I had the cherry snow one with vanilla ice cream. My husband had the wild strawberry and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and there was no holding back on syrup for the snow cone. his is a cool spot for the Whitehaven area. They not only have a variety of ice cream and snowball options, but that old school candy lady style food too! I had the Bob Marley. It was really good. You actually get a lot of bang for your buck. I literally could not finish eating it...it was HUGE! The service was fast and friendly even with them being super crowded. We were pretty much in and out! The establishment is also super clean and sanitized. I can't wait to go back and try the cheesecake snowball! My friend had it and said it was amazing. The snowball was delicious, but it's in a bad area and the inside of the restaurant is not clean.

I wanted so HARD to love this place and support a black owned business but unfortunately attitudes does not allow the support. Why am I saying this, I'll be glad to tell you why. We travelled from Midtown to Whitehaven on purpose to support this establishment vs our beloved Jerry's Sno Cone. There was a wait due to the COVID-19 restrictions and with a limit of 6 people per the sign on the door. A young man and woman walk up to the door and we advised them we were waiting in line. The lady proceeds to say "I'm the owner!" Oh, my face. Please note this lady looks NOTHING like the lady on the building/advertisement so how were we supposed to know that. Instead what the lady SHOULD have said was, "Hello, I'm the owner and Thank you so much for your support during these challenging times." Instead we were address with a nasty attitude as if we were to know the lady who don't look like the picture breaking line was the owner. Now for the product review. The prices are higher than Jerry's Sno Cone, the ice was soft as a pillow and the flavor was exactly as the flavor choosen so a plus there! The spoon sucked, it was a soup spoon vs. more traditional Uline 7305B spoon, which made it a bit challenging to eat in the beginning. Will I return to this establishment? NO, because of the unnecessary attitude from the owner and the lack of apology for the rude behavior when we interacted with her at the counter. I'm SORRY reviewers but this is why it's so hard to support black owned business. The take away, I don't care how good/great "YOU" think your product is, it's not an excuse for rude service especially if you're the owner. read more

Came by on a whim just to try some new businesses and this place so happened to be nearby. There was a line but the line moved pretty quickly. We were in and out in under 5 minutes! Great snow cones!! Must try the koolaid pickles if you've never gotten one from a "corner store" before you will be pleasantly surprised!! All different flavors too! Go to Jerry's Snow Cones. I try to support black business, but a 45 minute wait for 3 snowcones is ridiculous. Then our order was messed up, no apologies, no hurry to fix the issue, an additional 20 minute wait. At this point, I'm furious and would rather have a refund. I will never return to this place and I live right up the street in Whitehaven. The next time I want a snowcone, I'm going to Jerry's. I don't mind driving for good service. read more

I loved that this place is black owned and actually taking this pandemic seriously. They only allow six people in the store front at a time so there was a bit of waiting, but it was worth it. I had a small Arnold Palmer's snoball, which was definitely enough to satisfy my sweet tooth craving, and it was amazing!
