Second, the turn around time is 4 weeks- we have already waited 4 weeks and now are being told that it could take 10 weeks. In regards to the 10 weeks, we were also given information that they don't count weekends so in reality, it is even longer than 10 weeks. They need the space for all the massive returns they get and they get a lot . 2. The number 1 reason for Kohl's is they have the customer walk through the entire store Just to do a return and when they do , hopefully they will see something they will want ( not necessarily need). Then they hand you the 10-15% off coupon for you to use so there you go , you spend money At Kohls all while doing an Amazon Return . I try to walk out 95% of the time but 5% I do spend time shopping therefore I am proving the point of # 2 whereas I would not have even went into Kohl's in the first place . I do shop at kohls to find sheets or some pillows or baby items or home goods . It's very convenient and is always clean . Dont keep to many dressing rooms open which is annoying and they are never CLEAN - woman are lazy as well you know what . Well as of my last review they have removed most checkouts and left only 3-4 checkouts and added self checkouts but I have never used it there as I like them to help me to ensure my rewards are used correctly! I have been to other Hobby Lobby locations and it's quite large with lots of items to look at. I feel like all these stores are owned by a Christian family as I frequently hear Christian music as you walk around the store and it is quite peacful and relaxing even for non religious shoppers. Some of the standout items for sale included seasonal home décor whcih right now was clearance items from Valentines Day and new items for Easter holiday. There were also a large display of artificial floral arrangements, wall art, and a wide variety of craft supplies. I found a few paints supplies and scrapbooking materials for my niece to enjoy. The selection was impressive, and the quality of the products made it easy to find unique items for both home decorating and DIY projects. The staff was friendly and patient while helping customers look for sizes and explaining different comfort options. Granted it wasn't busy when I went after work but all the staff members came by several times to see if I needed help. That was so nice. My daughter had her ear pierced at this location, and unfortunately the earring became embedded in her ear. We went back to the shop because the piercing was done there, hoping they would at least help us with the situation and work with us on replacing the jewelry. Instead, we were told that she would need to go to urgent care to have the earring removed. I understand that once jewelry becomes embedded, medical professionals may need to handle the removal, and I'm not criticizing them for not performing a medical procedure. What really bothered me was the lack of willingness to help with the jewelry itself. The employee didn't want to provide a replacement earring free of charge, even though we were dealing with a problem involving a piercing they had performed. I expected better customer service and more consideration for the fact that this was a piercing done at their business. We now have to deal with the medical visit, the possibility that the piercing may need to close and heal, and potentially having it repierced elsewhere. I would have appreciated them taking more responsibility for helping us through the situation rather than essentially sending us elsewhere and leaving us to deal with everything ourselves.

The lingerie bins were such a mess. Since it's been so cold lately, I wanted to get some pajamas with long pants and long sleeves top for both myself and my daughter, as there were some really cute ones. But most XS and S sizes were gone, mostly M and L left. I spent over 45 minutes going through the drawers and their chests but only found one XS and literally no S left for the ones I wanted. The whole time, no one came to ask me if they can help me finding what I needed, although some associates were just standing around chatting with each other. The lines weren't too bad at the cash registers so I was able to check out quickly.
