Vision to Completion was fantastic to work with! Yaniv and Achva designed my backyard, front yard, and side yard with incredible creativity and patience. Their unlimited revisions were a huge advantage for someone like me who loves diving deep into design details. Achva's design instincts are spot on -- her guidance on the louvre placement and overall layout truly elevated the space. They also suggested furniture pieces and styling ideas, which helped me make great choices when I did my own shopping. Their recommended contractors were excellent, but the pricing was higher than I expected. To stay within budget, I decided to manage the entire project myself with separate contractors. The final design had replaced the custom fountain with a more budget-friendly option, but on request they were kind enough to share the original custom fountain design, which I built with my contractor at a much lower price. The whole project was very time consuming and hard work, but it saved a lot of cost, and the result was incredibly rewarding. Due to some misunderstandings, we decided to part ways amicable, so they couldn't continue with the front/side yard phase -- but they still provided the initial concepts that I can use in the future. Overall, Vision to Completion delivered a thoughtful, contemporary design that became the blueprint for a transformation I'm truly proud of. Great Company! I wanted an electric pergola. It was expensive but I wanted something solid and wanted to go with people who have done this a hundred times. This is them. We had a great experience with VTC. We chose Vision because when we saw there work we knew they would understand our modern atheistic. They were easy to work with and we appreciated they provided unlimited revisions to the project so we got exactly what we wanted with the upfront price. The process was very quick as well, all changes and questions were addressed in a very timely manner. Once we had our final plans, we had trouble finding a contractor. I guess normally VTC would have introduced us immediately to some landscape contractors, but we had a miscommunication and didn't receive those referrals at first. However, once I reached out to them, within three days we had 3 landscape contractors who came out to bid our project. I would highly recommend Vision To Completion for any outdoor space design project. After having a pool removed a while back, we were left with a large, unsightly space in our backyard. We worked with Yaniv and Achva on our landscaping design. It was a great experience overall and we really like what Yaniv and Achva ended up designing for us. In the first call, Yaniv clearly explained the overall process, what to expect from them (e.g. number of design revisions) and patiently listened to and understood our requirements. Things got off to a bit of slow start, we weren't sure when the first designs would be ready. Part of the reason for this was also us - given we were introduced and working with them through another person, we weren't comfortable reaching to Yaniv and team to ask for updates. This is a 5 star primarily for the following reasons - 1/ We liked their creativity, particularly around coming up with solutions we hadn't thought of. e.g. How they raised the deck outside our master bedroom to give it an indoor / outdoor feel. 2/ Easy collaboration - Yaniv and Achva would upload photos/renders on Google drive, and we collaborated through comments on the photos. 3/ Good expectation setting - e.g. for final project plans, Yaniv mentioned they'll be available after Labor day. And the day after, the plans were done. Yaniv and team were always on time when they gave us a timeline. We are currently in the process of building their designs. Terrible experience just with the receptionist. In the very first call they ask for all sorts of personal questions including your phone, email, street address, etc. I shared phone and email and when I said I'm not comfortable sharing street address till I get to speak to someone and understand what the services are and if there is interest - this person just hung up on me. Very bad customer service, clearly. I called back and got someone else and their basic criteria is they won't move forward without all this info. Seems like they don't really care for lots of new business. Unless you have a really strong referral, this place seems too complicated and unfriendly to work with. read more

This has been long overdue. This review is for installation of Equinox system. It was installed at my place in April of 2022. Yaniv, Kris and the whole team are a very professional bunch. They patiently gathered requirements, then, made their presentation with a 3-D workup of the design of my backyard. This is what sets them apart. I was clearly able to see how the Equinox system will look like in my backyard. They also showed a recent installation in my neighborhood, to see things live in action. The installation was nice and on schedule. The installation team was very professional too. A few months after the installation the system had a minor glitch. I had contacted Kris and it was fixed promptly. I haven't had any issues since. One thing I'd like to point out is that the place where the conduit comes up onto the roof for the motor, isn't water tight. I have had discoloration on the rafters since the installation, but, I'll be getting it fixed soon. I would gladly refer them. read more

Unlike other vendors who were pushing their highest margin product, Yaniv reviewed all solutions with me and explained the pros and cons, including why higher cost solutions may not be a good fit for me.
