I have gotten both Gel manicure and pedicure from here and have always been satisfied. I love Bridgette, but everyone here does amazing work and you would not be disappointed by any of the ladies who work here. All are super friendly and make your experience delightful. After reading some not so great reviews, I would recommend making your appointment online. If you go to their website, you'll be able to schedule your appointments there. I love it because there are some salons that try and make you keep the same appointment every two weeks. For me with my busy schedule, it's really hard for me on a weekly basis to know when I am available. Scheduling online makes it super helpful and convenient. As for the UV gel, there is a sign in the salon that says "guarantee for 7 days". So yes, you may find that after a week your manicure begins to chip. They encourage you to come in for touchups if your nail breaks or chips. I definitely will not be leaving here anytime soon!

She drilled my toenails to the point where they now hurt. They are also uneven and filed to my skin. She roughly yanked my cuticles. Barely sanded my feet. Worked in a rush to be on her phone. When I noticed her terrible work, I canceled the gel French and asked for regular clear. To then be charged a color pedicure...? It was clear, but I guess in that business it's still a color. She also charged me a fee for taking off my gel polish. Taking off the polish wouldn't be part of a pedicure...? Apart from that, there were more inconveniences I experienced with Francesca and the owner but it's not even worth it. 0 out of 10

I have never had such fast service that still looked good!! - Cheap pricing. If you get a gel mani, they don't charge you extra for taking off previous gel. Again, unheard of in big cities. - There's a membership program you can enroll in to get points for the money you spend. You can earn free mani's and such. You also get double points when you pay in cash. Cons: - I've had different people do my nails and some are great and some are really bad. One time, I had a lady (didn't get her name) and I told her she was hurting my cuticles when she was filing the side of my nails and she just laughed at me and shrugged it off. I told her again later and she seemed annoyed and made it seem I was being sensitive about it. Then when she gave me a shoulder massage (comes with the mani), I asked her to do light pressure and again she seemed annoyed and did not follow my request. When I left the salon, though my nails looked good, my shoulders were red and in pain, and my side of my nail(by where she was filing) was hurting like crazy. The skin was rubbed raw and kept hurting for a whole week after. This only happened one time that I've been here and my mom never had bad experiences. So now I know which lady to avoid.
