Of course my washing machine worked perfectly. The experience was impressive even though my machine was behaving and working properly - I was assured that if it did start with the problem again, I wouldn't have to pay for another service call. When I called back I was able to talk to Steven Gulati a salesman that works there. He was absolutely thorough on canceling my order and used absolute A1 customer service in doing so.
