in Texas I would like to speak with you about this matter. Thank you for your time.

A day pass is $8.00 and is good till 10:00PM (you can leave and come back). They give you a map as well. You can drive the whole thing and see a lot from your car. There's also plenty of pull-offs for picture opportunities. For ones that like hiking, there's plenty of that there. I'm not big into hiking, and I also didn't pack to do so. Lol. There is cave you see from the road, and if you want you can do a short hike to it. I wasn't on planning really hiking anywhere but this was short enough. Easy to get up, going down you have to be a lil careful. Good place for pictures too. Camping ground are available too. Anyways, if you're in town visiting or never have been there, I definitely recommend it!

It's just an empty lot. I was very excited to go here…read more Check in was easy in that you just call them when you get there then go hookup. Note: There is NO ACCESS to the canyon from here. You CANNOT walk into it from this campground. Everywhere you look are NO TRESSPASSING signs all along the thing, which is super annoying. I chose this place to take the dogs on a nice walk into the canyon but seeing these red NO TRESSPASSING signs everywhere killed it for me. We also hit a horrible snow and ice storm staying here. I had no idea it was going to get so cold. My water hose froze to the RV and the pump. I had to use a lighter and grit to get it unstuck. This was the first RV park I ever stayed at. The fact that we couldn't go into the canyon really killed it. The weather didn't help but I know it's not their fault.
