Purchasing my first Rolex last year at Hyde Park Jewelers was a very special experience for me, and it has been a joy to own and wear every day. What made the experience even more meaningful was being able to share it with my wife. We had been eagerly anticipating getting her first timepiece as well, and after registering for a special piece last year with Linda Dimartino, she came through for us last month with a call to say it had arrived. That same week tied in nicely with a work anniversary for my wife, so we were able to pick it up on the same day, making the piece even more sentimental. Linda has been professional ever since I met her and great to work with throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated along the way. It feels really special that we both received our first-ever Rolexes from the same store and through the same sales professional -- thank you, Linda! These are timepieces we will enjoy for many years to come and memories we will always value. We are always happy to stop by the store and look forward to visiting Linda again in the near future. They operate very fast, very transparent and very honest. I've had the pleasure working with their sales team, delivery team and back office techs-- all around great people. I don't even shop around when buying watches for friends & family out of state and have also traveled back to OC to deal with Jaztime directly (even though they're very competent to deal completely remotely). Lastly, I love their fight fire with fire mentality with bad reviews. I've never had a negative experience with them so do I believe those that complain are stirring conflict.
