When I walked in, the owner greeted me and asked me again what I needed to get done. First impression of the place was that it was HUGE. Very clean interior and friendly greeting. The entire middle section is a U-shaped nail station and on either sides of the back are pedicure stations. I was led to the pedicure station in the back and I was not disappointed by the massage chairs they had. There's a decent amount of colors to choose from and since not that many people are doing pedicures, I sat down right away. Being a first time, I definitely looked confused like I've never been to a nail salon before. I picked my color, sat down, and enjoyed the pedicure that I'm not used to getting. For a regular pedicure, I'm used to getting lotion and a quick massage on my leg- at this location, however, I was given lotion & oil, some sort of (what I assume) was a paraffin wrap on my heel, and about a 5 minute massage on each leg. It may not seem like a long massage, but it was definitely worth it working on my feet a majority of the day. There's a paraffin soak on my heel during the whole leg message and once she's done coloring my toes, she takes the wrap off my heels. There was some confusion with me getting a regular manicure so the woman took me to the other side of the salon to their drying station. The owner noticed me sitting there and told the girl that I was also getting a mani- no big deal, not like I had anywhere to go. I went back to the other side of the salon and sat down for my mani. All their equipment was very clean and each package used are new for every client. There seems to be a lot of confusion and questioning when the woman next to me was getting a gel manicure... some battery pack every nail tech had was out of battery and they had problems charging the UV machine. I can see getting frustrated if that was me getting a gel done and my nail tech not knowing how to work the machine. I did not get a drink offered to me like all the previous reviews said they did... not sure if this is something they're still doing? But prices seem decent... I paid $39 for a reg pedi/mani. There's different types of pedicures you can get that average from $28+ and manicures average from $15+. Before I left the owner apologized for the confusion with my mani which I didn't mind, but appreciated that he remembered my name and the service I was getting with that many people there. Parking lot is ample and living only 5 minutes from this location, it's convenient for a quick mani/pedi. Weekends are obviously busier so I'd like to try and come after work one night to see how the service is since they're opened later. Having gone to a few different salons, this is definitely on my top list. I gave this place a 4 because I've gone to a better salon where their regular pedis include a leg/foot scrub and a hot stone massage. The confusion between the nail techs and the gel manis also made me uneasy to go and get a gel manicure done since they had so much problems with the portable battery and UV machines. Prices are ok but a $65+ "luxury" pedicure seems a little excessive... There's a lot of colors to choose from and I loved the clean and large decor. I'd definitely come back and would love to make this a regular place for me since it's so close to home.

They would keep my deposit. I had to make another appointment and another deposit to see the nail tech the next day. I explained Im a nurse. This was an emergency at my job that I've never canceled before&that I've always been completely understanding every time they have last-minute issues. So I expressed to them if I had to figure out a way to rearrange my job to make the appointment today to not lose my deposit, I would look for another nail salon after or if I was unable to make it, and they were going to insist on charging me that I would dispute it with my credit card because this is just inexcusable that you're calling them hours ahead of time with an emergency&there's no wiggle room. They agreed to refund my money& cancel it&not put it as a no-show, but then proceeded to be extremely unprofessional treating me as if I was like an ex-girlfriend or something. They decided to text me and say that they were refunding me my money at no point did they say I couldn't reschedule or get my nails done what they did instead was block my phone number and block me Online booking so I couldn't reschedule my appointment. When I called from a different number the receptionist said he did not have to tell me I can't book with them anymore that is was my fault and choice when I said I would dispute a charge. This place is wild&unprofessional and like I said it's a shame because their nail techs are good let's see how long they last with this type of customer treatment. Based on the pointing and the other person looking at the design on my cell phone, I could tell Sunny was over her head so I then told her, let's go with the easier design. I should have left at that point and that's why I'm writing this review...how does this place have a 4.0 on yelp?! There were several times I tried to tell her she's not doing a good job. She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. I said that was fine. When I got there, the owner didn't believe that I had an appt, even though my name was written in the book. She puts me in the chair next to the cashier and put the acetone cotton and tin foil on my nails then leaves. After 5 minutes I look around and see her doing a pedicure on someone else. I figured I would wait and see what happens before I got upset. 5 minutes later she leaves the pedicure woman and comes over to do my nails. I asked her if she could wash her her hands first and she laughed at me, said something about acetone. I told her it was kind of gross to go from someone's feet to my nails. She sighed and washed her hands. I got a rushed basic gel removal which was pretty much my expectation until she nipped the skin under my pinky with the nail cutters. No blood but it stung when she put the acetone back on. Then a customer came in and she moved me to someone else. At this point, no one has asked me to pick my next color. I just wanted to get out of there. The second woman was nicer. She didn't do anything with my cuticles. I got a reduced rate of $10 because the the pinky cut. I went home and filed my nails more evenly. My nails are a little bumpy from where they didn't remove the entire gel. I won't go back again.
