The gentleman who helped me look at the watch and jewelry was really helpful and nice. when I went in the next day for the purchase to pick the items up the gals working there were so sweet it really made the experience for my husband and I very delightful. Im not one to really write reviews but these girls were so adorably sweet and the gentleman too. This is my go to place for jewelry now . The great customer service was the icing on the cake! Service is super unprofessional - the employee's that are working their are super pushy & aggressive when it comes to looking at something and beware they won't let you go until you tell them your gonna come back and purchase something. Halleh was helping me out should either get an attitude change or retire she was pay to pushy - if she want's good commission maybe she should work at a car dealership. He helped us score some awesome deals-- so good we ended up buying FIVE rings (one as a gift for my future mother-in-law, one I could wear to the gym and not worry about denting when lifting weights, a wedding band for me, a wedding band for my fiancé, and a ring my fiancé could wear to work as he works in a factory and there are restrictions on what he can wear). I love my ring. However, I was over charged hundreds of dollars and was not given the correct discount when I purchased. Jerry was awful! She pushed us out the door before fixing it. It has been ONE YEAR of dealing with customer service and they still have not corrected my billing. It is so disappointing and frustrating. *** BUYERS BEWARE *** My wife and I visited a Zales outlet in Las Vegas while on vacation and she saw a ring she really liked. I was hesitant to purchase the ring because we were so far from home. When we returned home, I called this Zales outlet and spoke to George Dighlawi, the store manager. He agreed to match the price of the Las Vegas outlet along with the Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan only if I made the drive and purchased the ring the same day (Friday 11/18). I made the drive (4 hours round trip) and purchased the ring. The next day I took the ring to the local Zales (Riverside Tyler Mall) to have it soldered and sized. The associate told me I would have to pay out of pocket because I did not have the protection plan. I called George who told me I received the lifetime warranty on the diamonds, but not on the metal portion of the ring, soldering and sizing. Zales policy states that: "Lifetime Diamond Commitment With your diamond purchase of $200 or more, Zales presents its Lifetime Diamond Commitment. If your diamond is chipped, broken or lost, from its original setting, Zales will replace the diamond at no charge to you. If an item selection qualifies for the commitment, "Lifetime Diamond Commitment: Yes" will appear under the Details section of the product page." The Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan George agreed on was actually the Lifetime Diamond Commitment that was already included with the ring. I confronted him with this information and he said he would add the protection plan to my purchase for free. He added the protection plan, printed out a new receipt, TOOK PICTURES WITH HIS CELL PHONE and then emailed me the documents from his personal email account! I have never met someone as unethical as him and I would never do business with him again. I wound up taking the ring back to the Tyler Mall to have a sales associate explain to me the new receipt he provided me with a picture of. The sales associate was unable to understand the mess he made and called him directly. He could not give her a direct answer and then he wound up attempting to call me on my phone I'm assuming to ask why I was still pushing the issue that he "resolved." I wound up bringing the ring to another Zales outlet and returning it in full! The manager at this location put me in contact with their district manager and I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Buyers beware.... if a MANAGER is willing to engage in these unethical practices, will their sales people also? read more

George has always made everything awesome every time we come here. I purchased my wedding ring and band here and I am so happy with everything! I've had my ring re sized twice, and was informed it would be two weeks give or take and that was fine by me. I also was informed that the store has no power of when they get the ring back which is understandable! They have to send it out!! But I did miss my rings when they were gone. Anyways, George always made my experience awesome. And when the jewelry repair didn't fix my ring how they were supposed to I was completely taken care of by George. He's your go to guy for rings!!! I am very unpleased with this Zales! I brought my ring in to get it resized .5 in bigger and the man that was helping me said it would be $53 because they would have to at a piece of gold since the bottom of the band has became to thin to resize without adding the extra piece. I was completely fine with the price and getting the piece added. I was told I would have it back in about a week (they put a rush on it due to travel plans). I waited and waited now about 3 weeks later I finally called and the lady I talk to said they have it and there was a note attached to it saying they couldn't get ahold of me. First of all I never received a voice-mail let alone a phone call saying it was back and ready for pick up. I went to go pick it up and when I got it back it was never resized because I was told now it would be $400 to resize it and add that same gold piece. So they sent it back to Zales without resizing it. I'm glad they didn't resize it without my permission on that price and just sent it back. But my whole reason why I'm very irritated with this Zales is because on top of all that I got my ring back and it was chipped on the inside of both bands and when I saw that I told them and the lady working stood there and argued with me saying it was there when I brought it to them. I told her again no it was not. Then she proceeded to say I don't lie and I've a very truthful person and if you believe me it was not there and we didn't even send it out. I stopped her right there and I said yes you guys did send it out I just got off the phone with your manager and he said that is was sent out and sent back. I told her I know what my ring looked like before I brought it in. She kept interrupting me so I would just leave. I finally asked for the managers name and took my ring back and I will be going in tomorrow to file a formal complaint! read more

I first came to Zales in April to purchase my wife's engagement ring. George (the manager) made the process quick and it was the best experience! We got my wife's ring at a great price, and George was so helpful and made the experience great. Since then, every time I go in I always have a GREAT experience. I have had my wife's ring sized, and when a diamond fell out George made sure we were notified when the ring was ready. Things take time so it's understandable it takes the zales repair department a couple weeks to get things back, but we were always told a timeframe when the ring would be ready. I recently bought a band from George and my wife and I couldn't be happier. George is the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!! 10+ stars read more
