I called the night before in hopes they could squeeze me in but I understood it was last minute and they were able to make me an appointment for the next day. I arrived for my appointment with some time to spare to fill out any paperwork since I was a new patient. The young man at the front desk was very nice and throughly went over what information was needed and my copay amount through my insurance. Dr. Hwang completed my eye exam and she was very thorough. Luckily my injury was minor but I'll be back for a follow up appointment. I decided to make them my primary optometrist office moving forward since they're a lot closer to my home and I had a great patient experience. I recommend their office!

From the very beginning, they were attentive, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure I felt confident in my decision every step of the way. I even got great music and a fun squishy eye to hold onto during my surgery! :) My vision was very poor at around -7.00 in each eye, so this procedure has been life changing for me. Immediately after the surgery I could see better than I had in years! I experienced very little discomfort throughout. I can now see 15/20, and I have had no issues with my vision since the procedure. It has been amazing to wake up and be able to see immediately, and each day my eyesight just gets better and better! I am very grateful for the skill, care, and professionalism both doctors provided, and I would highly recommend Dr. Parikh and Dr. Nguyen to anyone considering EVO ICL.

Before surgery, my prescription was around -10.00, and even with contacts I struggled to read text on my phone at night. I often needed both contacts and reading glasses just to have a chance. Less than a week after surgery, I'm seeing around 20/25 and can comfortably read even fine print. The procedure itself was completely painless, and the recovery has been far easier than I expected. As amazing as the results are, the real reason I'm writing this review is because of Dr. Parikh. Two days before my scheduled surgery, he noticed something abnormal during my pre-op exam. Instead of proceeding, he refused to do the surgery until I had my eye evaluated by a retinal specialist. Obviously, I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to finally getting the procedure, but he put my safety first without hesitation. I asked if there was any way to get in quickly, and he immediately started texting people in his network from his phone. By the next morning, one of his colleagues, Dr. Silva, was able to see me. It turned out I had a torn retina that needed to be repaired before ICL surgery. After the retina was treated, Dr. Parikh and Dr. Silva stayed in communication directly with each other over the following weeks. I didn't have to coordinate anything--they handled it all. Once Dr. Silva confirmed my retina had healed, Dr. Parikh rescheduled my procedure. To me, that's what separates a great doctor from a good one. Dr. Parikh wasn't focused on getting me into surgery as quickly as possible--he was focused on doing what was best for me. He even made himself personally available by text throughout the process, which gave me a tremendous amount of confidence. The entire staff at Furlong Vision was outstanding from start to finish--friendly, professional, and incredibly organized--but Dr. Parikh's level of care genuinely went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend Furlong Vision more highly. If you're considering vision correction, you'll be in excellent hands.

When I wanted to try contacts out for the first time, the receptionist supported me in putting on and taking off contacts confidently. She was very patient as I struggled multiple times. When my friends need a new optometrist, I never hesitate to recommend North Valley Optometry for the high quality care, patience, and support. The ultra-convenience and smooth professionalism is delivered to me via a one-stop-shop for all my eye care needs. With multiple family members in need of eye care, and multiple little ones to cart around, Crest Optometry has been so seamless with ALL of my needs. Crest has been our go-to optometrist since 2021. My entire family is seen by Dr. Pham and her staff and we are always very pleased with the level of service we receive. Top 5 reasons we LOVE Crest: #5 The staff is THE BEST. Who don't I love? They are all incredibly efficient and intuitive with knowing what I need, don't need, don't have time for, and what is most important! Efficiency. Def one of my favs is Jess. She is SO GOOD at knowing what I'm thinking and how to get me outta there ASAP! #4 Their automated messaging system to remind you of all the things you can't remember! Reminders to make an appointment, reminders to pickup your new glasses, notices that your contacts have shipped, text messages for more updates... It doesn't get any better than that. #3 Appointments are such a breeze. You are rarely kept waiting and promptly sent to start your eye tests. (By one of my FAVS, Lucas)! Shortly after, the Doctor is in and before you know it, you have your new prescription and you're ready to GO! #2 Their phenomenal and stylish array of designer frames is ENVIOUS! Outright stunning. One is left deciding amongst several cute, hip, sleep, sexy, and just amazingly fashionable glasses. I often leave my annual exam with two new frames. One of them is most likely Prada. #1 And hands-down the NUMBER ONE reason we love Crest Optometry, is of course, DR. PHAM. You will never come across an optometrist who is as passionate, enthusiastic, caring, and who will love and care for your eyeballs as well as she does. I have learned so much about my eyes, how they are changing with age, how to properly care for them, educating me with knowledgeable facts and wisdom, offering personal advice, and my eyes are so very happy. I am currently in the most comfortable contact lenses I have ever had, I have amazing glasses where I can see EVERYTHING, near and far, and special glasses to wear for night driving. Our whole family loves Crest Optometry. Even my teen daughter who is constantly damaging her frames, or losing her contacts, or needs help with picking out super trendy frames, she loves going to Crest. Hubby finally has contacts that fit his eyeballs, and frames that don't fall off his face. And my two littles are preemptively checked as well! If you are looking for a wonderful eye doctor for your family, go to Crest! Everyone there will make you feel welcome and cared for.

My mom told me no one ever sat her down and gave her a thorough eye examination since her other office experience felt so rushed that she felt so uncomfortable, but not Dr Cindy whom made you feel not like a patient but a family member that cares about your well being. We recently picked up the glasses which were ready in two weeks from the office and my mom loves her glasses more than her previous eye glasses at other offices. Thank you Dr Cindy and staff, we can't wait to see both of our next eye appointments with your office. Keep up the great work.

I returned for a re-examination and waited another two weeks. When I came back today to pick up the new glasses, the frame was extremely wide. The staff tried to adjust it, but it didn't help. When I asked to try another pair (wanted to compare) I was told that it was only the display frame and that if I wanted a brand-new one, I needed to specify that. This was the first time in all the years I've been a patient that I heard something like this. I said that a brand-new frame would be great. I paid over $400 after insurance (which is very good), and now I'm expected to accept glasses that will only become wider after a few weeks of wear. Meanwhile, they have no problem charging patients a late fee if you are behind. The front desk also seems completely unsure about insurance and pricing.
