We stumbled upon this business, looking for snow cones. They have a different concept. The snow is just like fresh fallen snow. Light, smooth, and flavorful. We had the peach cobbler, the valentines red velvet special and the red velvet milk shake. Also, got a boba energy beverage. For us, the service was outstanding and they were so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating for families and couples. The kiddie area made just for the kids to stay busy while we enjoyed more treats. We will be returning as the weather permits.

Listen. Comere okay! Everyone loved their desserts and I barely snapped pics before they were devoured. We ordered Strawberry cheesecake, YabaDabaDoo, Polar Affogato and Birthday Cake. The best imo was the strawberry but all my companions thought it was too sweet. The YabaDabaDoo is creamy with fruit loops and fruity pebbles Strawbrrry Cheesecake had fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce with whipped cream and a cherry The birthday cake was arguably the lightest one, had the most 'shaved ice' texture I REALLY loved this dessert. The consistency is totally new to me and I loved how light and airy and fluffy it was. I ate almost the whole thing and didn't feel like a giant pos I can't wait to come back and try new flavors! Sure it's $ but so is any ice cream place that isn't a bunk chain. We will be back again and again!

Interesting concept. Service was good. Person working was helpful and answered my questions. I have a serious sweet tooth. But not sure this is where I need to satisfy it. It certainly wasn't bad and they deserve a chance. I suggest you go and see for yourself.

Buttery Penquin. Outstanding.

Excellent treat. Very tasty. We had the Buttery something or other which was a vanilla shaved snow covered with Butterfinger crumbles. Delicious. Service was friendly and quick even with a crowd. Don't listen to the haters on here (likely competitors). Try this place yourself.

Now, let me tell you all about this jewel here. I had the most amazing time visiting this place. The customer service here was superior. I met the nicest owner of this place and her husband. She was extremely kind very welcoming, and really enjoyed talking with us. I love the fact that this is definitely a family oriented business. They have tons of fun games, board, games, cards, and corn hole you name it they have it. They have a TV as well. They also have a nice little seating area for families to enjoy. The menu was wonderful so many different snowcones to choose from. So let's talk about the snowcones the snow cones taste like fluffy snow. The texture is super fluffy, super soft and just enjoyable on the palette. I had the pleasure of trying the peach cobbler snowcone, and it was absolutely amazing from the texture of the snow to the flavors of the peaches and the sauce it taste exactly like what it said. I would definitely come back to this place over and over again because the customer service alone as what we experienced was grade A quality not to mention the delicious menu items. The presentation of the snowcone is not your normal look because it is presented out on a plate and it is well worth it. I recommend to anyone to please come out and visit this location as you will be treated like family with an amazing array of items to try and you will not be disappointed in whatever you choose!

Completely closed when I drove all the way there from my hotel. The business hours were wrong on yelp and Google.

A fantastic dessert. Amazing flavors and delicious desserts. A must try if you never had one. Very different than any other ice cream.

However, no impact to service generally. During our visit, there did seem to be something happening with the cocktails as several members ordered the same cocktail, but it was clear they were not made the same as the color and taste were very different. First time experiencing this issue and we did bring it to their attention. Starter: general tso's tso's cauliflower. Brunch: The honey hot chicken and waffles is my go to when I want a sweet and savory meal. The maple syrup is my favorite and really bring the dish together. Cocktail: raspberry Rita. Simple but delicious.

My favorite mule in Memphis is their Blue Suede Shoes, highly recommend trying this cocktail! We started off our meal with the General Taos Cauliflower - a must! I ended up getting the Quinoa burger. Not my first choice, but I had dietary restrictions this night. I prefer their other burgers and bowls. Our waiter, Brian, was great. He tried to point me in the right direction entree wise. He and the manager made sure we had everything we needed! Great for a quiet evening or a conversational dinner with friends. We celebrated a birthday and they even gave us a free dessert!

I came with a friend and my mind and tastebuds were on steak... they didn't let us down. The apps we had we fantastic too. The bread and cheese player we ordered opened our eyes to delicious combinations of blueberry jam (which they make there) with a creamy cheese, that I wish I can remember the name of, then drizzled with honey they source locally! The bite was heaven. Then the dinner came. The beef tenderloin presented so beautifully and tasted so much better. The mushroom sauce was perfection with finely balanced flavors. Then I paired it with an Earthquake Cab, . Chef kiss!! Everything was absolutely memorable and enjoyable. One thing they could do to add to the ambiance is blocking the headlights of cars from shining into their restaurant. There are simple things that can be rolled out in front the restaurant to assist. But even with the lights shining they are the best thing I've had in a long time.

Our server was very nice, attentive and provided recommendations and answered questions about the menu. She was fantastic. We started off with the mushroom toast that was covered with bacon, a variety of mushrooms, cheese, and a soft boiled egg. The umami flavors were out of this world. I would order that again. My friends had the half order of the Bolognese and mentioned it was delicious. Another friend ordered the salad and it was very fresh and a good portion. I ordered the pan seared flounder with grits and julienned vegetables. My dish was tasty but very salty to me. I am very sensitive to salt so it could just be my tastebuds. The food presentation was fabulous. It is plus when the food looks so good you want to dive into it quickly. I facilitated back and forth about ordering an after dinner cup of coffee. I am so glad I did. The coffee was made in a french press and the flavor was borderline divine! Our server was so nice. She comped my coffee. I will return to try lunch or brunch. The food, service, and ambience are worth enjoying multiple times.

A nice size piece of chocolate brownie which was super moist and the vanilla bean ice cream was a perfect match. Firebird ambience is really nice. Our server was pretty cool. I made the reservation via OpenTable and when calling to increase my headcount, I was told I had to speak with the GM. Unfortunately I was never able to catch up with him until the day of my event. To ensure everyone would be seated (~20 people), I had 2 reservations, which was frowned upon. Luckily we were all seated in close proximity. Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated, which I found interesting because I had to confirm more than once. Due to the size of our party, we had 2 servers. The one over my table was Lin, not sure the name of the young lady. Lin was very attentive and ensured we were taking care of in a timely manner. Service with the female server (from the what I was told) wasn't as great. My food and drink were great. Tasty, Warm and Delicious. I also ordered Philly Steak Eggrolls but ate them too quickly to snap a picture. I was not a fan of the new sauce that comes on the side.
