Arrived early for my first appointment and I was seated immediately. The staff and the owners are very friendly and attentive. The space is clean and well kept and they have a lot of color options for manicures and gel. The prices are reasonable. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I liked both. The massage during the pedicure was great. Great service, friendly staff, and they honor appointment times. Make your appointment! read more

Every time I'm desperate for a pedicure I end up going here and I ALWAYS have regrets IMMEDIATELY after leaving. Welp today is no different than any other regretful time! My nail bed is clear as day and this place insisted on cutting shorter and shorter. Not to mention uneven!!!!! Don't go here please save yourself the time, money and aggravation... thank me later. This place should be embarrassed. The vibe on the inside is embarrassing too. read more

Being a man I don't know the things one should be on the lookout for. In short, I went with my daughter to do a daddy/daughter manicure and it came out nice. I also got a 30min massage and it was amazingly relaxing. Great place. read more

I think I found my new salon at Secaucus. I am going on vacation and needed to get my nails done asap, so I scheduled an appointment at Hope Salon. I walked in and was taken in immediately. The person that was doing my nails took her time with soaking off my precious gel manicure and didn't hurt at all. I showed her an inspiration picture and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be returning here and trying different nail designs by them. read more

I just moved into the area so I picked this place to have my nails bad move. I had my nails done on Friday its Monday they are chipped and broken I had the dip Powder. The owner was the one who did my nails and she was looking at Her notes the entire time. When I told her she did an awful job not satisfied her response was instead of 50 I will charge you 45 I should have paid nothing for the job that I received. Beware I would not recommend this place it should be close. The owner is disgusting the whole entire time she sat there and coughed read more

Love this place! They recently went under new management and they have made so many amazing changes in such short time! They have a lot of new different products and new nail techs that are very talented. My nail tech was knowledgeable and even gave me recommendations of things she thought I might like which I really liked. The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Let me start by letting you know that I'm not rating this place so low because I'm upset. I'm giving them a one start because I can't write the review without at least giving one! Here is what I asked for but didn't get: 1- I asked for cuffin shape nails 2- I asked to get my cuticles cut 3- I asked to make them all even And here is what I got: 1- uneven shaped nails 2- cuts in all of my left fingers 3- cuticles were not cut 4- a $5 discount for the inconvenience of getting my fingers hurt Now, I respect other reviews and points of view, so I am only rating my experience based on my satisfaction. Needless to say, I would never go back there again. The third picture is the day after so you can see clearly how bad she cut me. read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. As a man I wanted to surprise my wife with a different gift for her birthday. I thought she would love a manicure and a pedicure. I google it and found this wonderful place. I made an appointment. I crossed my fingers cause I wasn't sure about the final result. Long story short, as we enter to Hope Nail Salon, I noticed a fantastic ambience. We were welcomed by the Manager with a big smile. The place was neat and my wife said this is the best place in town, thank you babe. That made my day. I recommed this place 100% read more

Love the gel manicures and my regular pedicures lasted for a good 2 weeks. Lovely spot and great staff. Friendly and accommodating.

Me and my fiance came in for a simple manicure. My man opted for a man manicure and wanted a buff and I just wanted them to take my nail polish off and file my nails. I didn't want any nail polish. The 2 Asian women sitting closer to the door was just outright horrible. How are you going to mess up a manicure that didn't require much ?! They rushed the job, didn't take all the polish off and cuticles were not cut correctly. They sanitation of the tools they used is very questionable. Also they say it's $9 for a manicure but they charge an extra $1 to take off the polish! What kind of foolery is that? We will never return back and be warned for those going there. read more

IF I WERE YOU I WOUD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I'm surprised this place has good reviews. I came with two of my friends. 2 of use got gel manicures and 1 regular manicure They charged us $25 for gel manicure and $8 for a regular manicure. For this spend your money somewhere else where your not rushed and given a bad job! The nail filers and pliers were not clean between customers... So gross! The Asian lady rushed the gel manicures...which was uneven and blotchy. My friend picked out a color and they choose a different color for her gel nail polish...she pointed out a black spot in her green nail polish and they didn't even clean it to clear the nail polish.... By the way...my friend did not want to tip because they did such a bad job...and the older Asian lady came up to her and requested a tip!!!! Beware the older Asian lady touched my friends butt and swiped her hand across...stay away!!! read more

I may have found my new mani pedi spot. I went there for the first time today and was very pleased. The regular pedi was very thorough; it included exfoliating, massage, and the hot wax on your heals. My feet feel amazing (if I don't say so myself). The mani was also very good. The girls seem to genuinely enjoy doing nails. They were not rushed at all. As far as the setting goes, from outside it looks like a hole in the wall. But when you enter you start to look around and things are really clean and new. The massage chairs and mani chairs are all brand new. Super comfortable. And the drying station has fans that don't require the visual to see if they're on. read more

Only rating based on overall experience bc only 1 of 3 ppl were good. My sister, friend and I went this morning. Appointment is suggested bc we made one and a lady who walked in before us apparently was told to wait bc we were supposed to have ours at the same time. Joanna did my nails. Got a regular pedicure and French manicure gel. Came out to $50. She cleaned up my cuticles well and was efficient with the gel. My sister had acrylic and gel. The first lady started it but difnt match her nails with the tips and had another crooked. It was fixed by Kim who finished her nails. Unfortunately it came out thick and a bit clumpy. Plus she added design on it on the ring finger my sister never asked for. I think she was just trying to be nice but she never asked and had she been given the option, would say no thank you. My friend had a lady who started my sisters nails...she seemed both slow and incompetent. She didn't listen when my friend said the French tip was not straight and seemed like a big language barrier. Her gel ended to thick too. Will only be back for Joanna. read more

