You're fired! I've been a customer for years and today was my last time patronizing this business! First they assign me a technician who had no idea what she was doing. They were coaching her in Vietnamese like I'm dumb. When I say "she needs help" a second person comes with an attitude and did a half ass job. Upset because I insisted alcohol be sprayed on the tools before using them and me. Then she suggested I bring my own tools and supplies when come because I insisted on having new / unused toe separators for nail painting. Did I mention their prices just went up. The entire experience left me angry and I've learned the lesson! I will take my business elsewhere read more

I switched to this salon a few months ago. The manager is hella rude for no reason but in spite of that he has some very good employees who can slay. Kevin sits to the far left in the front wow. His wife Tina sits next to him. On the other side front row are also 2 good nail techs but the married team is just better. The don't really have an appointment system set up but I've been there when they have told people in the phone to come at a certain time. The wait for the front row can get crazy long but Kevin and Tina, Tina especially takes her time. Parking is no existent but I've been lucky to have found legal parking just outside the door. read more

Really good nails with perfect shape and color! but im knocking 2 stars cuz he set them too low on the nail ned and he refused to push back my cuticle even though i had asked for a manicure and acrylic nail and said i would pay extra for cuticle cutting. I felt loke they rushed me out of there even though i made clear what i wanted. Now i cant stop focusing on my cuticle line. My nails look 5 days old even though i got them today. This place is completely UNSANITARY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in for a gel manicure and ended up getting a regular manicure, no polish, because the service was atrocious. I told the nail tech I was trying to grow my nails out and only asked her to file. She decided to do what she wanted and cut my nails down to the root. A waste of time and money, I will never come here again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible. read more

Horrible service. My nail artist Cindy had no proper training nor a license. My skin was cut . Also she couldn't shape nails properly. First I told her that I didn't want the shape that she was giving me ,quickly after she started speaking Chinese to other workers then she tried to pass me off to another nail artist. Lastly I confronted the owner who was in the store at the moment and didn't try to help he was just being rude, he was implying that since I wanted my nails cut down that they will have to shape my nails to the point where my skin was burning and skin was removed . But the crazy part of this story is that I come every 2 weeks and get my nails cut down and shaped and I have never had this problem. I asked if he can soak the nails of and he was telling me that I had to pay to remove nails that his worker Cindy Ruined. This will be reported to The State of Nj bored and health department. read more

Owners are truly good people. Their service is top notch. My nieces and I have been going to Krazy Nails for years now. You really can't get a bad tech. The owner Tee is my favorite. My nieces like Billy and Sam. They use quality product and we never have issues with our acrylic or gel. Went in for a fill in and acrylic gel pedicure, the nails were so beautiful. An old lady did my toes and they look so bumpy and not shiny. When I got home (20 mins later) I was putting lotion on my feet and noticed the left big toe was cracked. I had to get them fixed at another salon. I was referred here by a friend. I went to one of the males who sit all the way in the back by the nail dryers. Well he did a rush job. I've never had a refill so fast. Cleaning cuticles isn't included and he didn't take any pride in his work. He left huge gaps in the acrylic and the bed of my nails. I would definitely need a fill in less than a week. Then the gel polish looked glopped on my nails. Unlike the pictures posted it wasn't cleaned up around the nail. I asked the "manager" to fix it. KIST fixed my nails. Did the entire fill all over. And had an attitude about it as well. At the end he gives me this "are you happy now" smart ass response. When someone is paying for a service yes they should be happy. Renting booths is illegal so I'm unsure as to why i was told i couldn't pay for my services (my nails and sisters) together -i had to pay each individual. (CASH ONLY) But anyways... If you do go here i suggest Billy or Kist-despite his attitude he did good work. read more

This place is in a bad but safe neighborhood. It's also downtown so parking can be limited. But you know what? The staff is super nice and they do a great job...especially for the money. It's cheap, fast and again, they do a fantastic job. And despite being in the hood, it's pretty clean. read more

I have known the owners for YEARS. Always pleasant, quick to serve and personable. Best husband and wife team. I brang my 3 year old to sit and play, and from nervousness, he threw up. They promptly gave me tissues, were sweet ,and told me to take my time cleaning him until I was ready to be taken care of. I go here all the time for eyebrow waxes and will continue for my once in awhile nail treatments. My only suggestion is to avoid the very dark skinned Korean lady, as she is a complete BUTCHER with your nails lol. However, she does a good cleaning and was sweet to me, so I digress. read more

I used to go here a long time ago when I was in high school and absolutely had loved them. Now they are not the same. They had moved across the street. I had gone to them because they were cheap and affordable. Full set acrylic ($25) + French Manicure ($5)= $30 Pedicure ($18) + French ($5) = $23 But you absolutely get what you pay for. The one who did my manicure was quick but did not shape my nails right and he didnt even asked what kind of french i wanted he just assumed i wanted weird black and silver designs i had to stop him cuz i just wanted the simple classic french. Then he didnt even give me lotion for my hands For the pedicure the massage chair didnt even work and the guy barely gave me a foot rub. Im giving two stars just because i liked how my pedicure looked and the guy fixed 2 nails on my hand that got messed up. Im definitely not coming here again! No thank you. Just left there after waiting 45 minutes. I left because they took people who just walked in ahead of my daughter and I. A bunch of very rude and inconsiderate people. Even after I said something, they didn't acknowledge us... I never liked them but my daughter likes that they're quick. They don't listen, they tell you what color you should get instead of color you ask for and the price is always different with each person. I also think they pretend they don't know how to pronounce things so they can do what they want and charge you more. This would have been my third time being my daughter.
