Found a watch that I liked at the price that I liked and I called the shop to confirm that it was available at that price. I was told that the watch was available at the price that was listed on the website and that I should order it from the website and put down the $200 deposit to show that I was real. Here is a copy of the order information. "Thank you for your order from Jaztime. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have questions about your order, you can email us at sales@jaztime.com or call us at +17147340511. Your Order #14782 Placed on Jun 2, 2026, 10:29:28 AM" I then received the following email from the the store. "mark, I am unable to fulfill at website price, i can however fulfill at $117,000 plus tax comes out to $126,067. If you ship out of state you can save tax and its just $117,000 plus $350 to ship Takes 1 week for arrival after payment, let me know if you want it or prefer to cancel " In other words, it was a classic bait and switch which apparently happens fairly frequently. If you read the reviews online I again offered to pay the agreed-upon price and the store rejected that. When I left a bad review the store owner posted my name and phone number on the website in an effort to intimidate me into removing my review-but I am not. This is of course against the Yelp guidelines and probably also an illegal invasion of privacy. Other reviews of this company also indicate that they offer concessions in order to convince people to write good reviews. I have not, nor will I ever purchase a watch from this store. They are in my opinion, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. Edit: the owner of this store says that my review is total BS. In fact, I wanted to buy the watch at the price that it was offered, and the only reason I wrote the review was because they didn't honor their offer. SCAM! We put a deposit down on a Rolex for our son's graduation. We called to find out the status and were told "I'm going to go check our safe and I'll get back to you". This fly by night runs a bait and switch operation. I found a Rolex Datejust 41mm listed on their website for $13,999. They require a prospective buyer submit a form order on a credit card before they will even check whether the watch is in stock. No photos in the listings. In my case they called me back and said they could secure the watch but it would cost me $16,500. Why would they list a week known Rolex at $3,500 less than their real sales price. A bait and switch if I've ever seen one!! In fairness they did agree to void the credit card change after I told them I wanted no part in a transaction like this. I called to buy a platinum Daytona Rolex. There are several available. I asked which year they each were. I was told they could only tell me the year if I bought it first, then they would tell me the year. In the initial phases of the purchase they wanted to make sure I wanted to purchase the AP 26405NR by telling me all about the watch as well as suggesting other alternatives that were similar. They've been in the business for a long time and didn't want me to have buyers remorse; and I appreciated that. There is something very wrong here. For one thing, there is no way to call them because there is no way to access a phone number. For another thing, and as others have noted here, they do not respond when you submit a form to sell your watch. First I saw them on eBay and then went directly to their website and found the NEW Rolex 122613LB that I wanted. Let me say that this is not your typical buying experience. You're not going to get the "red carpet" treatment...and their website explains that up front. I highly recommend that you go to their FAQ and read it...and understand that these guys are in the selling business not the service business. It's clear. If after you have read "HOW" they do business...you can then decide if you're ready to become mutually contractually obligated and buy a watch. I'm certainly glad I did. After lowering my "service" expectations...I began the process. Clicked on the BUY NOW link and followed instructions. I then called to ask if my purchase was in stock and whether I could request "Expedited Shipping". The answer was "YES" and "YES". Although the expedited shipping would not be necessary...the salesrep told me I would have the watch "before" NOON the very next day! (I sent a wire at 10:50 AM - CDT - It arrived at 11:35 AM the "very next day") I received various follow-up emails and a phone call immediately after my purchase...and found them to be professional. This was my experience and yours may differ. But based on that, I would highly recommend JazTime if you are okay with a no nonsense - no frills buying experience.
