I'd never been inside but always appreciated the window displays and adore sparkle. Faye was Fabulous! Despite an early Sunday afternoon, it had a constant stream of customers and she was solo but managed to keep us all happy. Loved that she never made me feel rushed so I felt comfortable trying things on. Purchased two items. If they wear well; this establishment has affordable pricing on awesomeness (jewelry/collectables/watches/pens.) Appreciated Faye taking the time to explain how to care for my items. Assuredly, Grogu (Baby Yoda) needs to come home with me soon! :) read more

Great service. I shopped a few times and they were always good, store is not busy or crowded.

I shopped in this store, I was looking for some necklaces and earrings for an event and I was helped by a wonderful woman! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she's amazing, she treated me nicely and helped me pick the perfect pieces. read more

They have many varieties of beautiful jewelry, I found what I wanted and the sales lady was very nice and helpful.

NO STARs. I have shopped at this store for years. I have no idea if there is new management, but I am very disappointed. The service I just received in the store is in comprehensible. I will not step foot in the store again, and I will make sure everyone I know knows not to step in this store. I received a beautiful bracelet from a friend for Christmas. She gave me the gift receipt, not sure if I would like it. I loved it, I already had the same exact bracelet that I had purchased at the store. So I went into the store, to buy an alternative color, because I love the style. With gift receipt in hand and the bracelet still in its box, I requested a different color. They asked for my ID and personal contact information. There was no reason for me to get that information, because I did not make the purchase. I was not asking for money back. I was asking for an exchange. The manager refused and told me I needed to call corporate offices because it was a corporate policy. So I asked for a phone number. He disappeared for a few minutes and brought me a card with a phone number written on it. I called that number while in the store. The customer representative I spoke with asked to speak with the manager who had already disappeared to the back of the store again. When I requested that he come and speak on the phone he refused and hid out in the back of the store. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I am very unhappy. I did exactly as the store manager requested and he still refused to help me. I will not be back. read more

Worst store of the face of the earth. The associate Christina was RUDE and refused to even look at my bracelet that was loosing the rhodium after 6 months of use. Her response was that any jewelry wears and a box and tag wasn't enough to cover any exchange (which that what I was told previously you need for guarantees). I always bought many jewelry from this store before but NEVER again. read more

The worst return policy. My wife tried to exchange a gift she received and didn't like, but because it was more than 14 days (it's been 18 days) they wouldn't do it. After we looked and she found a set of earrings, they told us it had to be of equal or greater value. Basically they would not exchange the $79 bracelet she didn't like for the $69 earrings she did like ($10 less). Will never visit this store again. read more

Always the first place I go when I'm looking for a gift! Associates are warm and welcoming, and take time to help me find what I need without being pushy. The return policies are kind of strict, but they are great when I need to exchange. Definitely will shop in the future. read more

Swarovski jewelry at the San Clemente outlets store, again I had to dealt with the same issue, I received a gift from a friend, something that I will not have much use of, so I took it back to the store to exchange for something that I will be able to use. Of course the price on the box said $140. I am sure my friend paid a discount price for it. The piece is not worth that much to me. With a sour face the clerk told me she couldn't changed because I did not have a receipt, which I totally understand, however, it had a sticker that look like a gift receipt, she said not, we do not give gift receipt. What a horrible way to make you get stuck with an item they were glad to got rid off. I have seen the same necklace at TJ Max for $20 bucks. Honestly I will never buy anything like that for $20. I will not even regifted. I received a bracelet , similar to this necklace 4 years ago still in its box with the price ticket FOR THE SAME REASON, no something I will wear. I am sure the person who bought it had the best intentions, we have way different taste. She is great customer of Swarovski jewelry, you will think that she will be treated better and they will put the stickers so her friends won't have to call her for the receipt to be able to exchange? I don't ever shop there myself for that same reason " ugly customer service" they have. I Rather go to a department store., better deals with better return policy, you do not have to embarrassed the person that Gifted you by asking for a receipt, last year I did, I love Jewelry, that's why she buys me this costume jewelry. However I am going tell her one of this days without hurting her feelings, why she should not give them her business. read more

I always shop at Swarovski I absolutely love their jewelry! However, my recent visits have left me quite unhappy with the customer service. I understand that sometimes it gets busy but I usually expect at a store like this for someone to come and help me. The other day I was at this location, at the Mission Viejo Mall, and it was such a cute and organized store! A young lady named Tannaz was helping me and she was absolutely helpful and the sweetest. I was looking for something to wear to a wedding and she helped me find the perfect earrings and even upsold me to a MATCHING necklace, (this girl knows how to sell!). Definitely pleased with her service and kindness. I will for sure come back to this store! read more

I bought a bangle there "on sale" for $90. The clasp that is suppose to keep it from falling off didn't work and I lost it less than 24 hours after purchasing it. I called Swarvoski customer service who said the store manager might replace it. They called this manager who only offered me a 15% discount which is cute because he gave me a 15% off coupon when I originally made the purchase. The quality is apparently very poor and this store manager looks like a Jersey Shore cast member reject and acts like he's actually selling fine jewelry. It's crystal and probably cost the store $2.50. Swarovski has lost my business. read more

Worst store ever the promise a lifetime warranty on there Rings and Bracelet. Now the say they are not going to honor the warranty. I believe that's called false advertisement I have to call the corporate office now to get this approved before I take legal actions against this company. Nobody should buy products from this company it's horrible read more

4/20/19 Went to the Mission Viejo store to exchange a ring I received as a gift for one size up. Was told I would receive within 2 weeks per Castgo. 5/4/19: I HAD to call for an update which I was told the ring has not arrived and was told to call back within the next week. 5/12/19: I had to call AGAIN to try and get an update which I was told the manager was not in the store and was the only one able to give me an update on my order. Becoming increasing annoyed I asked how there is only one person able to give me an update. The woman on the phone said she would leave a note for the woman who would be considered the the assistant manager to give me a call to give me an update. 05/14/19: SURPRISE I HAD TO CALL AGAIN to try and get an update. AND AGAIN I was told again the manager was not in but he would contact the assistant manager to give me a call on 05/13 which AGAIN NEVER HAPPENED. he confirmed the previous employee had left her a note and he was going to personally text her to try and have her call. Here we are today on 05/20/19 STILL HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS STORE and it's been a month for what should have been a 2 week request. I'm hoping posting here someone can actually give me an update or give me the ring I actually paid for will respond... read more

I love the jewelry here, but there's usually only one employee and 3-4 shoppers standing around waiting for help. It's the same at their south coast location too. The girls who work here are friendly, but unless you are the only person shopping,it can get a bit frustrating. 5 stars for the jewelry and 5 stars for the service (when you get it!), but 0 stars for all the times I've had to wait around for help. read more

The customer service in this store is horrible. I was given a necklace as a gift. The first time I wore it the chain broke. I took it to the store to get the chain fixed. I was shocked at the sales person response. She said there is a jeweler repair downstairs. Really? I wore it one time. Horrible customer service! I will never go back! read more
