Jinny and her team are fantastic. I have never seen someone as attentive as her for details for a standard manicure. I don't like clear polish and always have my nails buffed. A typical buffing job last 2-3 days tops but Jinny spends extra time to get the best shine I've ever seen that lasts a full week and is perfect. Update: After 10 days the nail came off altogether like a plastic nail from CVS. Makes me think this guy definitely didn't do a good job. So let me start by saying I've come here 2xs so far and I really think they have incredible pedicures and so very well priced. With that said, I came back for having my nails done, I had the powder SNS service. There was multiple issues with the service, it took an hour and half, I left with polish all over my hands and it's very uneven. I would like to say I have friends who have gotten the gel service which is much cheaper but for the price of powder ($40) I would avoid doing that at this location. My nails are uneven and not filled right. So again, gel is probably a better bet. It also seems the guy doing my nails was upset cause I had him fix it because they were discolored a few times shrug. read more

I got gel coffin nails in pink to white ombré. Rachel's so nice, and she's really great at shaping and filing the nails. It looks really nice and even. I originally wanted acrylics, but she told me that acrylic is really bad for your nails because of all the chemicals, so she used nail forms and gel to achieve the coffin shape. It looks the same as acrylics and it doesn't damage your nails as much! :) The process took about 1-2 hrs and it was $69. read more

Very friendly nail salon. The employees always go above and beyond to pamper me when I get a chance to sneak away for a gel mani and pedi. The music they play is always relaxing. I appreciate that they use individual pedicure tool packages and plastic tub liner for every customer. My gel manicure always lasts 3 weeks and never chips. Great color selection and prices. Complete waste of 68 dollars. I came here to get a new set of acrylic gel and as I was sitting there I decided I wanted french ombré, the guy instantly seemed annoyed. I figured it is late and I'm the last one so i'll choose a regular color. But this guy still seemed so annoyed when i asked him to fix my shape a little bit because it was so flared out. He didn't seem to understand and someone had to come explain what it was I wanted but it felt like he was arguing back and unhappy that i had any comments to make. I instantly felt so uncomfortable about making any comments on what I wanted. I was left with the worst manicure i've ever had in my life and most of all i'm just sad about the money i threw down the drain. They are now offering OPI powder manicures which is amazing! Personally gels never last for me as long as it does for my friends but powder has been a game changer! It last longer than 3 weeks, so you truly get your money's worth. Other than the services they provide, Rachel and Alba are amazing! Rachel remembers everyone's name, even if it's your second time there. Alba is my go to girl for pedicure, manicure, all of it. I love going to her especially for my pedicure because unfortunately Ive had ingrown toe nails since a young girl. Definitely my new pedi spot! I came here today for a pedicure and they took me right away. The salon is airy, clean and has plenty of pedicure and manicure stations. The girl who took care of me did a wonderful job and gave a great leg massage! The owner is ridiculously sweet, she was chatting with all of the customers and her staff the whole time. Absolutely terrible. That sums up this place to me. I was in a pinch and needed to get my gel fills done and repair of one nail. They made every nail crooked and sharp. The repaired nail has a huge mountain at the tip. I apparently needed my whites redone but they didn't do it, offer it, or mention it till they were done. I got my eye brows waved in a room that seemed to have two washing breed next to each other.... Not sure if they have actually private waving rooms although no one else was being exceed while I was there. The salon sleep lacks any kind of decorations. The entire experience reminded me of a barber shop. Seriously avoid this place ladies unless if you enjoy being pampered at a warehouse. read more

Decided to go this place today celebrating mother and daughter day with my 12 year old. Very excited until I was treated so rudely upon entering. Right away NO! In a passive aggressive manner. Hoping the I misunderstood I said, Mani and pedi. Response NO! There was no explanation or apology from who I believe to be the owner. I responded by telling her that this is the SECOND time of turning me away and I was going to review them. The first turnaway was was for eyebrow waxing and the 2nd time was today with my daughter for a mani and pedi. I would have completely understood if she would have said " oh I'm sorry we are understaff in the busiest day of the week". Nope - she didn't care and doesn't respect customers period. Good luck! Because if they continue like this in no time they will be closing down. There is a very negative review on this site which complains of a lack of decoration in the salon. I heard of this place from a friend that so I decided to give it a try. I got a gel mani which was okay, nothing fabulous. The technician pretty much rushed through the whole process and didn't say two words to me except when she asked about the color I wanted. My cuticles look messy and it's only been 3 days and my nails are chipping. I've never had that happen to me. But I think the kicker is that they are so overpriced. I paid $35 for a gel mani plus I was nice enough to give her a $5 tip. So I basically paid $40 for a crappy gel mani that is already chipping and I felt rushed when there was barely anyone in the salon. I've never paid that much for a gel mani in NYC nevertheless East Rutherford. Won't be going back. read more

I had an appointment and when I arrived I had to wait for a pretty long time. They had taken walk-ins and had a complete disregard for my appointment time. I paid $35 for a gel manicure which is higher than most around. The manicure did not include cuticles etc. The just put oil on my cuticles. Overpriced. Rude owner. I went there 3 times. After doing the regular gel manicure twice but was only lasting less than a week; I asked the owner for a recommendation for something that will last longer. She said the French UV gel manicure will last at least two weeks. So I paid a hefty amount for the gel French manicure (+ almost a 20% tip) and less than a week later I had one nail chipped and 3 others the gel was bubbling up which I showed it to the owner exactly a week after doing them. When going back to see the best way to remove the gel she was very rude and had the nerve to tell me that it was at least two weeks since I did them. My conclusion don't argue with people that don't have a clue of what they are talking about. For sure I won't go back there again and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone!! read more
