One of the worst services I ever had, the lady proceeded to file my nails with the machine when I have clearly expressed that my nails were very thin, the polish was awful as you can see in the picture and my many and pedicure was total $96 dollars. Absolutely horrific experience here. I had to get my powder dipped nails removed for a job and was looking all over Oakland to find a nail salon who would be able to accommodate a walk-in soak off appointment. They were incredibly rude- I forget the name of the lady who did my nails but she ignored me multiple times when I specified I only wanted the powered dip removed and insisted I get my nails painted. After she aggressively shaved my nails down to the bone, my finger nails were thin as paper yall. It's been 2 weeks since I had the nightmare of an experience and my nails are completely damaged. My finger nails have been ripping and are so extremely thin to the point where my index finger has ultimately contracted fungus. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this place and feel as if they need to be under investigation for the absolutely atrocious removal they did. read more

I visited this salon for the first time on Sunday. I was seated right away and the technician started working with me within 10 minutes after finishing the other client. She did all right with the filing of my nails and got them into shape. However, my technician cut my cuticle and it bled for most of my visit. My finger still hurts today. I'm not sure about the age or quality of the nail polish because it seemed like it was set, but it clearly was not and the end of my fingernails are thick and not in good shape. It's a pretty uneven paint job overall. it's probably not going to last week. Doesn't even look that great today. read more

I just went here on a whim after work with no reservation but was seated right away. And the nail technicians are all very good and efficient. I would recommend bringing with cash as when you use card, it charges you an extra fee. I can't remember the exact cost, but I got both a gel manicure and pedicure with French tips, using my credit card ~$100 I would come here again if I needed my nails done. In response to your message: First, you were not present during the initial conversation so how do you know what was said. Your display chart and bottle numbers were mislabeled, and it wasn't until after my feet were completed that I noticed the polish color differed from what was shown on your chart. Instead of offering to remove the incorrect color, your technician chose to polish over it rather than doing the job properly for this $30 polish change, i even had to ask her to remove all of the old polish --which am still looking at as I type this post. As you also stated a "FILL"is $45.00 which is crazy but if that's what you charge then instead of going into a defensive mode take it as constructive criticism from a CUSTOMER . read more

Nail tech filed my nails so thin and used a chemical without my knowledge to remove gel. Nails were and continue to be raw, sore, and started breaking off because they were so thin. I ended up cutting my nails as short as possible to prevent them breaking more. Nails were super long and healthy before, and will take months to grow back based on how thin and damaged they are. Today I did a walk in. I just ripped off gel polish another shop did and i just wanted a basic manicure just how they would manicure a man's hand. Lyn did my manicure and she's the first person to actually care for the skin under my nails she did excellent job on my cuticles and was very careful. Just that alone makes me want to continue going back. I normally like upscale very luxury nail shops but I'll let her do my manicures anytime. It was very hot inside. It's about 71° today. Lan is my usual nail tech, and she is AMAZING. Not only can I count on my manicure being done quickly, I walk out with a clean and beautiful set every single time. Other nail techs have assisted me and have worked on my nails and they've all done a great job. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the nails and service received. I suggest scheduling an appointment and getting there about 10 mins early, it's more crowded in the mornings (from my experience). Welll....... My favorite and only nail tech I will ever let touch my nails has moved to this location from Pinole. I have been with lan for almost 2 years this Halloween she is a sweet and funny person who so talented when it come to nails. She can almost do anything I ask for so far sometimes we so copy's of photos references but she does way better or we make up our own designs either way she can do it all. Just found a nice clean nail salon I can come and get my pedicure. I was served by Tru. He massages the feet really nice. He know some few pressure points that is really relaxing. Honestly I would just go there for his foot massage. He does good on cleaning as well. Their services is on Point. They afford you drinks even when you don't ask for it.
