There's a room in the back so it's actually a fairly relaxing time. The salon is clean and bright. I came back for nails and got a French gel manicure. They don't have the prices up on their sign board but they haven't them listed online. My technician was very thorough and the nails look nice. When I went to pay, the receptionist shrugged and said their credit card system wasn't working. Maybe she just found this out, but it would have been nice to know before coming in or I would have brought cash. There wasn't any apparent attempt to fix it. She just said to Venmo the money. I don't have Venmo so I had to spend like 10 minutes setting it up, adding credit card, then paying a fee on top of it to process credit cards. There was no apology. She then said they'd raised their prices but not on the website and not in the store. That felt super shady. The services were good but the tech issues of payment and nonchalance to it was frustrating. If you do come here, make sure to ask before service what pricing or else they'll just charge whatever they are in the mood for that day.

They never told me or asked if that was ok that it may take a little longer. 4 HOURS!! From sit down start to finish!!! My entire afternoon 1:45- to text receipt received at 5:30 pm. They giggled and said sorry. I didn't think was funny AT ALL. They SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME before that she was practicing and new. They started adding things to the total of the nails (as a group which made it seem like the prices were made up) (In my opinion you shouldn't be charging me the same a professional can get done in 1 - 1/12 hours- the with a beginner learning) she was nice but honestly threw my whole afternoon away. I was going to get a pedicure but couldn't . First time trying this location and sad to say I can't go back because I'll never have the time for 4 hours for basic nail set and "full price what ever it is that day when they add it up"

At the very least, this should be disclosed to customers before starting their nails because this is absolutely not the norm. The most I've ever been charged to have nails removed (and never has it been by the same salon that put them on) is $10 for gel x. But the owner told me she charges min $15 (and this goes for styles even without tips, like SNS). It's unfortunate because this place is next door to my apartment and I was hoping to become a regular customer, but I simply cannot fathom paying a $20 surcharge every time i want my nails done.

The girl was a beginner and took over 5 hours to do them, was late to my other appointment because she took way too long. She also drilled to much around my cuticles, and it started bleeding, leaving my finger in pain. Not worth the $110 plus tip ($140) at all!! I am underwhelmed and the reviews were too kind. I booked a 6:15 pm appointment with Alicia as there were some reviews about her. I get to my 6:15 pm appointment at 6:05 pm. It is a tiny salon on the corner. As I walk in I am not greeted just stared at so I walk to the back and let them know I have an appointment. They told me to sit down. After sitting I realized they had not sat me with Alicia and the tech looked visibly annoyed and handed me a bunch of gel color books. I stopped looking at the books for a second and she scolded me asking me if I had picked a color. When I mentioned that I had an appointment with Alicia, another tech came over and explained that Alicia was with another customer and that me booking with her did not guarantee me getting her. I was baffled and asked why. She explained that I had not made a note that I really wanted to see Alicia they had sat me with the next available tech - which is bizarre. The girl I had was rude and rushed through the entire pedicure. She massaged my feet for about 90 seconds. The techs are unwelcoming and it was an uncomfortable experience. The price is steep and the customer service lacks. I've never been to another salon that forces you to make a note to get an appointment with who you really want. Needless to say I won't be back.

It is pretty small - only about 5 manicure chairs and 3 pedicure chairs. I have not had any issue getting an appointment. The online booking system is easy to use. The prices here are about $5 to $10 higher than other salons in the area, however there's often a promo so then the costs are better than others. I had a much better pedicure experience than I did manicure. I think the interior of this salon was maybe redone recently? It seems freshly painted, but then things like the nail polishes all generally looked half empty and dried out. There are no fans or vents on the manicure stations so there is powder from when they buff the nail polish off that coats everything. Not all the tools come out of the sanitizer packs which I did not like at all. There is a really large selection of dip powders. There was an underwhelming choice of gel polish colors to choose from. My nails did not all come out the same shape - some were round while others had an odd round-square shape. I was disappointed that one of the gel nails chipped 3 days after getting it done and a few more had chipped within a week. The pedicure stayed much longer and overall looked better than the manicure.

I decided to also get a spa pedicure. The same lady wound up doing it for me. The experience in general was decent ..personally I have experienced better. Praying now nothing happens to my feet! they definitely need to focus on making sure the place is clean ...
