This has been my go-to nail spot for at least 10 years now. It's like two minutes away from my house and they've always been kind to me. This last time, though I feel like they were a little bit rough with me and for some reason, my fingers kind of ached almost for like a day or two after the visit. Also, as you can see in the picture, they cut my big toe really short. It's not because it was short when I went in. It was extremely long actually but they cut it literally as short as they possibly could, but besides that I've never really had any problems with them so it's probably just a fluke. read more

I was seated right away and taken care instantly. The staff are so generous and kind! They offered me a water and even remembered my name as I left. I typically get dip manicures, and I feel like they do a great job shaping them, as they are never too bulky. The nail salon is very relaxed and has a wonderful vibe to it! I am very upset with my set. I came in with my sister to get a nail fixed, filled and repainted. First of all, The way the woman removed my nail she literally ripped it off with another acrylic tip instead of soaking it and I do have pretty soft nails I was upset that she removed it that way. Secondly she did my nails so thick that my middle finger snapped just from patting my brother's chest . The design was really cute and done well but The actual acrylic was so thick they looked like cheap press on nails. Recently I went to go and get them fixed at another place which they did an amazing job; as I stated earlier, I went in to tips& toes to get my index finger fixed But today That nail that I had gotten fixed at that salon snapped And come to find out she put the acrylic tip so close to the edge of my nail that the weight of my tiny backpack was able to snap it off completely. Even though that nail Is shorter than the rest. She still put it on the very edge of my nail giving it no support . My sister who ended up getting her nails done as well with a fill and manicure. They ended up shaping her nails really badly and then they nicked her thumb and then just painted over the blood and the wound. Not only did they take an extremely long time to finish my sisters nails ( our appointment was at 4:30. We were there until closing at seven) But they didn't even clean up or sanitize their tools after they were done. They just closed. Not to mention they were using their tools for random tasks like the nail scraping tools they were using for unclogging drains and undoing the drains and the technician even switched tools between my sister and I But continued to use them on us. When we paid they asked for cash which I thought was odd... All in all, I'm extremely disappointed with the salon and I would not recommend going. As time goes on I keep finding things wrong with my set. Once that nail snapped I was absolutely livid. Not even for a basic manicure because I think they're unsanitary let alone poor manicurists... read more

I was there Sunday. The polish was separated which caused concern. I understand that they don't have their normal clientele but at least shake the bottles. I knew I was in trouble when the top coat was diluted with Acetone to thin it out. I have showered, yes, no reason for my polish to come off in 2 days. Especially for $20. I come from East Coast where a manicure costs $12-$18 and lasts a full week. This polish has faded and worn (not chipped) in 4 days. read more

The technician was a good conversationalist and all but my fingers really took a beating. He made me bleed on 4 fingers, 2 were really getting some intense blood and it stung. Even though they were bleeding he didn't stop to ask if I was okay and just kept going. He filed my nails down much shorter than requested as well. My nail technician was shaky, so I don't think she could control where she put the polish well. She did fine on my regular pedicure, but gel polish is not her skill set. I wanted to try dip powder for my first time, and I was extremely disappointed. After sitting in the chair for an hour and a half, I left with bleeding cuticles, and hangnails. Although I paid for a manicure, cuticles were never cut, and then they were ripped and bleeding excessively. The owner did my nails and ended up putting gel polish over the powder to try to make it look better. Extremely disappointed with this experience as tips and toes has been a location ive gone to since 2010 and I probably won't be back. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! High pressure up selling and they won't take no for an answer. I went in. For a gel mani and pedi and a gel mani for my daughter. They over charged me and told me I could not do gel but some powder dip. But once they got to my toes they did gel...fingers and toes do not match and when I was done they charged me $110. For two mains and a pedi! Seriously? Will NEVER go back. FYI they charge extra for everything even to cut your Cuticles....ummm isn't that included in the manicure? Not at this place and they literally cut my cuticle and all around my fingernail bed. Totally rough horrible service and a major rip off! I leave For vacation this morning my toes don't match and after spending that much I cannot justify spending more to get it fixed. read more
