The nail techs don't set the prices, the front desk does, and they never really explained why it came out the way it did. Whether I did a simple design or something more detailed, it always seemed to land around $180 and up. On top of that, the front desk can be loud and comes off a little attitude-y. She tries to be nice, but it feels fake, and she'll mumble things or make inappropriate comments about others loud enough for the whole salon to hear. That's honestly what led me to find a cheaper spot I could keep up with every 3 weeks. Other than that, I definitely recommend this salon because the quality is there and the work is beautiful.

The gel pedicure usually lasts me almost 2 mths and I get my filling usually every 3 weeks for my tips! I can't remember if I've ever experience chipping. And the only times I've had nails fall off would be if I allow them to grow 3weeks to a mth after I do them. I usually go to "Chris" and she has never let me down. She takes her time with me and I'm always happy to have her do them! I've also had my nails by the other ladies and they are also great at it!I love the staff because they are always friendly and professional! I have kids so whenever I have to bring the baby or my 6 year old , I don't really worry because of the powder they use instead of acrylic! It's not harmful like acrylic is on the lungs and you don't smell any chemicals when you walk into the salon. That was one of the main reasons why I've stayed going here! A lot of women have different opinions and different expectations when they go to get their nails done! But I am a pretty "picky" person myself as to how I want them to look. But overall, it has been a great experience with them. I also get my legs waxed and eyebrows and they are very good at listening to when I say I don't want my eyebrows thin! Avoid his place at all costs. #1 I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of N.J. and have provided this service many times as a professional. I am not rating as a professional but as a client. Although I am a professional there are some aspects of the service that needs to be mentioned as their sanitation, disinfecting and sterilization procedures are not followed. Barbicide is not anywhere to be seen in the salon to disinfect tools. They have a sterilizer but it was not ON the tools were pulled out of there as of the machine were a simple shelf. The woman whom provided the service quickly filed, buffed and added cuticle oil to my cuticles, the next step would be to soak hands in warm soapy water to soften the cuticle to then continue on by pushing the cuticle and cutting if necessary. She was planning on giving me a dry manicure without water.. I asked for water and her response was, "oh you want water?" My response to her was, "well, yes, bc I am not painting my nails I just want my nails to be cleaned up correctly." She then proceeded to bring me water, without soap and it was COLD!! With that being said she didn't even wait long enough for the COLD WATER to soften my cuticle. She cut my cuticles, doing a poor job. At that moment I brought my 10 yr old daughter over and whispered in her ear that we would go elsewhere to get her a manicure bc this place doesn't do a good job. She understood. Oh and the hand massage was awful!! $10 for a terrible 10 minute manicure! Does that thumb look cleaned up to you? Nope!

I will definitely return despite the pretty high prices here, with a 20% tip it was almost $140 total for a regular gel mani & pedi and my nails were bare, meaning I had nothing on them. Is this normal? I don't do my nails enough to know. Why not 5 stars? The pedicure space here isn't the most comfortable. It isn't the kind of massage chair where you can lean back and relax so it doesn't offer the comfort and relaxation that I've grown to expect while getting a pedicure. Overall good experience. They are thorough and efficient which I love.

She answered all of my questions and did an amazing job on my first UV gel nail set. Sara is there a couple times a week to service clients. Currently, I book all my appointments with Teresa. She is the best! Teresa is so sweet and gives the best massages! A bonus is that the salon's regular pedicures are like a spa pedicure you would receive at other locations!
