I had a pretty decent experience here as a first timer. I made an appt the night before for a…read moreregular mani/pedi, which I felt probably wasn't needed. When I walked in, the owner greeted me and asked me again what I needed to get done. First impression of the place was that it was HUGE. Very clean interior and friendly greeting. The entire middle section is a U-shaped nail station and on either sides of the back are pedicure stations. I was led to the pedicure station in the back and I was not disappointed by the massage chairs they had. There's a decent amount of colors to choose from and since not that many people are doing pedicures, I sat down right away. Being a first time, I definitely looked confused like I've never been to a nail salon before. I picked my color, sat down, and enjoyed the pedicure that I'm not used to getting. For a regular pedicure, I'm used to getting lotion and a quick massage on my leg- at this location, however, I was given lotion & oil, some sort of (what I assume) was a paraffin wrap on my heel, and about a 5 minute massage on each leg. It may not seem like a long massage, but it was definitely worth it working on my feet a majority of the day. There's a paraffin soak on my heel during the whole leg message and once she's done coloring my toes, she takes the wrap off my heels. There was some confusion with me getting a regular manicure so the woman took me to the other side of the salon to their drying station. The owner noticed me sitting there and told the girl that I was also getting a mani- no big deal, not like I had anywhere to go. I went back to the other side of the salon and sat down for my mani. All their equipment was very clean and each package used are new for every client. There seems to be a lot of confusion and questioning when the woman next to me was getting a gel manicure... some battery pack every nail tech had was out of battery and they had problems charging the UV machine. I can see getting frustrated if that was me getting a gel done and my nail tech not knowing how to work the machine. I did not get a drink offered to me like all the previous reviews said they did... not sure if this is something they're still doing? But prices seem decent... I paid $39 for a reg pedi/mani. There's different types of pedicures you can get that average from $28+ and manicures average from $15+. Before I left the owner apologized for the confusion with my mani which I didn't mind, but appreciated that he remembered my name and the service I was getting with that many people there. Parking lot is ample and living only 5 minutes from this location, it's convenient for a quick mani/pedi. Weekends are obviously busier so I'd like to try and come after work one night to see how the service is since they're opened later. Having gone to a few different salons, this is definitely on my top list. I gave this place a 4 because I've gone to a better salon where their regular pedis include a leg/foot scrub and a hot stone massage. The confusion between the nail techs and the gel manis also made me uneasy to go and get a gel manicure done since they had so much problems with the portable battery and UV machines. Prices are ok but a $65+ "luxury" pedicure seems a little excessive... There's a lot of colors to choose from and I loved the clean and large decor. I'd definitely come back and would love to make this a regular place for me since it's so close to home.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a pedicure and had Christina. From the moment I sat…read moredown, she acted like she was bothered by my presence. I politely asked to try on two colors, and she completely ignored me--not once, but twice. I had to repeat myself just to get acknowledged, and when I finally spoke up and asked why I was being ignored when I'm literally paying for a service, she barely responded and then finally had handed the two colors I previously asked for. The pedicure itself looked awful--sloppy, rushed, and nothing like what you'd expect from a professional salon. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for even basic courtesy, let alone quality work.

They called and said it wouldn't be enough time to get my toes and nails done in 2 hours so they called me approximately 3-4 times during the work week to have me arrive at 12:30. I also had to send pictures of the nails I wanted to make sure they had enough time. This was a red flag because I have nothing even on my toes at all and I've been in and out of salons in 2.5 hours with old polish on my toes and hands. They also called at 11:00 asking me to come early because they had a no show but I said no because I was traveling back to the NJ area. They don't have lot parking so you have to find street parking and I was 6 min late walking in when the nail artist walks me over to the pedicure chair to say she won't have time to do french toes with chrome. I grabbed my stuff and left. I even tried to explain myself to the receptionist that I had to have multiple convos about this appointment and saying that they can't accommodate me now is ridiculous. She then told me to "take it down a notch". No, you step it up and be better. You guys are extremely rude and I will never come back to this salon or recommend you ever. This is a nail salon not a surgical center, stay in your lane. I'm glad I made the decision to not get my wedding nails done here, terrible vibes from the staff. I would give a 0 if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
