I went here today on a whim. The girl who did my nails was very sweet. I went in and requested a full gel set. After the design and my $5 tip my total was $62. A few nails are not smooth on the sides and I see myself going back to get them cut down and I will address that issue when I go. This place has no parking. Meter maids walk by giving out tickets so bring quarters or pay $5 in the parking lot across the street. The other patrons all seem very happy with their nails. Atmosphere was as expected in a downtown nail salon. Updated. One nail broke 3 days later and 2 are lifting like they are have somewhere to go. . I went in today and Anna (different tech) fixed the broken nail. I want so bad to like this place so I made a follow up appointment with her for a fill in. Doubt my nails will hold together until then though. Anna was so sweet that I'll go back just to so she can make some coins. read more

Went for a fill and pedi. Pedi wasn't bad. Fill was okay, could've been smoother on the edges. In a week two nails broke, and I do not work in a heavy duty environment all I do is basic office work. I was putting on a ROBE and one nail cracked and eventually broke off and I bled a lot because of the way the nail cracked. Today I picked up a file of perhaps 6 ounces and I start typing and realize my other nail tip broke. Have not had horrid nail job since I was in college. When this place was pretty nails, there was never a problem the workmanship was impeccable. Now the place looks nice but workmanship is crappy for a lack of a better word. The nail techs stop to go on their phone in the middle of working on your nails, totally unprofessional. The Spanish techs argue in Spanish consistently. My sister went in for a gel mani, that was beautiful. These people do great designs but what's the point if they're going to break in a week? I paid 77 for the fill and pedi. Pedi was 15 because I brought my own color but the fill was 62. Worst 62 dollars spent on my nails. Never going back. I got fill, French gel, and two of those powder over gel on each hand. I typically don't do reviews but for the money you'll spend, I'd rather y'all save your time and experience. read more

You can try to make an appointment with max or alex but you will most likely not get them. Make sure you have a whole day available because you will wait a minimum of 2 hours to get your nails done here. I was here for 5 hours on this specific day. I got a full set of acrylics by one of their girls and it was not even on the sides and some were longer than the rest. Not even a week after, 4 of my nails broke off. Not even just the acrylic, my whole nail. I included pictures of them all. I am disappointed and in pain and it is just not worth it. read more

I went in yesterday August 13, 2019, my first time there ever and I was there waiting for acyclic get full set as I'm waiting there's a group of girls by one of lady's, while she's working with someone talking. Now later the music was soo loud that I couldn't speak to my friend, unless he was close once she took me the girl who was before me her nails were not that bad she asked for coffin and I could tell. Later when she started doing my nails usually nail salon would cut them or file down and use the drill. She only used the drill and didn't prep my nails,nothing she went right in with the drill then the glue and nails might you acyclic covers your nail bed and I don't know a lot about nails but I noticed she only put them on the tips of my nails. Now she already had put them on before I noticed and she start cutting told her I wanted coffin and she asked if I wanted them thinner I said yes by mistake and took it back and 1 min later it's thinner she spoke to me in Spanish, I am spanish but know very little so she made them thinner and I was upset and she said there's nothing I can do about it and she kept going but hurting me she was filing super hard that I was in my head yelling ouch. Later on she put the powder on and at first I was like oh ok not bad until she filed more ! More ! Mind you I'm in pain at this point, I was her last client besides I guess her friend and I went to wash my hands I said it's so thin I'm like what and at the begin I could back what I said because I thought she ask to file the top down not the sides. Later all she did was put the polish fast and sloppy and put it in the light I said to myself should've left when I thought about and my nails are so bad part of my real nail is showing and I did a pedicure too the girl who did it seemed upset she had me to do and had a upset look and she starts doesn't even file or cut my nails before starting nothing just washes and all and I'm under the drier now the lady who was before me was still there and I looked at my toes there was air bubbles I told my friend I was soo upset but I wanted to get out and me being nice I left a tip $3 for my toes and $4 for my nails I was being nice so my nails are not the great and here it is , I'm not going back $64 wasted but I'm going back today and it's my birthday so I have to cancel plans to go back! (Also getting them long they still aren't suppose to look thin and aren't the same length) (max has also left to their different location and Alex is at there old one) (she was always smoking a vape while working with the girl before me) (also my nail beds hurt so bad from her aggressively filing my nails) I normally don't complain and am very quiet (they always talk a lot of stuff about you if you complain) read more

went here two weeks ago and expected amazing nails. everyone was gassing this place so i thought to myself it must be good. while i went there it was a pretty small place, only about four workers there and 8-10 girls waiting to get their nails done, i went there at 3pm and ended up leaving at 8pm. i ended up using 40 dollars on nails i didn't even like at the end, i liked the length of my nails but then i saw the worker filling them and filling them for ten minutes!! they ended up looking so small and i got annoyed, i asked for light pink and light blue nails which looked nice, when she put on the light pink i was pleased, the second i saw the "light" blue my mood went back down, the blue was so vibrant and nothing like the package, at the end when i went home i removed the color and made them longer. not even two weeks have passed, and one nail already fell off. i'm very disappointed and am never coming back. read more
