The initial tile installation came out two portions that went incorrect pattern, up-up-down-up. It was really not easy to tell (we were thinking to let it go), but Marco and their team just redid the tile installation (was needed to redo 1/3 part) on the very next day. When we came to decide to choose the tile for the steps, I thought we could only select the same style, but they offered different style of tiles for us to select without charging the extra material fee. Our pool was at least ten years past the time we should have redone the finish. So I called around, and got quotes. We went with Valeries because Marco was the only bidder who called out issues such as bringing up the pool to current code, tweaking pipe installations to make them easier to repair later, and fixing the deckle seal on the deck surrounding the pool. I had a great experience working with Ismael and Marco! Our in-ground pool was leaking due to damaged cement and was in need of a new skimmer. The team came out quickly and did an incredible job replacing the skimmer and replacing the concrete along the side of the pool. I got help from Valeries for drawing and install burial clamp. Their drawings got me the approval and I would thank them for that. After that I reached out to them to do bonding and burial clamp. The bonding failed inspection first time as the clamp was put in by drilling a rod in concrete where's it should be to the dirt ground. Ismail and team helped me again with the bonding and corrected the bonding. This time it passed the inspection.Thanks to Valeries for all the help. read more

Following up on my previous review, since several people contacted me to ask questions. Unfortunately, there hasn't been much progress since my last review. But the good news is they arrived today, so hopefully work will be done? :) The team came out immediately following my review and my contractor pointed out some poor quality work he wanted fixed (the back wall that is above ground was not flat and has bubbles in it. Tiling over it was not straight). They were committed to return to fix, but weeks later still have not come. I know they're likely especially busy during this season, but considering they committed to building this pool and the significant investment we put in almost a year ago (for a 22x42 pool + jacuzzi), I'd love if they finished our project and fix the quality defects first. I'm still hopeful that our pool will be completed sometime soon and I can update with a more positive review and pics of a completed project, but as of now it's still, unfortunately, incomplete. read more

They did a very good job, the work quality is outstanding and the job was finished within a week of the target completion date.
