Yesterday, his crew, led by the amazing Denis, came to assemble and install a gazebo on my deck along with a patio swing -- and let me just say, they exceeded all expectations. MS Construction did a great job for our family. There are 2 major projects. One is rebuilding the deck, the other one is kinda special, which is to build a deck-like cover over a big hole in the paver above the septic tank. For rebuilding the deck, Mike talked to us with tons of details, and the good thing is that, unlike other deck builders who want to recommend the expensive materials, Mike would analyze the correct materials to use. After rebuilding the deck, they sanded the deck very carefully, including the prickly holes caused by the nails. They painted the whole deck carefully and it's the exact color we want. For the cover for the hole, it's really a special request. We were paving our backyard, but we have a septic tank system which needs to be cleaned every 2-3 years, so we can't pave that part. Then we have a big hole in the middle of the paver. I want to fill that hole with a cover at the same level as the pavers, so the kids can run on a flat surface. MS Construction did a great job to cover that hole. They built a deck-like cover exactly the size of that hole, and at the same level of the paver. In addition, they added 2 doors on the deck, so we can open the doors when we need to access the septic tank system. They painted it too. In future if we need deck work we'll hire them again. read more

Yuri is an absolute lifesaver! When we attempted to assemble our Ikea sofa ourselves, we encountered a frustrating issue with a stuck screw. With his remarkable problem-solving skills, he skillfully reversed the Ikea setup steps and flawlessly configured the sofa. We recently had MS remove our older wooden fence because of the new fire regulations and replace it with a black 5' chain-link swimming pool fence including three self-closing and self-latching gates. We had several other companies on this list come by to give bids and some only did wood fencing and one would only do 4' (we wanted 5') and they weren't interested in ordering it. Mikhail with MS was happy to do exactly what we requested. They were very efficient, and we are extremely pleased with the results. They custom-made the gates at our home, welding the pieces together. None of our requests seemed to present any problems for them. read more

I recently had my backyard fence replaced by this small business, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were efficient, completing the job within just a few days, and they even removed all of the old fence and disposed of it. The new fence they installed looks fantastic, and they made sure to ask for any clarifications or updates I needed throughout the process. When I wasn't satisfied with a specific lock, they went above and beyond by ordering a new one that wasn't available locally, and returned promptly to install it. I needed to replace a big part of my fence and I searched the web and found MS Construction & Service. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately, I sent them a picture of my old fence and got a price quote the next day to which I agreed. They came on Monday and finished removing the old fence and installing a beautiful new fence for me, all in the same day.
