I was looking for a salon to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, and this one has good reviews. I had called inquiring their pricing for what I wanted and booked an appointment, which they were great to book me the same day! I was looking for a regular polished french mani and pedi, and I'm not sure what was written down for my appointment but the woman at the counter just quickly handed me color options. So I guess I wasn't getting a french tip that day! However I wasn't too upset since I was also open to a regular service. I ended up leaving with a gel(?) manicure and regular pedicure. Sure, I could have clarified but the staff was clearly busy and as I said before, I was open to whatever service. She saved me some money at the least! The place is your average looking salon, but my specialist was extremely sweet. She kept checking on if I was comfortable and did a great job!! read more

I have been going to Supreme Nail Spa for about 5 years now, and they never disappoint! I do recommend getting an appointment, as you may be asked to wait, which it's very much worth the wait. The techs are all very friendly and the vibe of the place is enjoyable. They do provide a variety of things including waxing, massages, and pedicures (which are excellent) 10/10 recommend read more

They took us right away. The manicurist did a good job on my nails. I got chrome gel and it turned out nice. The other manicurist also did a good job doing my elderly mother's nails. She was very gentle with her. They have plastic up to create a barrier (COVID is still a concern here). And the staff wore masks which I appreciate. What I didn't like was the extra charge for credit card payments. They do have a $1 ATM so you can withdraw cash. read more

This is not only affordable but the ppl were nice! They were busy but as soon as it's your turn you get a royal treatment! I had the spa pedicure and she washed my feet, scrubbed my feet, cut and cleaned my cuticle!!! Oh my god as a truck driver this was heaven! The vide is relaxed and they even had the football game on which made me even happier because I wasn't just stuck looking at some trash on tv. I normally go somewhere else but I used Yelp and they found this place and I definitely don't regret it! Folks if you want to be in peace! You want your feet to feel good ( not all abused like some other places ) this is the place to go !!!!! There really affordable most place for a pedi spa treatment want $110 this place was affordable and I left a $25 tip. Oh and yeah there massage chair works not like a lot of other places, it gave me a massage that i desperately needed! I'll be going back every 2 weeks I recommend this place 100% read more

Love it here! I had Brenda for mani and Bella for pedi. Pedi was amazing and she didn't rush through like some other places. Mani I came in with a design in mind and Brenda crushed it. Will be back! read more

This is my fifth visit here at Supreme Nails Spa and every visit I've had, my nails have been beautifully done. I would either bring images or request a specific design and the nail artists at Supreme would always be super receptive to it. The reason why I'm writing this review is because of the best experience I've had in terms of my time today at Supreme Nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience today and my nails did not come out how I imagined or desired. I voiced my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with my nails and Jason who is the owner was super accommodating. The same day, he took me in at 6PM and fixed my nails and the entire design. This in itself was so beyond amazing because he went above and beyond in catering towards my wants. Originally, I had a red french nail design which did not come out to my liking but I asked if I could change my nails to a nude ombré which Jason was totally okay with. Overall, Jason really changed my perspective of the business and instilled me to support the business and also write this review because of how kind he was. My nails also came out amazing but regardless of that, every experience and nail design I've had have been beautifully done. I'm so in love with my nails right now it's insane. Please be sure to check out this salon if you're looking for a new salon! I always get SNS gel powder nails and so again, highly recommend SNS gel powder! My photos are all from Supreme Nails so let that be proof and evidence to how skilled and amazing they are. read more

I made an appointment yesterday and went in at 6:30. I told the man that I needed a gel manicure and he said that it was perfectly fine. He left me there with my nails soaking for 30 minutes while he tended to another customer, leaving only 30 minutes before closing for me. The girl that did my manicure was rushing and not only do my fingers hurt like hell but the nails also look like crap. I will never return, it was a total waste of my money! read more

I've tried going here multiple times with an appointment, but there's always a line even though I have an appointment. The manicure pedicures here are pretty pricey compared to the local competition and everything is rushed. I do think the people are nice here, but they don't have enough staff members and they can't keep appointment times ever. I also wish the salon offered more organic pedicure and polish options. There is a organic salon in Lyndhurst that charges less than this salon. They also charge extra for any credit card purchase under $120. Try the other nail salons down the block on Paterson Ave. read more

