We are extremely happy with the outstanding job done at our covered patio. Mark Markevich , the manager was so very helpful and accommodating when he came over to check what we needed to be done and when we told him our need for a covered patio . Ruvin and Ben Markevich were very kind and respectful . They were also very accommodating and flexible while they were completing the job and were very nice and kind in doing some things that we requested them to do. Ruvim and Ben were very knowledgeable with their craft and very concentrated and focused with what they were doing. Most of all there was no delay in the completion of the project . I highly recommend Exterior Perfection to anyone looking for a contractor for home improvement. Well done Exterior Perfection!!!! read more

We had a beautiful patio cover designed and constructed by Exterior Perfections. We chose the insulated traditional patio cover. Max and Dmitry were very helpful in answering all of our questions when designing the cover. David and Vasily did an excellent job installing the cover. David went above and beyond expectations customizing the cover to meet our particular needs. The job was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. We felt the price was very fair. We couldn't be happier. read more

EP worked alongside United Solar to construct a patio cover that allowed solar panels to be installed atop the patio cover so that the panels were not placed on our roof. Although there was some delay and miscommunication between the two companies, EP never abandoned the project and found ways to satisfy the requirements of US. Also, when there was concern about rain accumulation from the result of the cover creating a gap between the roof and the cover, EP came over and came up with a solution that we hope works come winter. They are responsive, personable and accommodating. read more

Exterior perfections did an amazing job with our sunroom. They were very flexible from the beginning to listen to my needs and accommodate modifications along the way. Starting from the site visit, to putting down the concrete they did an excellent job. Despite many internal transitions in their team Daniil, the project manager made sure the project is completed on time. The team including Ruvim who did the sunroom and Jacob who did the floors were very knowledgeable and did the job without too much hassle and completed on time. Daniil also offered some good discounts towards the end and among the several contractors we looked at they had the best price. We love our sunroom now and can't wait to spend time there!! Thank you for making our dreams come true!!! I highly recommend Exterior perfections for any of your patio or sunroom needs. read more

Had Exterior Perfections install a large pergola in my backyard. Very happy with the result. I'm totally in love with my yard and the work done by Exterior Perfections. I had 3 Louvretec pergolas installed and 2 smaller pergolas to be used for storage areas. Max is great to deal with and they did a great job adapting to my needs, changing things on the fly and dealing with an otherwise picky and demanding customer (me). Recently I had a motor go out in one of my pergolas and Daniel came out and fixed it quickly. I would definitely use them again and am already planning adding more pergola coverage to my front and backyards. read more

Daniel did a great job and the pergola looks fantastic! Matching my modern home!Ready to enjoy it right away!

We had patio cover louvres installed and had a sunroom room built. Exterior Perfections did a wonderful job and the two additions have added value to our property and have become our favorite rooms. Alex Gurin offers great customer service and is willing to work with your ideas. He is also very responsive and offers great design alternatives. Alex Sbitneva who managed the permit process worked very hard with the engineering team and the County to get a speedy approval. Slavik and the Installation team were very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. And above all Max is great to work and did a great job adapting to our needs and dealing with changes to the plan. We highly recommend Exterior Perfections. Thank You, Rupa & Sunder read more

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Exterior Perfections. We have been in contact on my order for well over a year due to COVID and shipments so I was able to see the consistent professionalism over time. I absolutely LOVE my pergola and now my husband and I feel like we have a new room in the house. We have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside now. The highlight of this experience was by far, Kostantin! He is so meticulous in doing the best job and hit many road blocks but never took the easy way out. He is one of the hardest working contractors I have come across and I have worked with many. We can not thank him enough for treating our project as if it were his own. Alex, Dmitry and Irena were also great, they were our contact for design, scheduling, payments and additional orders. Thank you for such a wonderul addition to our home! read more

Daniel and his crew did a great job, and they were friendly, thorough, and responsive to our requests. All in all we're quite happy with the end result and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pergola or patio covering. read more

We hired Exterior Perfections to build a patio cover in our backyard, and we are very pleased with the final result. While there was a delay with the initial order, their team more than made up for it with their professionalism and quality workmanship. Daniel and his crew arrived on time for the installation and worked diligently to complete the project. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The shed itself is well-constructed and looks great in my backyard space. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality patio shed or other outdoor structure. After deciding to install a pergola deck cover, we interviewed three different companies. We choose Exterior Perfections based on the knowledge they demonstrated during that process, their design ideas and the flexibility of the Louvrtec system to accommodate our design and construction requirements. Alex Gurin, our project manager, used his installation background and his construction sense to design the system that met our needs. Daniel and his crew were exceptional during the installation process, precise and exacting, and meticulous all through the process. We'd highly recommend the Exterior Perfections team for your patio covers needs! read more

We love our Louvretec patio by Exterior Perfections. Max and his team are amazing. He was very easy to communicate with and his team was very hard working. Our 20 x 30 Louvretec patio was up in a week! To be honest, it was a long road getting to our patio. We had a competing Louvretec installer install our initial patio. During a storm, it leaked everywhere, blew up and down and disconnected from parts of the roof, and ALL the electrical wiring shorted. There were many construction flaws, and the other company's wouldn't admit fault, actually stating it was "some of our best work." They didn't want to fix it properly. So we called out Exterior Perfections to evaluate. We are so happy we did because Max's team is the best. Now I have a patio that is not only functional and beautiful, but SAFE! Don't hesitate and waste your time and money on the other company. Get it done right the first time.up Update review: cannot stress enough how awesome this company and product are. Leak occurred because of plugged drain from all the heavy rain and roof debris. Max sent a crew put the NEXT day! Who has ever had that kind of service from a contractor , TWO YEARS after installation?! read more

