I have been working from home since 2020 and I hadn't been wearing watches since! My regular shop closed and I decided to give Watch Connection a try: I was properly welcomed, I explained I had several watches that needed batteries and I also provided one battery that I know is hard to find, they changed it and told me it was on them. The other watches were charged as per displayed pricing list - I believe pricing was more than fair. In summary, I'll come back here for any future needs with my watches! I recommend. read more

Brought my son in to buy a new watch. They said someone bought the one we wanted and hadn't updated the website. We started looking at watches, someone else came in and the salesman left us to take care of them. I'd like your young salesman to know we wound up leaving and buying the Tissot at the next shop. Improvement lesson for my son, and maybe you heard it on the camera as we walked out but service matters. Won't be back here. Noah is awesome! Whenever I'm there, he is enthusiastic as well as extremely knowledgeable about the business. He always takes great care of us at the shop - when I bring my friends in, they get the same VIP treatment. He is not pushy at all, and he's honest. This is a really fresh perspective and I really enjoy visiting the shop. Rob is also there at the shop and he's really great too - kind and always professional. They have an amazing selection of Seiko, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Tissot, Raymond Weil, and other brands. They also will buy and trade watches, and they often have really great pieces there too. If you are looking to source watches, Noah's your man too. He will help you find what you're looking for, and special order it as well. It has been really difficult finding a spot to replace watch batteries lately! I went to South Coast Plaza, where there used to be a watch place, but apparently it's closed. So I went to this location first thing in the morning. They get pretty busy so you definitely want to get there early. I had two watch batteries replaced and it took about 30 minutes to finish, since they had a lot of people in there. Nice work and friendly staff. read more

Took my Raymond Weil watch here for new battery. (Purchased at Watch Connection) Was told it wasn't the battery but needed to be sent out for repair at a cost of $550.00-$600.00. Wow really? I left, watch in hand, to Jostmar Watch Repair (inside SCPlaza). They put in new battery ($25) and watch is working fine. Watch Connection lost any future business or referrals from me. read more

This place is great! I needed a new band for my baume & mercier. I wear it daily, so the 3 year old og leather strap was beat. Trish had me in and out in under 10 minutes. They have so many beautiful watches for sale, I wouldn't have minded if it took a little longer. Lots of beautiful time pieces to check out. Everyone wore a mask. They control how many people are in there at one time, they checked my temperature and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. I'm so happy that I found this place. read more

I took my old watch here for repair. The second hand had fallen off and it needed to be reinstalled. Folks here were friendly and reinstalled the second hand while I waited it took about 15 minutes and they brought my watch out it appeared to be running ok. After I got back home take watch had stopped again it appeared the second hand was slightly bent or installed crooked, it hits part of the face and stopped the watch. Frustrated with the problem with that watch, I tossed it and bought a new one. I would have preferred this repair facility to keep my watch overnight to make sure it was repaired correctly. read more

Service, Service, Service. These guys went over and beyond to find the Rolex Daytona i was looking for. I had been in their store numerous times over the last few years, each time just looking and telling them that I will want a Daytona soon. They were courteous and super helpful each visit and not once was I made to feel like i was wasting anyone's time. Which is rare these days. Oh and most of the time wearing shorts, t-shirt and an iWatch, which in some comments was an issue. Never for me. So the time came and within a few days they found me the perfect watch and at a very competitive price. When spending that amount of money, it's important to feel confident in the store and who you're buying it from and Chad at watch connection helped check all the boxes for me. I had a great experience today at Watch Connection. I am brand new to watches and needed a bracelet attached. I tried doing this myself but got frustrated and decided to just pay for the service. I just received delivery of a new Seiko watch and wanted to switch out the original strap for a Nato strap. I would usually do it myself, but I didn't have the right tool. I called up The Watch Connection to see if they would be able to change the strap for me and they told me to come by. I was greeted as soon as soon as I walked in and an associate was ready to assist me. They had my new strap on in just a couple of minutes. I'm a bit of a watch collector and Rob Hashem was kind enough to show me around some of the different watches and brands that I liked and let me try on a Hublot that I had my eye on. Overall the entire staff was amazing. Friendly and knowledgable from the top down. I will be making a watch purchase at The Watch Connection soon! read more

