When I went to pay, the receptionist shrugged and said their credit card system wasn't working. Maybe she just found this out, but it would have been nice to know before coming in or I would have brought cash. There wasn't any apparent attempt to fix it. She just said to Venmo the money. I don't have Venmo so I had to spend like 10 minutes setting it up, adding credit card, then paying a fee on top of it to process credit cards. There was no apology. She then said they'd raised their prices but not on the website and not in the store. That felt super shady. The services were good but the tech issues of payment and nonchalance to it was frustrating. If you do come here, make sure to ask before service what pricing or else they'll just charge whatever they are in the mood for that day.

When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up.
