I had a Japan domestic Seiko Marinemaster that needed a new battery. I emailed Seiko service and was told that they could no longer service my watch. Also I love the first name basis clientele greetings on my second visit. Always good to build a great relationship amongst clientele. My first visit I was greeted with a friendly smile from Frank and his wife. Frank also sized my oyster bracelet on my Orient Helios and I was also interested in a leather strap for it so Frank and his son swapped it for me and I was thrilled. My second visit I came after I did a little early Christmas gift shopping spree at Fashion Island and I wanted to see if Frank had gotten the Seiko 5 SSK003 GMT in stock and fortunately he did and I purchased it. I have been coming to Time Zone now for a couple of decades. This store has consistently been here on the corner of Adams and Harbor Blvd for over 30 years!! I regularly buy my watch batteries and watch bands here, have cleaning and maintenance on my watches done here by Frank, Sally and their son. This last time I came in and they sized up and removed a few links from my newest watch gifted to me by my uncle. They took care of it while I waited not much more than about 10 minutes. Omg. I came here to have 1 link taken out of an old family vintage heirloom watch.
