I had appointment at two I got thier early the woman who did my pedicure was great she always great, the lady who was doing my nail right in the middle got up took her stuff never said a word, and went and did a pedicure thier was a family of five that came in for pedicures I told the lady doing my toes , I didn't want this foil with chemicals sitting on my nails so she came back took off foil said u guy sit in my station when I was done with pedicure and she would finish no sorry or do u mind , when she got done with my nails thier full of bubbles I/2 square nails 1/2 oval ? I made an appointment on Valentine's Day over the phone for a standard pedicure and a gel manicure! When I arrived for my appointment, they had friendly staff to greet me and seat me in my pedicure chair. They were able to do my mani & pedi at the same time, as I requested when I made my appointment. Lisa did my pedicure and Ron did my manicure. They were both attentive, gentle, and very sweet. It's clean and bright. They were able to get me and my two daughters in quickly. I asked for pedicures and manicures for all of us but they only didn't color for both my girls. My daughter was disappointed but I promised her to communicate better next time. I asked for a very detailed design and wondered if they had anyone who could do it. The gentleman working on my toes took my phone to the back to confirm. The nail tech who did my nails styled and painted them just fine but was not able to deliver the design. I really can't speak much on nails or creativity because I did not have that work done while visiting down here from Oregon. I can say that my sister and daughter were happy with their manicures. I had my first pedicure in over 15 years. Now, back home in Oregon, I live a forested life. Rarely even wear shoes out there. So imagine my feet... think barnacles stuck to the side of an oil tanker. I also pull 13 hour shifts in a hot restaurant kitchen. So, I've built up enough scar tissue and calluses to do a hot coal walk with no pain. The lady that helped me managed not to break a sweat but I could see her muscles working. She was determined to get my feet looking to as close to healthy as she could. She often checked on my comfort level as well. I meant a lot to me that she was not judgemental and just worked hard at it. My feet look and feel better than they have in years. So, if you are pedicure shy this is a great place to go. I do not have a tan, I rarely even shave my legs. I live in the middle of nowhere for crying out loud and the deer don't care. She was totally awesome. Prices are good for the area and you can get nails and pedi done at the same time if you are in a hurry. Unfortunately my experience at glossy nails was not a good one. These pictures are taken right after I got my mani pedi. I got polish on my toes and acrylic powder on my nails. I was moved into three different chairs and two different techs. The last tech was so distracted with phone calls and other people talking to him that he filed my finger and made me bleed. The polish on my toes and the acrylic look grown out and awful. I wish it was a better experience but I will not be coming back. 2 stars because my sister's toes came out nice. Maybe I just got unlucky. read more

I took my niece to this nail salon today and I have to tell you, we both got pedicures, and my nine year old niece, got a manicure, and it was the worst ever. My niece's manicure They said they couldn't paint flowers on her nails. So they put stickers on them and her fingers, all the stickers were standing up at dinner time., 2 hours later, they were not gonna last for her 1st day of school. I was really disappointed. I got pedicure, that had the hot stones and everything and my feet are roughu I meed to remove the calluses, like they were never smoothed out from the pedicure and my feet are not rough at all i do them 3 ×s week. I'm very disappointed I will never ever go there again, but my niece doesn't know any better. She Enjoyed the treatment and that's what was important is that she felt like a princess. They don't have kids pedicurestations.. I don't live in Eldorado hills. I live in Carmichael i go to jk nails and they are the bomb. And I went to a new place for pedicure, I will never do that again. I still feel like I need a pedicure, except my toenails are polished pretty! ‍to bad my 9 yrl neice got a raw deal! I used to go to another business almost in the same lot, however, after having my cuticles cut every time and my nails never living up to par, I decided to try Glossy Nails. I must say I absolutely love this place. Mindy has been doing my nails fills for around 4-5 months every 2-3 weeks. I have never left this salon disappointed with her quality of work. I 1000% would recommend Mindy for anyone wanting a full set or a fill. She is one of the one nail techs that has remembered me and been more than accommodating when I need a fill on short notice. Had the best experience at this nail salon! Mindy is amazing at shaping nails, puts a lot of care into painting, and gave a great hand and arm massage at the end. I especially love that they give you a "10 day warranty" card for gel nails - they'll fix any chips that might happen after you leave the salon within 10 days, and it's free! Manicure. Quality and vibe is okay. Price is reasonable but your time is not valued. The place is clean and organized. On time for appointment but had to wait 20-30 minutes. An hour manicure turned into 2 hours and 30 minutes because my tech also had to constantly pause the work to take incoming phone calls. Most recent manicure was not done well - nails polish residue on my cuticles. But I will go back one more time for another chance. I hope service will be improved. read more

Went in for a dark red gel manicure and had to try three different colors because none of them matched the sample nail. I mean way off. Even the guy who worked there agreed it was weird. I think they added too much acetone to the colors trying to get more use out of them and it changed the color drastically. I left the color I didn't love but the manicure was OK. read more

Easily worth a 5 star rating!! Decided to try this place and I'm really happy I did. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I was immediately taken to a chair for my gel pedicure and I appreciated not having to wait. Tina did a great job on my toes and took the time to get rid of my ingrowns. I even had my eyebrows waxed and they look great.