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon since my regular salon is about 40 minutes. After some online research, I made the mistake of choosing this place for my usual dip powder manicure. I called early in the day and was told to come in at 5:30, which is happily obliged. They took me in right away and soaked my nails.- but after that, I was left waiting for 55 minutes! For 55 minutes I watched Jason and all the other staff members continue to take other clients and do entire manicures and new sets. Mind you- I was not a walk-in that they were squeezing in- I he made an appointment. After an hour, I was shuffled around from one person to another. I understand if they are busy- but then stop taking walk ins and address the clients with appointments. It's clear that their priority is getting people in the door and staying- but not coming back. They also do not tell you- if you're look into get a shape (I did almond), it's an extra $5. Mine, I guess, but it's not written out anywhere. And as for tips for a broken nail, if you ask for 1- they have to charge you for 10. Completely outrageous. The top coat used was not the correct top coat for Powder Gel (he used the ESSIE top coat- again, I'm sure to save money- but a few hours later- it's already chipping). While there, I observed the place to be completely unsanitary. None of the tools were disinfected between clients which sounds like an infection waiting to happen. Overall, I was there for over 2 hours- for a simple powder gel manicure (no designs or anything)- the same service that I've been getting for years elsewhere for just about an hour. I paid more, wasted my afternoon and ruined my night for no reason. Please- save your time, money and go somewhere else- anywhere else. read more

Gina did a nice job on my dip powder. I didn't get the name of the female who did my pedicure....the pedicure was just ok but she did a great job on the gel French. I like that they don't try to upsell other services. They are transparent with pricing. The only negative, and it's a big one for me, is that I made an appt and was there on time and had to wait 45 minutes. I respected the appt time, they should respect my time as well. read more

This is so hard for me to write because I had such a sweet girl do my nails. I walked in sat down for my appointment and showed them the photo of what I wanted and what I got was... not it. I was happy with the length and shape but the dip was so bad that I went straight home and painted over it. :( it was a complete mess and even my fiancé, who knows nothing about nails told me I needed to do something about it... I am so sad about the whole thing. read more

Well, service is fast that is a plus. But my main focus is really getting the cuticles out from a Pedicure. That did not happen I was very disappointed. After almost finishing my Manicure. Store Worker Wister came to ask,"If, I was satisfied with the service." Of course, I gave him tips on first time customers. He apologized and did take out the in grown cuticles. It went from a two star to a 5 star. This message is for the owner,"Wister, is a GREAT store manager." Thank you Wister! Grateful and happy with the results. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I'm so glad I found it! I was looking for a place that did Dip Powder and open on Sundays. I just went here for the first time. The place was spacious and very clean. I was just going to do a gel but Nicole did a dip powder, which I had never had done before but she recommended it because I was concerned about my short nail beds and how easily my nails bend and break when they grow. She was very reassuring, explained the whole process very well, and even took the time to do just one nail first to make sure I would like it. I'm very happy with how they can out! read more

I'm floored by this place. I found them through yelp in the spur of the moment when I walked out of my old nail place due to terrible customer service. Sad my husband I have been steady clients for about 2 years every four weeks we get pedicures and I get powder nails. Needless to say they do good work but I make appointments and always have to wait I don't mind 15 minutes or so things happen. But to wait every single time why make appointments if they just keep taking walk-ins or overbook last night topped it all I was waiting 44 minutes with my feet in the bath water. I had to leave with my feet wet no pedicure or mani for me. Jason you need to make appointments and stick to them read more

Highly displeased. I've been here a few times, always leaving not-so-satisfied, but wanted to keep giving it a chance. Today, I made an appointment, but still waited 45 minutes to be seen. I watched people who came in after me get seated because they're regulars. I guess this place is not fond of new customers. Only reason I waited so long is because I drove 30 minutes from home, didn't want to waste my gas. I should've just went home, because I ended up paying $50 for my botched gel re-fill, with no apology or acknowledgment from the owner for my wait. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! read more

Service Brenda provides is great, my nails last 3 week; however, today after getting a mani and pedi she ran after me while I was getting in my car and told me that the tip I gave her wasn't enough and if I can't tip more then I can't do my nails with her anymore!! I am completely shocked. Needless to say I won't go back there, as a paying customer i shouldn't feel forced to tip more. read more
