Horrible experience. I had a gel pedicure done. The lady that was doing my nails struggled, redoing my big toes several times. Nail polish was running over onto my skin, it was uneven and she cut my toe nails to be different sizes. The worst part, it's white so it's really noticeable. Never had an experience this bad before. Would not recommend this place or come back here again. Will have to go to another place tomorrow to get it fixed because I have a Mother's Day photo shoot this weekend. read more

This is the best gel manicure I have ever had. The paint job was impeccable. My polish usually starts chipping or peeling a few days in, and certainly no more than a week, I'm at two weeks and still looks great without any chipping or peeling. I would give the pedicure 4 stars, it doesn't quite live up to the other pedicures in the area. Especially choosing a more expensive package that includes callous removal and there not really removing callouses, just barely going over with a pumice stone. read more

I initially came in for an ultimate pedicure and head spa treatment. After being told the color I picked was cat eye and would be $30 in addition to my $55 pedicure I opted to take my head spa business elsewhere were. I totally understand gel is more and I can possibly see an extra $5 (maybe) for cat eye. Keep in mind this is not a design and takes very little extra time. I also was not asked which scent I wanted and would not have chosen Lavender, which I was given, also he BARELY went over calluses! The massage my five year old granddaughter would have given more pressure. Waste of time. Honestly would give 2.5 if that was an option. Had a wonderful pedicure by Dina at Corner Nails and Spa located 1360 E Natoma Street Ste 120. This is the same center with Goodwill. The owner Lisa Tran has many years of experience and took over Royal Nails. She has cleaned up, painted, all new pedi spas and manicure tables and chairs. It's bright, it's uber clean and it's inviting. The new signage is not street side due to the lax responses from the property owner. So the royal nails sign is still up. Made an appointment for 7 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. Let them know the 4 of us wanted to get pedicures at the same time as part of a birthday celebration. They sat us all in the chairs but only 3 workers came over, the other 3 workers took other customers, during our appointment time. 1 girl in our party didn't get acknowledged until the 3 of us were half way done with our pedicures so she declined services, to prevent being there for 40+ minutes after the rest of us finished. If an appointment is made, everyone included in that appointment should be seen at the same time & prioritized over walk-ins or double bookings. read more

I don't like the vibe, the customer service is not worth the price. Unfortunate because it had potential. My nail technician was polite and did a nice job but not worth the experience. I booked a 3:30 appointment and as I sit here writing my review my daughter is still getting her nails done at 5:40, we would have been done with our appointment. But instead of finishing our nails at the same time they bumped my daughter out of her seat before she was done and slid her in her pedi chai, however we came in together and when they did that I thought wow she finished before me! Nope they pushed another appointment in front of my daughters. Left her nails undone, she had a pedi solo not with me like we planned then sat and watched me with her nails not completed whiled the technician worked away on some other client that took priority for some reason. Super rude! So my daughter was done with her pedi and sat and watched me, then I'm all done sitting her while she works away on my daughters nails and I'm so frustrated with this experience that I'm leaving a review to let people know that is possible they can have the same experience. Not good customer service at all! ( ( Thank you for replying)) We are happy with our nails we just wished that we would have been given this information during our appointment and not after and your details don't seem to match up with my personal experience. I believe that people are reading the reviews to get an impression of what the customer's personal experience was like. I suggest amending the situation for customers be the priority over excuses in the future. I'll add a star because the nails did come out nice. read more
