I'm generally happy with how my nails turn out, but it really depends on who you see. As someone else mentioned their sanitation practices are a bit suspect. There are multiple machines around to sanitize the tools, but I've never seen them put anything in, or take anything out of those machines. And it does seem like they reuse files and buffs. They have some sort of rewards program, but won't say a word about it unless you ask. Like I said, I've been there several times, and they've never said anything about it to me. However, I've heard other women giving their account number when ringing out to accumulate points. Finally, they once cut my nail bed pretty badly, and didn't do anything about it. It was bleeding forever, and you could tell the nail tech was a little panicked. I expected them to give me a discount or something, but they just pretended nothing ever happened.

Other than that all of the ladies here are very nice and I well recommend all of them. I have gotten to know almost all by now just by being there a few times. Sue are great at making you feel right at home. I used to stress over having to get my nails done but not anymore after finding this place. I tell them what I want and they do their absolute best to make it happen. Their massages are amazing too I must add. So relaxing. Prices are beyond affordable here as well they have a special from Monday to Wednesday that I think is hard to beat anywhere. You get a manicure and a pedicure for $45 dollars. Now if you want something specific like gel or the uv gel that I got that's a bit more money but oh so worth it. At least for me it was because I have a hard time growing my nails and the uv gel is what's helped me keep my nails long. Let me not forget they have a reward program. That's something you don't see often at nail places. I am so happy I found them I just want it to be known that this is a great place to get a job well done.

All in all, this salon is clean, the workers are nice and they work quickly/efficiently.

Nancy is an absolute sweetheart and talked the entire time with me through my service. None of the awkward staring/silence like I'm used to. The rest of her staff doesn't seem to speak much English but they are all smiles and seem very sweet! Nancy was beyond professional and had a full consultation with me before she even started my nails. Which I've never had anyone do before....EVER. She made sure to ask me every single question she possibly could to make sure my nails were exactly the way I liked them. They came out absolutely perfect and she now has a client for life!

A woman was already waiting for me so I just walked in and sat down. I got the manicure for only $10 and the French extra for $5 dollars more. The woman worked rapidly and was extremely friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she helped me pick a perfect color and did an amazing job! Nancy was so kind and very social. In all, they offer many services, not only nails, and she did a fantastic job! All the tools that they used were clean. I will surely come back! Thanks for everything.
