I was pleasantly surprised to find a salon that was open on a Sunday! I was able to make an appointment Sunday morning, for 3 people Sunday afternoon. The women who worked there were perfectly on time for our appointment and so pleasant. The woman who did my nails took time to talk to me about the shape I wanted, and helped me decide on a color. Made an appointment for 2pm for 2 regular pedicures... nothing special- Out of the two people- only one person got seen at 2:35pm.. what's the point of making an appointment when you CANT keep it?? SO happy to have found the lovely ladies here! The salon is immaculate, none of that overcrowded crap all over the walls, counters and floor. Super clean, tools were straight out of an autoclave pouch so you know it's sterile. But the best part was the happy atmosphere and wonderful attitudes of everyone working there. I came back 24 hrs after getting uv gel nail extensions. I cracked one in half (don't ask lol) and they fit me in no problem. I took the opportunity to change the shape and polish color because I'm whimsical like that and they were extremely accommodating. Nothing but smiles, pleases and thank yous all across the board, and they are honest about wait times, none of that "15 minutes turns into an hour later" nonsense. Was in the area and needed my nails done badly. Opened up yelp and this place popped up with awesome reviews so I called and was asked if I can come in one hour which was great for me. I came in and was seated with Nikauris who did my nails. She was sweet, patient and professional. The salon is clean, insanely clean and the nail tools are sterile, right out of the package. Nikauris did a great job on my nails: the shape,color and attention to detail was on point.. and she didn't rush me when I changed my mind about the color at the last minute. I wanted to like this place. Made an appt online and got there on time. Upon entering I said Hi and nobody answered the 3 nail techs just looked at me. So I said Hi again and the guy sitting in the front then acknowledged me. They sat me down with a lady who I hope was new, because she didn't do a good job. She was pleasant at least. I asked for a gel manicure. That typically takes 30-45 min tops anywhere I go. I chose the color funny bunny which normally only needs 2-3 coats max to look good. The lady painted 5 coats of nail polish! My nails look pure white which is not what I wanted. While she was painting the 3rd coat I had to point out that she was not painting the edges of my nails on my right hand and she had gotten paint on my cuticles. She attended to it and continued painting...slowly. It's now 12pm and I'm not done. There was an 1130 appt that had been waiting for my nail tech to finish with me this whole time. The owner walks in at 12pm and tells my nail tech to take the 1130 appt and she was going to finish with me. Upon checking my nails she noticed a few of them looked pretty bad and told me she was going to fix them. I did appreciate her fixing my nails, but I was already extremely late to another appointment so I really didn't care if she left them like they were at that point. A for effort. Nobody apologized to me for wasting my time as the nail tech and owner both knew this was taking way too long. The owner gave me $5 discount off the mani. As a business owner she did the right thing and tried to mend the situation, but it was too late as I left there at 1215pm with a bad first impression. read more

I found this place on Yelp and had high hopes due to its high rating. My girlfriend needed to find a new nail place since We recently moved. She gave the nail tech a reference picture of what She wanted (attached to this review). When she went in, the nail tech kept being changed. 2 people were being switched back and forth depending on the specific job done. Then the tech kept asking if the length was correct, but she kept asking after every nail. Usually, you ask if the length is good on one finger and match the remaining fingers to that first nail. My girlfriend thinks the tech was new or inexperienced than the tech couldn't find the matching color, so she had to look through all the colors herself. Then the nail wasn't buffed correctly, and the nail polish wasn't appropriately applied, which made it bumpy and uneven. Lastly, the design on the nail was done sloppily. It was a simple design of flowers and polka dots, but the end results look like just dots; nothing looks like flowers. They charged her $65 for the UV gel fill-in and an extra $10 for the bad designs, so overall $75. Overall she feels very unsatisfied with these nails and will keep looking for a new nail place. read more

I've been to so many that rushed, cut, and just did a very poor job on my nails that I just wanted to rip my hair out. I've been here a few times and go to Tanya. She takes her time and really pays attention to every detail. She does both pedicure and manicure so I don't have to tip multiple people. The owner is sweet and kind and offers her opinion on polish as well. They also gave a membership (free) that you get points each time you go to eventually get free services ect. The salon is clean, the tools are sterilized, and everything is kept immaculate. All of the workers are very sweet and kept everyone comfortable. The place was clean. They did a temperature check when I entered. Small wait but nothing crazy. Only thing that bothered me was that I wanted a Spa pedicure and asked the price I was told $45.. which was fine. Then the owner tells me they don't have that brand anymore but rather the other brand but never disclosed the price difference .. nor did I think to ask. I assumed it was the same price. Either way it was all said and done. The girl that did my nails was new to the establishment but sweet. When I was done and went to pay I was told it's $75. WHOA! Big price difference !!! Initially, I was going to argue but I'm pregnant and just too damn tired to deal ... so I paid signed up for their little points program.. gave the girl her tip and walked out . The only reason why I would consider returning is because they are clean and sanitary but otherwise for that price hike... I would not return. Gave them 3 stars because I was mislead on the price. I went to this salon because I needed my nails done at a short notice. I usually have long UV gel nails but explained to her that I needed them shorter and clean for an interview I had the next day. The woman that did my nails was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She complained the entire time about having to cut my nails. Due to her cutting them with clippers, they were fanned out very widely and I asked her to shape them the same way as when I walked through the door, and she told me she would have to charge me extra. She also buzzed almost every single one of my fingers and then gave me attitude multiple times for "bleeding so much." Yet she is the one cutting me every chance she gets...This caused one of my fingers to become infected, and almost two weeks later the skin is still cut up and puffy. She also took two hours to do my nails. I explained to her I had to be done by a certain time because I had work. Her response was to tell me my nails were a "mess" and that she "does not rush her work." In conclusion, I paid $55 for a set of nails that are lumpy and cracked, with cut up cuticles. My original salon is high-end, costs $50 and I'm out of there in less than an hour. Won't be back and do not recommend unless you want to receive attitude and be over charged just to walk out with terrible nails. read more
