I have been to this a place a few times and I really like it here I came in about 6:15pm and they were about to close and the super nice lady took me in to get a pedicure. The people are really nice and friendly the inside is pretty cleaned and well maintain. They really do try to get you in some days does get busier than others. I personally like to go when they open. The prices are pretty fair as well. The parking is little challenging at times I don't recommend parking in the front of the building as cars go in and out and it's get busy. It's in the same parking lot as Safeway and Tj Maxx. So you can get shopping done and your nails done. read more

I went there the other day to get waxed. I just moved here and searched up the closest place to get waxed. First off, the place doesn't look very clean at all. The lady had an attitude and I was just trying to be nice the whole time. They double dipped the wax stick into the wax pot. I was so disgusted when I noticed that. I was already being waxed though. She then plucked out remaining hairs with a plucker that didn't appear sanitized. Be aware! The wax is probably filled with bacteria. Now I'm thinking I'm going to get cellulitis or some bacteria infection. read more

I've never given a bad review for a nail place and I've been getting my nails done for 10 plus years at many different places. The woman that did my nails here was so rude. Kept flicking my hand over and over again even when I told her I have carpal tunnel and my hands hurt. Demanding I keep my hands in an awkward place... mind u that no nail tech I've ever has demanded me to do..... Worst set of nails I've ever got. $62 for an acrylic gel fill ??? Not including tip. My question is why work a service job and be so rude and mean? Every set of nails I usually tip 20$+ but here I gave her $8 and she loudly said "only $8 for me" like no sh$t. You made me have a miserable experience and it was definitely the opposite of relaxing. They need to delete the word "spa" in their name with this type of service! read more

I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer, who said that a man took her prior set off by putting another acrylic between the nail. I'm sure this is a time saver for him but it HURT. I got dip done, and he buffed and filed the same side twice and then tried to be finished but I had to show him he had not done the other side. My nails were so thin and painful by then. 2 days later, my dip was CRACKED. I'd never seen this happen before and was so frustrated. Upon my return they agreed to gel polish them without charge (which is why I am giving 2 stars) but even the gel polish looks lumpy. Overall a disappointing experience, I will not return to this place. read more

After recently moving to the area I have been trying to find a nail salon to consistently go to. I tried this salon due to the distance conveniency. I will not be going back here because my experience was lackluster to say the least. I received a dip fill manicure and I was left with chunky dip color and tore up cuticles. My fingers HURT and my nails look like the "nail fail" memes. Furthermore, I asked my manicurist to finish my dip manicure with a clear gel top coat due to the resilience and quick dry time of gel. I was refused at first and was argued with by saying the paint top coat is just as strong. Not just once but twice I was argued with. The worker lost the battle and ended up giving me my gel top coat which I was more than willing to pay for but the worker only did one coat and I already see my brand new manicure wearing out. Very unimpressed and upset that I wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time and $50. read more

Very very unfortunate experience. My pedicure here was great which is why I came back. My fill was a completely different experience. I made an appointment for 11:30am and wasn't seen until 11:45. Two other people were taken before me that did not have an appointment. The polish wrinkled from making the coats too thick. When I told the owner I didn't like it, he said it's suppose to be this was because the polish is "swirly". Funny, it wasn't swirly on the color chart. He said if I didn't like it to come back later. So an hour later I was back in the chair and he was not happy to change the color. Don't think I'll be back. read more

A friend got me a gift certificate and I called an hour & a half before making an appt to check that they had enough people to do a mani/pedi at the same time. I got in right away and got really good service. Sometimes places like this overbook, and I frequently get my nails/toes done. This place is good, clean & tools are sterile (important to me). The guy "Henry" doing my mani constantly greeted people and managed the flow so customers were handled. I will totally be back, I love my gel nails & my pedi was good. read more

Yes, it's in a nice shopping complex. Yea, the shop looks more modern. But DO NOT GO HERE!! I needed my acrylic nails off to give my nails a break. Instead of going to my normal place, I went here instead. Big mistake. A gentleman sat me down and proceeded to shove an acrylic nail in between my real nail and the fake nail, attempting to rip off the nail! This is NOT okay and not how they do it. I told him to stop because it really hurt cuz duh, he was ripping off my nail. I asked him to dremmel instead like he's supposed to do. He said no, this hurts less (liar..) and did it again. I finally pulled my hand away and yelled no, stop. He was upset that he now had to take him time and dremmel, soak my nails, and dremmel off the rest. The other gals were nice and my pedicure was pleasant. Others sitting there asked for basic designs like a firework on their toe for the 4th of July (a dot with lines around it) and they said they didn't know how. A few others around me had a similar experience. I would never go back, nor ever recommend this place to anyone. read more

NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE. This place was my regular nail salon but after today I'm not going back and recommend avoiding this place!!! The last three pedicures I got, I left bleeding because they scrubbed too hard and don't pay attention. I came in last week as a walk-in for a fill and they told me to come back in a half hour (I was busy so I didn't return). Today I called around 11:00 a.m. and scheduled an appointment with Henry. I asked him what time worked for him he said 2:00. I arrived 5 minutes early and I explained to a lady I had an appointment for a fill at 2:00, she asked if I wanted a pedicure, I said NO. 2 minutes pass and another lady came to ask me if I wanted a pedicure, again I said no and I had made an appointment with Henry at 2:00 she told me to have a seat. I asked how long the wait would be she was nervous and unsure. Henry finally came over and told me he was running behind it would be a half hour wait. WHY would HE schedule an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. for 2pm to tell me to come back in 30 minutes. If you want a painful pedicure and a late appointment this is the place to come. With all the other negative reviews I don't know how this place is still open. Avoid it at all costs! read more

Ive been getting my nails done for that last 3 years and have never had a worst experience. had never tried this place before and gave it a good shot.i got a full set of gel maybe a week and a half ago .i was kinda skeptical because two different girls came in saying they got there nails done days ago and their nails were literally crumbling. I broke two on the first day and the rest were hanging on by a thread after a week and a half. I went back to same place to get them fixed and they told me to Come back in 30, but when i did,they passed me up for a full set walk-in because i was only getting two nails fixed. I finally took the nails off and they are disgusting. I'm pretty positive they aren't cleaning thier tools or thier work spaces because I have two of the biggest infections under my nails. all that stress! for 50$! ill save my money next time.truly disappointed never coming in again. Update:I got a doctors note and went back to request a refund and was told that "it wasn't an infection " and that "the top of my nail was dirty" I asked if they wanted to see my doctors note or pictures and they screamed at me "they didn't want to see anything" and trying to convince me that "my nail must have been like that when I cane in and walked away like the conversation was over? what the fuck. highly recommend you close ,it's really that bad. read more

DO NOT GO TO HERE! I went for a manicure and pedicure. I was getting a pedicure and a man came to give me a manicure across my lap - no table, just my hands in the air! He cut my cuticles THREE times. Never said "I'm sorry", just put polish over the bleeding skin. I told him I wanted clear polish, so he only put on base and top coat - no polish! The girl giving me a pedicure, put so much polish on that it ran over the side of my nails on my toes. She didn't apply a clear top coat. Probably a good thing. I went In with my friend as a spur of the moment decision. I have been getting my nails done for about two years and know what is acceptable and what is not. I'm not sure of his name but it was the young guy in the second desk that did my nails and he missed the Fill on my left pointer finger and he forgot to file the gel polish off of my left pinky finger and each time I pointed it out that he had forgotten to do it his exact words were "oh shit" on my right thumb near the tip there was a big gel polish bubble and it was super bumpy. The edges of almost all of my nails are super jagged and sharp. The tips of my nails didn't get any nail polish at all. And my middle finger on my left hand is all bumpy in the acrylic because I had a crack in it and he tried to repair it by just slapping more acrylic on the top. He charge me $30 and I did not tip. Another thing I found pretty annoying was when I walked in to ask if they could take two walk-in fills and they said yes. I waited 1 hr before they were able to help me and I was late to an appointment I had. And when he filled them he did not fill them close to my cuticles at all nor did they offer to push back my cuticles. Overall not happy at all with this nail salon and I'm going to go see if I can get my money back because I have to go to my normal salon to get them fixed because they are so bad. It's hard for me to even give them one star because they dont deserve it . And mind you I went in on Wednesday around 3:30 pm. UPDATE: So I went into see if I could get a refund I was very calm did not raise my voice one time. The owner of the salon was yelling and cursing at me. In the end I did not get a refund and just told him I never be coming back. Definitely by far the worst I've ever been treated at the salon. read more

(Don't judge just based on the other reviews!!) I love this salon, I am a regular here for my spa pedicures and love their work! I finally decided today to get a gel manicure with them! Once I walked in I was helped. He asked me for my color. Once I decided on it, I told him I wanted a simple design and he said okay! Watching him do my nails I was very happy with because he didn't rush and was thorough with the paint and clean up of my nails. I could tell he was looking at the details and making sure the job looked well done. Overall very happy, just wish they would try and converse with you more often!! : ) read more

I finally found a nail salon!!!! This place is great. Vicky did my pedicure which was about 60 minutes and amazing. They also offer wax which was also great. After the "covid shut down" it was nice to finally get a long awaited pedicure and get my eyebrows done! They sanitized chairs, basins, tables and wore masks and glove. Went for a pedicure. Quickest pedicure I've ever had. I chose my color, had it painted on within the 10 minutes I was massaged and rinsed in the chair. I looked at my toes and HALF my nails were missed completely cause my toe nails were too small. Uneven coats of the polish also made it dry with a weird texture. 2 stars cause it was clean and we were greeted when we walked in. read more
