    I had the pleasure of working with Ming at this boutique. I've stopped by a few times, twice with an appointment and once walking-in. Every occasion I've visited, I have been treated with respect and attention. Ming does an incredible job embodying the culture and elegance of Patek Philippe, he does not deceive or beat around the bush about the current state of Patek collecting. If you are looking to begin your journey with Patek and want to build a long-term collection of Patek watches then I would recommend making an appointment for an introduction exhibition. Ming has spent countless hours explaining the product line, the intricacies of the brand, and how to get started. Not once did I feel pressure to buy a something I did not want. I am typically not a fan of multi-brand authorized dealers, but this Patek Philippe store is uniquely different within the Tourneau space. You will get a personalized, curated experience suited to you as you begin or continue your Patek journey here. Above all, I highly recommend Ming as your trustworthy Patek Philippe ambassador.

    If there were more stars for Ming, I would give him all! He is a fantastic person, knowledgeable expert and when you're at Tourneau with him is like visiting a friend who can show you great treasures!! It's always a delight to visit with him, and a great shopping experience. We will be sure to buy our next watch from him.

Awesome customer service, awesome communication and awesome work on my timepiece. Took about 4 months to complete, some advice...if you have any aftermarket pieces on your watch (IE aftermarket diamond bezel) give the team a heads up. You'll more than likely need to remove the aftermarket piece before they'll start the work. However all the places he checked did not have the model/color combination he wanted and they didn't know when they would get them. We were told they could be backordered for months. When we came here, Ricardo was able to help us order it and have it arrive in store for pickup the next week. We put a deposit down, then came the next week as promised to pick it up. He was polite, informative, and friendly plus most importantly he was able to deliver like he promised. A couple of the other salesmen there didn't want to give us the time of day when we came to pick up the watch, but Ricardo was on point. We were also able to go right up to the service store and get the watch fitted, and the folks in the service store were friendly and quick.

Purchasing my first Rolex last year at Hyde Park Jewelers was a very special experience for me, and it has been a joy to own and wear every day. What made the experience even more meaningful was being able to share it with my wife. We had been eagerly anticipating getting her first timepiece as well, and after registering for a special piece last year with Linda Dimartino, she came through for us last month with a call to say it had arrived. That same week tied in nicely with a work anniversary for my wife, so we were able to pick it up on the same day, making the piece even more sentimental. Linda has been professional ever since I met her and great to work with throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated along the way. It feels really special that we both received our first-ever Rolexes from the same store and through the same sales professional -- thank you, Linda! These are timepieces we will enjoy for many years to come and memories we will always value. We are always happy to stop by the store and look forward to visiting Linda again in the near future. We look forward to continuing our journey with The 1916 Company for many more years to come.

    Went here today around 14:00. My friends suggested this store to make as my main watch store for…read morepurchasing watches. I usually purchase in South Coast Plaza, but decided to give this store a try. Honestly may not be fair to the other boutiques within the store, but mainly a review on Rolex. Pretty disappointing experience especially for a "luxury" watch dealer. Could learn a thing or two about customer service, taking initiative, or proper handling of guests with a training course or two. Maybe need more training modules or even better yet, take a look at how luxury car dealers treat customers and potential customers at that. Makes me wonder if the owner takes quality or customer service experience into consideration. Maybe consider an audit? Oh well! I walked in and circled the store a few times taking a look at their display models hoping to talk to an associate. The only truly available staff member was the taller caucasian gentleman. Relatively young looking as well. What irked me was the entire time during my visit, he did not greet me and my partner. I was circling at least 2 times. It felt like either he viewed me and my partner as not potential customers or possibly stereotypically judging us either by ethnicity or age or both. He had at least 4 opportunities during our time there to greet us or ask if he could help us with anything, but he only greeted the older couples (justifying my statement on judging us as customers). Word of advice for a luxury company, doesn't matter how high of a teir you are in the market, should always give your customers and potential customers the best experience you can. Kill them with kindness or just be cordial. For anyone else, probably best to make an appointment or take your business else where.
