Had an awesome experience today with Ryan selling a couple of luxury handbags. The whole process felt like a VIP clientele experience and was super quick and easy from beginning to end. After a brief phone call, I texted Ryan a few pics of the bags, got it approved to bring in, and then he proceeded to setup a same day appointment for me to visit their private office. Ryan was really nice and kind throughout the whole thing. Was looking to sell a gifted beautiful Tiffany necklace that I no longer had the receipt for. Sent photos prior to coming into the office and also stated that I did not have the receipt. I was still given quotes for the piece and I brought it in. Upon entering the office, whoever looked at my necklace (can't remember if it was Ryan or Mark and don't care to remember), took less than 10 minutes to look at my jewelry and confidently stated that he believed it to be a "replica." He never even tested the diamond. I then physically went straight to the Tiffany store and got a purchase receipt for the necklace, and called their office back to tell them that it was indeed real (which I knew it was). The man then lied and said that he did not say that the piece was fake, rather that he did not appreciate the quality of the piece and that whoever made it did not do a good job (which he did not say in person). He clearly is not the best at inspecting jewelry so I'd beware of trusting what he says off the bat. Would never try to sell to them again if I had the chance. (: read more
