I came with my fiancé on his first visit here to get sized and choose some shapes that I preferred. Kathy patiently walked us through sizing and explored different shapes with zero pressure and so much patience. We loved how relatable she was and how natural and genuine our convos went! When he returned on his own, Jenny took her time to educate him fully and showcased her expertise (being in the business for 30+ years) and made sure he truly understood every detail, not just the 4 C's, but things other stores never even mentioned so he could feel confident making such an important decision. They actually encouraged him to even take his time and check out other places to make sure he was confident in his decision. This kind of customer care made all the difference! I didn't see the ring until the proposal, and it was absolutely perfect! But what makes it even more meaningful is knowing how much thought, care, and intention went into choosing it and how much of that came from the guidance he received there. While they were able to fix it the cost I was quoted was $65. That is significantly higher than what I was expecting however when you're in a pinch and you need your glasses you have to do it! I was also quoted a max of one hour needed for the service so I grabbed some lunch. After an hour and a half I still haven't received a text saying that I was ready for pick up so I went in and it was pretty obvious that it hadn't been started yet because after that, it was done in about five minutes. I completely understand if busy that things might take longer, but realistic timeframe should be given, especially when you call it fast fix, and I'm pretty sure it would've been even longer because they only started working after I went in.

The repair was poorly done, and I now have to take it to another jeweler to fix the damage they caused. For the amount of time, money, and frustration involved, this experience was not acceptable. I walked into Time Center and was greeted right away. I had a literal bag full of watches that all…read moreneeded new batteries. They quickly sorted through everything, recorded each watch by manufacturer on a bill of receipt, and quoted me a flat $15 per watch. When I came back, expecting to pay around $150 plus tax, they surprised me by saying they were replacing the batteries in two of the watches at no charge. No explanation, just a genuinely nice gesture that definitely earned my future business. I ended up paying about $123 out the door for all 10 watches, which works out to an average of just $12.30 per battery. Friendly, fast, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be back the next time my watches need servicing.
