We hired MS Construction back in May 2024 because our second story deck started to deform just two weeks before we were about to have a baby! I was very stressed about getting the work done for safety due to it being a second story deck but it also had to be done fast because of the new baby We called MS Construction and another company to estimate price and timeline. Recent storms had caused damage to two sections of the shared fence at my parents' house. One section was damaged and another section entirely fell down. Mike was very responsive with an estimate and was able to come by and provide an estimate that same afternoon. Since this was a shared fence, we worked together with our neighbor to share the cost. Overall not a great start. I asked the estimator to text me when he knew when he was going to stop by, he emailed me instead so I almost missed him. He parked in our driveway which was just a little odd, in case my wife came back and needed the spot. He measured the wrong length for the fence (Which I had measured myself), and I asked him to check it multiple times.
