If I can give a 0 stars I'll definitely do it. Today I had the worst experience with my nail manicure. I called yesterday asking for dip powder manicure and they said me that yes, they make it and today I went to my appt at 9:30 am. I can't even describe all the worst steps the "nail technician" and owner of this place made it to me, Jun is her name. First, she didn't remove my nail powder with aluminium foil and cotton, she jus add my nails to nail remover and began polishing. Later, she told me she just had it like 10 colors, I couldn't even choose for the color I really wanted it but I gave a try to use a usual color that I use. When she was doing the dip powder in my nails, the color was not totally clear, it was some parts different colors and she told me that she will add on top to all the nails a gel base because I chose pink color and most of them were white/pink. When she was polishing part of the powder was coming off and I said to her that can't be fixed just with a color on top, she began removing my nails just because I said to her I didn't want but not because she was noticing the bad manicure she was doing to me. To clarify, the other coworkers notice this but they didn't say anything ( I suppose because it's the owner). And finally, she didn't even clean my hands, my nails, everything was a mess and decide to charge me $30 dollars for waste 2 hours of my time. Please if you see this review I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE that they don't even care for customer service and they just want to charge for mistakes they even made to people like me. read more

I was in the area and wanted to have gel removal so I called to see if I can make an appointment. It was 4:30 and she told me that I could come in at 5. I decided to wait in the parking lot until 5 o'clock and then walked in. I was barely greeted, I'm assuming she is the owner because when she did come up to me, she looked at my hands and saw that my nails were long and must've decided at that point that they did not have time to remove my gel. It seems my nail Technician was in a rush. Because of Covid, there's no drying them out in a nail salon. Very understanding, but on two of my nails they were smudged and I was rushed out the door. I had decided to come here last minute before my trip the worse mistake ever. I felt rushed while receiving my fill in and pedicure which came to 100$ no issues. My second day with my nails they two broke in half and the fill in was not properly covering my nail. I called the third day the owner agreed to fix it, once I arrived she was very unpleasant with the handling of my hand I felt like she was just pushing my hand away! ****updated review**** I was I was told that it was unlimited $35 for whatever design you want but she charge she tried to charge me $60 for a pedicure at that turned out to look a lot like a hot mess She obviously was confused and she was working really hard to try to make the design but she just doesn't have the skill set it takes I really want to like this place but these hidden costs really annoying me and the lack of skill to replicate the design The owner is so sweet. I came here based on a recommendation from my lash lady! She is at "the lash place" in fort lee. Jasmine!! Anyways she had great nails and she told me they do them here. $35 for hard gel with whatever you want on them!! Any design you want!! I was shocked to hear and I came her straight away. Had an amazing pedicure and now I'm getting a cool design I found on Instagram. So excited to find such a gem. The salon is clean and open. Very big and well circulated. No fumes in my face. I don't feel like I'm developing lung problems here at all!! So glad to find my new nail place. $40 for gel pedicure. read more

First time going here. I moved to NJ about 1 month ago and haven't found a nail salon just yet. I got a full set of the SNS dip gel powder nails (the fake ones since I bit all my nails off from the stress of moving lol). So the staff was very nice and welcoming but I am not happy with my nails over-all. She only gave me 5 options of colors and said the other options would be $5 more.. like really? Why... ok. So then she dipped all my nails and it came out super bumpy and rough and she clearly didn't know why bc she had a look of confusion and was speaking to her co workers about it (language barrier so I'm not sure what exactly was said). Then she took the spinning tool and took it all off to re do only to have uneven , still bumpy, not so perfect nails. My thumb looks like a pile of goopy nail polish. It looks like I did it myself. Honestly who gave this place 5 stars! I had a horrible experience. The moment I walked in they looked at me like I had five heads. They seemed pushy and the work that was done chipped two days later. It all started because I asked if they had the gel that matched the pedicure color. I guess I was asking for to much since I wanted my toes to match my hands. The owner kept coming up to me to show me gels that KIND OF match a regular color, which was annoying since I had already SAID no that I will just go with a regular color for hands and feet. Way over priced!! This place is horrible! The owner Jun makes up prices each time you go! $50 for gel pedicure they charge $5 to take polish off which is ridiculous if your getting gel put back on! Also gel refill is suppose to be $30 but she charges $10 extra for gel polish? Hello of course if you get gel refill your going to get gel polish! She constantly adds prices for every little thing. This was my first nail salon experience and I love how my mani/pedi came out! I was a bit nervous as this was my first time, but the mini spa experience I got along with the pedi was very relaxing and she was gentle & attentive when filing/cutting. I'll also mention that cleanliness seems to be a priority here which took my relaxation level up a few more notches. The women that work here are friendly, accommodating, and talented. I've gone to Eden nails for a long time. Since the new owner took over most of the girls left and new ones have taken their place. One of the newer ladies was rude to me when I told her I didn't want my hands massaged with lotion. I have a lot of hand pain and it just makes it worse when someone else doesn't know why. Once I said no she sort of flipped my hands away. I was not only offended but angry also. My gel nails chipped and even though I LOVE Brenda I'm feeling like I have to find a new place. I wanted a gel mani / pedi- the lady in charge got me to buy the special pedi- the Spanish girl who did it was really great, i give her 5 starts but then the lady who did my manicure rushed, did a terrible painting job , the polish looked smudged, not shiny at all and when I asked for a tip on one nail because it had broke she put a tip on and made it the EXACT size of the original nail! I was in such a rush to get out of there to go to a wedding I couldn't even get it fixed. 2 of the workers were arguing in Korean all while staring at me- It made me extremely uncomfortable. First I waited 15 minutes for my mani/pedi even though I had an appointment, then I was rushed through without all the relaxing qualities you go for! My nails weren't soaked, the manicurist did not use oil on my cuticles and began wrecklessly pulling them out causing me to bleed and my manicure was done at a pedicure station. The girl acted as if I was unconvincing her by paying to get my nails done. After my service was complete, I was approached by my manicurist and I asked why I didn't tip her!!!