Super happy with how our outdoor louvered structure has turned out. It has dramatically increased the utility of our backyard. Exterior Perfections did a great job. Exterior Perfections installed the 3 zone louvered system, LED lights, heaters, and fan. The finished product has exceeded by expectations. Like all contractors they are dealing with supply chain issues and so this took longer than expected and we are still waiting on a shade and the internet controller for the louvers but overall worth it for the quality and utility of product delivered. read more

We had our home consultation/design session with Viktoriya today and we couldn't have been any happier with the professionalism and knowledge. We had 2 prior consultations with companies and neither knew the codes for the city we are located in, brought any brochures/pictures/materials with them to help us imagine the sunroom. Viktoriya walked us through not only the design but also city regulations and different building options. She is very personable and honest. The office staff were also very professional throughout the scheduling and follow up process. read more

Demitri was well prepared & professional. Very knowledgeable with lots of samples. We chose them after getting bids from other companies as their prices dropped. Insulation went well. Took 2 days. They were great at getting our input as install progressed. Great clean up job too. I reached out to Exterior Perfections for a retractable awning several months ago and all in all the experience was really solid. Even though retractable awnings aren't their main specialty they made the choice of picking a model, color scheme, fabric and features painless. The sales reps were easy to work with as was their head office. They head office worked with me on a few issues, namely the size that was ordered was wrong but they were quick to correct that without any issue. They also worked with us when the exact customization options weren't able to come on the model we ordered (namely a set of extra lights). All of this was painless thankfully. Once the product was delivered Slavik coordinated via text about the install days. He was very quick to respond (at all hours of the day/night no less!) and was very polite with my somewhat difficult to schedule around schedules. On the install day, Daniel and his team came out in the freezing cold rain and did a fantastic job with the installation. There was an end cap piece that broke during shipping that they had already ordered a replacement for by the time I was informed, walked me through the controls of the awning and confirmed with me that everything was to my liking. It looks great and functions properly; my wife and I couldn't be happier. Oh also Briceida is super nice and very polite and easy to work with over the phone for payments and such. Thanks to the entire team for making this a pleasurable experience! read more

Got the louvre system installed with lights and etc.... Awesome group of people especially Daniel and Mark. Wonderful service.

Our sun room was completed and I could not be happier. It's large spacious. It's very windy at the base of the mountains where we live plus we've had tons of thunderstorms. It has stood up wonderfully. We're empty nesters and our cats love our sunroom and spending rime with us. We have a bar outside if the kitchen window which us ideal for serving tood and drinks. We have also created a couple of little reading nooks. Had a Christmas party for my staff and we spent the time out playing games in the sunroom and also eating Christmas dinner. It was fantastic. Our grown kids come and stay with us and even though we have offices and desks for them to work at in the house, they spent the entire week in the sunroom with their laptops working from home. If you want to have a good "pick me up," if you're a work from home person, a sunroom is a fabulous getaway. You can't help but be in a good mood when you're working in a sunroom read more

As the company's name implies, we have an "Exterior Perfection" result. We want to thank Viktoriya Plugovaya for the excellent Deck design, including the roof and railing. She brought the Four Seasons Building Product samples to choose for texture and color. She is keen to detail what results in extra excellence. Rain or shine, David Markevich and his partner worked to perfection to end the project tirelessly. I haven't seen such dedicated folks in a long time. Thanks for the great job that our friends and neighbors admire read more

Exterior Perfections is the best, don't bother to check out any other company. I live in a condo in Mountain View and was looking for a patio cover with recessed lights and a fan. After Covid, I wanted a nice outdoor space to hang out with friends. At first, I talked with other companies and none of them would agree to doing my patio cover with permits, and I needed them for the HOA to give permission. Then I was fortunate to come across Exterior Perfections. Alex and the team are wonderful. We had a few bumps along the way with City of Mountain View but Alex took care of everything, she was beyond wonderful. The work was professionally done, even down to the cover having gutters and hooks for me to hang decorative lights. Their communication was excellent. Right from the beginning they took the time to meet with me in person, reviewed what I wanted, and provided an estimate which didn't change. The final product is just great, I love my patio cover. To top it all, their work was permitted and the HOA is happy. All is can say is a big THANK YOU to Alex, all the office staff, and the people they sent to do the actual installation, who worked so hard, one day even when it was raining! It was all excellent. I'm happy to say I got my Permit signed off today. Thank you! Thank you! read more

My review was premature. There were three aspects to the job: patio covers, decks, and solar. Patio covers and decks have been completed. However, solar is still outstanding since August. I've communicated with the Exterior Perfections team on multiple occasions with no substantive response. These include in person and email communications on 9/9; 9/17; 10/8; 10/16; 10/28; 11/4; 11/5; and 11/13. I was told at one point a few days to complete to 5 weeks to complete. I'm hoping that Max, the owner, can rectify the situation. read more

This team were true professionals from the start. Dmitry showed up on time for my appointment and gave me a good and better option for my patio cover. I selected the better option, American made product that was superior to the other choice. Slavik scheduled the team and also provided a clear timeline on when all the materials were to arrive. Although we had a couple minor manufacturer delays, at no point did I feel unclear on timing of next steps. Daniel and Alex did a fantastic job building my patio cover. They were respectful with my property, on time each day as they promised, and also kept my new patio clean after every day's work. When we completed the walk-through, everything looked perfect. I paid a little more for my patio cover than other options in the market . However, if you're all about quality and workmanship, this team has got it covered. read more

Great Job! I had a patio cover louver system installed by another firm and it began to have problems 4 years later. That company closed down this year.
