When I walked in I was promptly seated at my appt time .I went in for a pedicure and the service was pretty speedy and effective. It wasn't the best pedi I got but it definitely was not the worse. The day after my appt my pedi started chipping and I was on my vacay with chipped toes..which was less than ideal. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.