Hope Nail Salon - Mani and Pedi $20 Monday -Wednesday - Nail Salons Near Me - Secaucus, New Jersey

I was in town for a work conference and had some down time in between sessions. I found this salon on yelp and figured Id give it a try. It was probably one of the better pedicure and manicures I've had in a while and the value was incredible! They're standard pedicure and manicure included such nice massages and wax treatments and I got a short chair massage while I was drying- plus all your usual expectations all for $20! Can't beat that! It was a wonderful way to relax! If highly recommend it! read more

Idk. So I came here hoping for the best, but I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Actually.. a whole lot of disappointed. I saw a roach running out in plain sight. The lady was doing a pedicure when I pointed it out, and she just smashed it with her foot and continued! It was freaking gross.. also, they're rude when it comes to tipping. I can speak Spanish and can understand what "chincha" means. She slammed my card on the table, assuming because I tipped so little in cash. I shouldn't have even tipped at all considering the roaches and her attitude. Two stars for an okay gel mani. Nothing spectacular to bring me back here. read more

Linda ,Ester, Silvia, Maria and Joanna are truly AMAZING..The color gel and the powder color gel they do so awesome I give them a 5 stars.. I have been going to them for 14yrs now and they are all so amazing read more

This is my favorite nail salon in Secaucus. I go there frequently to get my eyebrows done (by the owner), and I go there with my mother for pedicures to relax and have a girls day every once in a while. We love it there! They take wonderful care of you, and their massage chairs are great. Sometimes the chairs have a mind of their own though and you can't seem to figure out the massage settings when there's a glitch, but they still feel good. The girls who do the pedicures are great, and they have a bunch of new techniques involving collagen and aloe that leave your feet feeling extra smooth. We use the nail polish color "Wicked" a lot and it lasts a long time and is a nice dark color! :) read more

Absolutely horrible!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! My mother, my sister and I went to originally get pedicures and since all the chairs were being occupied I ask if we could get the mani pedi combo while we waited for an open chair and the lady snapped at me and said that I needed to make up my mind cause they closed at 7:30... mind I tell you we walked in at 7 pm not realizing they closed at 7:30 and asked if they would take us, they said yes. I can understand if they told us that they couldn't take us from the very start or even if they told me that they couldn't do the manicures cause it was getting close to closing time. I seriously didn't feel like an attitude was necessary. We just ended up walking out and going to another nail salon. Never coming back again! read more

Went for the first time today and I'm so happy I found this place. $20 mani pedi special that included a scrub on the feet, massage, and even a short shoulder massage while drying your nails. They took their time and they honored my appointment even tho I only made it an hour before. Honestly, most places that charge $20 bucks have chairs that don't even work and no sort of massage or anything. This place has everything and you get a points card so each time you go you accumulate points towards a free mani pedi!! read more

The ladies working there are very friendly!!! They did an impeccable job on my mani+pedi.

Nothing taken out of the sanitizer. Questionable how clean anything was- actually some clippers clearly weren't cleaned between customers. Bad customer service all around. Also who does an incomplete nail? Left all the sides of each nail undone. Had a gel manicure for $25 and there was a bubble on one of the fingers. Rushed, not friendly, and half the staff doesn't seem to like what they do. Never going back. read more

I love this place! Great gel manicure. Cheap pedicure. Very nice staff. I'm there at least every two weeks. Better than the other salons in town, everything lasts longer and is done much more professionally. read more

Went a week ago for a fill in and pedicure. Maria did a great job on my feet. I thought my nails were done good until two days later the gel nail polish started to chip,I went back and the owner fixed them which I thought there would be no more issues, well they chipped again the next day and two of my nails are lifting and I'm going on vacation! I most likely will not be going back and have to get my nails done while on vacation! The worst! read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went in last Wednesday at lunch for a gel manicure for my a trip to Florida over the weekend. By Friday, it was chipping and on Saturday every single nail peeled off in one piece. I called on Saturday to ask for a refund and was told they don't do them and to come in on Monday and they would fix it. I came in on Monday at lunch and the lady at the front had no idea who I was or what had happened. She told me I needed to come back the following day when the lady who did my original manicure would be in and she couldn't help me. Thankfully, another employee (Maria) confirmed that I had been in the week before and had gotten gel, so my color should be on. I then had to wait for Maria to finish her lunch while the other lady just sat there watching me to get my nails repainted. I always go to a wonderful salon on the UWS of Manhattan (Susie's, if you're ever on 72nd Street) and thought it would be convenient to pop in here based on previously good reviews during my lunch break. What a mistake that was. Hopefully this paint will last me until my next appt. in the city. Don't waste your time and money here. I paid $33 for a gel manicure for less than 48 hours and then had to fight for it to be redone. Let's see how long this one lasts. read more

STAY AWAY!! I came here to get a fill on because my regular place wasn't open and I was extremely disappointed. Terrible job and expensive.

the service was sooo bad that i have to write the whole review as I'm getting my feet done for you understand how horrible that place is.. they make you wait a long time then they rush you.. they talk sh*t.. overall the customer service is ridiculous and i will never be back..
