They called and said it wouldn't be enough time to get my toes and nails done in 2 hours so they called me approximately 3-4 times during the work week to have me arrive at 12:30. I also had to send pictures of the nails I wanted to make sure they had enough time. This was a red flag because I have nothing even on my toes at all and I've been in and out of salons in 2.5 hours with old polish on my toes and hands. They also called at 11:00 asking me to come early because they had a no show but I said no because I was traveling back to the NJ area. They don't have lot parking so you have to find street parking and I was 6 min late walking in when the nail artist walks me over to the pedicure chair to say she won't have time to do french toes with chrome. I grabbed my stuff and left. I even tried to explain myself to the receptionist that I had to have multiple convos about this appointment and saying that they can't accommodate me now is ridiculous. She then told me to "take it down a notch". No, you step it up and be better. You guys are extremely rude and I will never come back to this salon or recommend you ever. This is a nail salon not a surgical center, stay in your lane. I'm glad I made the decision to not get my wedding nails done here, terrible vibes from the staff. I would give a 0 if I could. Went to this salon for the first time before my birthday trip and it was a huge mistake…read more I showed Sunny two pictures of designs and sunny immediately went to another person and spoke a different language. Based on the pointing and the other person looking at the design on my cell phone, I could tell Sunny was over her head so I then told her, let's go with the easier design. I should have left at that point and that's why I'm writing this review...how does this place have a 4.0 on yelp?! There were several times I tried to tell her she's not doing a good job. She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. After paying $70 ($40 for gel, $30 for chrome) she asked for a tip...like wrote the word tip on my receipt and circled it. Wild!
