There was no attempt to make things right for a clear mistake on their end. If you can't match a requested design or colors, that should be communicated before making the cake -- not after. I would not recommend this bakery based on the lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to take accountability. Requested cake: muted, earthy tones (soft sage green, tan, cream, and brown). Delivered cake: bright neon/lime green, which completely changes the look and theme. Requested cake: natural, rustic, neutral, and cohesive. Delivered cake: harsh, high-contrast, cartoonish due to the bright green frosting.