Not one to write bad reviews however, I'm very disappointed, to say the least with this place. I have been shopping here for years. Bought at least 3 watches and sent multiple friends here (who all bought). When I bought my first watch, they told me that they would take it back at the same rate as long as I put it towards a new piece. Went in to take them up on that offer recently so I could get my wife something for Christmas, for them to tell me that they could only give me 1/3 of what I paid for. If it wasn't for Rob (he's great), they would have treated me as if I was a new customer or someone who never spent any money there. What a joke. I will never give them another penny let alone refer any more friends there. The place went downhill after John left anyway. Lesson learned. read more

Watch Connection does not stand behind their service. They replaced a battery in a $3,000 watch that I bought from them and forgot to reinstall the waterproof seal. This resulted in a $675 factory repair when moisture penetrated the case and locked up the mechanism. The store refused to pay for the repair and just tried to sell me another $3,000 watch telling me the 2 year old one was not worth fixing. read more

My fist time here, they have a beautiful showroom with many different styles and high end watches... I came in to have a pin installed on my watch.... They took care of me and cleaned up the watch too. Staff was friendly and definitely recommend and I will return when looking for another watch. read more

I was on a manufactures website looking at new timepieces. When I did a dealer location search, The Watch Connection came up as the closest dealer to my residence. I proceeded to go on their website and found a pre owned watch that I was originally looking at to buy new. I then went on yelp to see their reviews. Seeing that the majority of reviews were positive, I decided to drive down and take a look, and I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was shown the watch I wanted to see, and also some comparable models from different manufacturers. I then presented them with a Breitling Navitimer GMT that I was interested in trading in. They examined the watch and gave me top dollar for it, over $500 more than what Tourneau offered! Then then discounted their watch and I decided to trade mine in, and purchase the pre owned Breitling Bentley. The transaction couldn't have been more pleasurable. I was out in 20 minutes. Everyone there was courteous, respectful, and professional. They EARNED a customer for life. I'll recommend this retailer to anyone. Here is a pic of my new Bentley! read more

Beautiful array of products! I'm a Rolex girl, but I love all those Hublots with Diamonds - gorgeous! Walking into the store I was greeted with a smile and encouraged to try everything on - it was a lot of fun! John and Trish made me feel so at home in the store! Stopped by here since i was nearby eating lunch on Friday. I had found out right before my trip to LA that my watch had stopped running and needed a new battery. I popped off the back and found out it was a battery i didn't have. I had been in Alhambra for lunch on Wednesday and had bought a new battery from another local shop (the person who did the replacements wasn't in and required me leaving the watch overnight). I thought i could put it back together but since i was on vacation, i didn't have anything that can put equal pressure around and have enough grip. This shop is very classy compared to the other local shop i had went to. The employees are very nicely dressed. I almost felt bad bringing my watch in (emporio armani vs their tag heuer, etc) Lol. The guy took my watch and had the backing popped back on pretty quickly. Quiet place and made me feel quite out of place but they had not charged me for popping the back back on. read more

Best to avoid this place. I've shopped here twice and got a strange vibe both times. The first time the salesperson was trying to push hard for a sale after dropping the price a few times in a few minutes. Made me question the quality and authenticity of the product. The second time I walked in wearing shorts and T-shirt and was ignored initially then greeted by a salesman who was too busy to hear what I was saying to him because he was paying attention to another customer across the store. I just laughed as I gripped the $10k I had in my pocket. Then I walked out. The weird vibe clicked on my second visit. These guys are just like the sleazy car salesmen I've encountered in the past...pushy, low class, abrasive, unprofessional, and cheap suits. These guys just can't get out of their own way. This is not the place to buy a luxury watch with a white gloves experience. Not by a long shot. read more

I came to them with a laundry list of mismatched things I wanted in the rings, but Angela's knowledge helped me narrow down what I actually wanted - an engagement ring and wedding band from a different jeweler but have S&S execute the customization to fit my diamond. Shant was very patient and delivered beautifully with my dream rings to real life. Long story short, I'm extremely happy with the final products! They offer lifetime warranty on the smaller looser stones, reasonable pricing for customizations, and excellent customer service.
