Pretty happy with this little nail spot! The lady at the desk was so nice helpful great suggestions...Really attentive. The lady that helped me was an older woman. Very nice and did a good job. She added oil at the end and gave me a quick little hand massage to rub it in, which was nice. I only wish she would have added glue to the underside of my nails since it was a fill. My old place always did that and it really helped them stay on nicely. My thumb started separating within a couple days and that would've solved it. I added glue and it's fine now a week out. Price was $50 for an American manicure fill. Was $65 at my last place in ADH so I was pleased. read more

I came here in September of 2024 (sorry for the late review.. this has been marinating since I've experienced other salons) and the treatment was horrible! :( We came in as a group of three- my mom, myself, and one of my friends. I will note that it was pretty much empty in the salon. Nina served both my mom and my friend. Because she didn't want to be bothered with doing designs on my nails, I was unable to get the set to look how I wanted. She apologized and said she would be busy with the other two people in my group. The man that did my nails could not do designs, so he just used stickers. He also apologized, as he knew it ended up nothing like how I wanted. I also vaguely remember Nina asking me if my mother would even be able to afford the designs for the two of us.. she'd been doing my mom's nails for a few years, and was familiar with her. Even if my mother was struggling with money, making a joke like that made me uncomfortable and I didn't feel welcomed at all in the salon. Not only that, the economy has been pretty hard on the majority of Americans, so this came off as very privileged and tone-deaf to me. Nails are fun! Nobody should feel 'too broke' to doll themselves up. I got the set fixed a few days later at a different salon because I didn't want to complain to them in person. If we came too close to when the place closed, she should have just told me that, instead of changing what I wanted because she didn't feel like painting my nails. An employee came out to my car and OPENED MY CAR DOOR to tell me to go inside now. Both my friend's and my nails came off within a week (both full sets). Gel polish is clumped snd bubbling from inconsistent application. Shape was completely lopsided. I'm pretty easy going but my bails had to be cut off two days later as one slip due to bad shaping. Just moved to the area. Went to another salon down in Folsom and wasn't very impressed by them as they didn't have good nail color choices and the polish was a little sloppy. Saw the reviews for Nina's which is much closer to my house and thought I'd give it a try today. Very happy that I did. I have been there 3 times , the " gals" have all been present good. However, the owner sat me down in her chair, and she proceeded to be aggressiveand rude. (Long story, sorry) Had an appointment for a mani pedi (mind you I had called over a week in advanced to make this appointment) they took in so many walk ins, that they didn't have enough nail techs to work on these people. DO NOT COME HERE I went here a couple days ago and I had a pattern I wanted to do so I showed the lady before we even got started and she said yeah that's fine i can do it. As she is putting on the acrylics I said I don't want it super long can I have it a bit shorter and she says no. Like straight up says no. So I was like um ok so then I ask for the nails more rounded. She says no again. I was very confused. I'm paying this woman to do my nails how I want and she says no. Then we get to the pattern. I pull out my phone and show her the same photo I did at the beginning and she say put it away. EXCUSE ME? I said this is the pattern I want and she's says well I might not have the colours so I picked out two colours and told her how I wanted the pattern to be on my nails.
