Being an interior designer, I have very high standards, and I knew that if we designed blinds for the inside to cover the windows from the sun, it would look funky. We reached out to Charlie and the communication was off the charts. He is so easy to work with and very friendly. He guided us towards a functional, motorized, outdoor window covering system. He guaranteed that he could make the rollers visually pleasing outside and he delivered on this! He and his team came out and installed and made sure that everything worked properly and that it looked good. You can tell that they are also perfectionists which I really have to say is hard to find these days! If I could give Arch Shutters 10 stars, I would.
