I visited this boutique this week to purchase a gift for my husband's cousin's 30th birthday and had the pleasure of working with Charlene. She was exceptional: warm, gracious, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had already decided on a bracelet but wanted to see it in the different materials and colors available before choosing the right one for the recipient. Charlene patiently walked me through the options, never rushed the experience, and made the entire visit feel effortless and enjoyable. I was genuinely surprised to see some of the negative reviews for this location, as my experience was quite the opposite. I felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment I arrived. The service was attentive, thoughtful, and exactly what I've come to expect from Cartier. Charlene took care of every detail, including beautifully wrapping the gift and making sure I had everything I needed before leaving. She is truly a wonderful SA and someone I would happily work with again. Another lovely Cartier experience from beginning to end.

Shopping for your future wedding bands is supposed to be an exciting moment so you would think she would at least put some effort. Teresa was just straight up rude, condescending, and unprofessional. This associate kept making snarky comments at us like she was above us when we inquired to see certain prducts and asked questions. "You should've done your own research before coming." Well, why do you think we came in person? To do our research and try on stuff before purchasing. 0 out of 10 would not recommend Cartier to anybody. If you ever do take a risk at this location, just make sure you ask to not work with TERESA. She is the Asian woman with colored hair and crooked teeth in case there are multiple workers with that name there. We continued to be polite and be the professional ones as customers even when we had every right to be rude back to her. Most likely the type of worker who would only be respectful to you if you are a confirmed buyer. Overall, the standard at this establishment is extremely low if this is how one associate represents this brand. Hopefully they can provide some training or something. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Only positive note is the worker opening the door and greeted us. He was cool. Maybe make that man a sales associate. I would happily give him the commission from my purchases.

From the door greeter, to security, and sales associates, everyone was welcoming, pleasant, and treated me as though they knew me. My sales associate was Nathan, and his personality is amazing. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn't just help us design rings--he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness.
