First time her. I didn't have an appointment and was told it'd be 30 min. No problem. Ran a quick area and came back 30 minutes later and was helped right away. I thought the place was much newer because it was immaculate which I appreciate greatly. But they have been there 20 years! There are two ladies a couple seats over getting a pedicure that were very loud in conversation which took away from the relaxation of the massage chair and the experience but that is no fault of the salon. Loved that I was able to pay with Venmo also! I have lived here a little over a year and wish I knew about this place sooner.

Nail rescue! I stopped in after another salon turned my St Patrick Nail into a pot leaf instead of shamrock. They were able to fix it immediately and i was in and out of there to continue my shenanigans! I've been going back for a fill and pedicure ever since. They have ample staff and can usually always accommodate. Starbucks is across the street to so nice to grab a cup of joe before getting a pedi!

Still happy with my nails. Kevin did my nails for New Years. I showed him a pic and he recreated it on me. Love my holiday nails!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone ...I had chunky nails that were supposed to be ombré but weren't even blended and then when I soaked my nails and took them off they left my nails so damaged , he glued me skin and didn't use nail strengthener before. I don't even have photos of the actual acrylics because they were so embarrassing I didn't even show them off . So here's the after....even after I soaked them off still left them damaged and in pain

I was nearby shopping and decided to get my nails done here because my friend was going to get her nails filled. I usually do gel but my friend convinced me to try a full set. it was a very good decision indeed! Everyone is so friendly here, I felt very welcomed and warm. The store is very clean. I am a biggy on being clean. Decor makes the place very warm, it's not over dramatic neither too much going on, just right. The nail technician asked me what shape I wanted and I decided to do the coffin shape. I am in love with my color and shape. The nails fiberglass are not too thickly applied like I have experienced before. I am so ooooo happy!!! Thank you fingertips! I will be back every time I want a full set or fill done. Also, they have a wide selection of gels if you love gel! Over 200 colors! !! Big plus!!!! Students!! 15% off with i.d.!! That is just way too awesome.

The service is good, the staff is friendly. The issue is with the actual skill of the technician. I got a dip powder manicure. I asked for a pointed shape but my nails were all over the place. Their nail shaping skill is really bad. After the dip powder went on, they barely fixed the shape and my nails have random bumps of product. They didn't clean off my skin with acetone so there's some left over polish on my cuticle. This was $40 and honestly I wouldn't recommend this place.

View from the pedicure chair. The sterilizer/disinfector looked a little like a child's toy

I visited Fingertips Nail Salon about a month and a half ago with my mother. Our experience was pretty good. All the ladies were very friendly and my pedicure looked very nice. When we arrived at the salon, I think it was 20 minutes or so from their closing time, but they still graciously accepted our business. At the time, all of the ladies were working with other customers, but one started running water in the pedicure chairs, so we were able to sit down and relax. We waited a few minutes and played with the massage chairs until the ladies were free. My pedicure was very effective. My pedicurist gave me a nice massage, cut my nails, and got rid of a good amount of dead skin. She also took a stab (pun intended) at my ingrown toenail. Although it was a little painful, she was able to fix it up pretty well, and I haven't had any trouble with it since. The pedicure looked very nice and smooth, and it has still barely chipped a month and a half later. The only issue I had, was that I developed an infection in another toe. It pussed out a little bit every day for the next week or so. The location was very nice and had at least 5 manicure tables and 5 pedicure chairs. It also had plenty of colors to choose from, although I brought my own. Also, the prices seemed to be on par with most other manicure/pedicure places in Folsom. There's a good chance I will be back.

Being a guy I have never set foot into a nail salon but after 3 years of constant insults from my girlfriend on how nasty my fingers looked I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did! I thought it would be awkward but it was a very good experience. I got a manicure followed by a hot towel rub and a relaxing arm and hand massage. It was a good way to wind down on a lazy Sunday. She also told me how to prevent from getting hang nails! I'll definitely be coming back. They had a friendly staff and my cuticles look great!

I went here today with a friend of mine that is way more accustomed to getting her nails done than me--I had my last manicure 8 years ago! Anyway, it was Sunday--pretty constant stream of customers--but, they had enough staff to take walk-ins without much waiting, if at all. We didn't have any wait! We both got a mani/pedi. Mine was less since I just went with the basic pedi and the basic mani--total for me was $40--her's was $50 because she got the gel nails--she swears by that, said they last 2-3 weeks! The staff was friendly and listened to what we wanted--picking out the polish felt rushed to me, but, can't expect to have all the time in the world without an appt. Overall, it was a good exp--the place was clean--their prices might not be the cheapest in town? but, I would gladly pay more to know things are kosher hygiene-wise.

    Bad full set of nails.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE (unless Kevin is doing your nails). I never leave Yelp reviews (I believe this is my first one) but I'm so upset and annoyed with my past few experiences there. I typically like to give every place or service a chance and I continued to go back (I know, I shouldn't have). Last time I got a a full set from Kevin my nails were the best I've ever seen them so this review does not count his work because he does a wonderful job and takes his time. There's one woman in particular and I can't remember her name but her area is right behind the front desk, avoid or ask for someone else if you can! She was coughing the whole time and ALWAYS cuts my nails too short when I ask to leave them long... On top of that, my nails are always uneven, glue in on my hands and fingers and nail polish is always on my fingers too. Never does my cuticles or cares for my nails. While watching her she just does everything super carelessly and sloppy. Now they decide to charge you extra for doing a mail shape?! (I chose a round nail shape, apparently that costs extra now). I was kind every-time (even left a small tip because I feel bad but never again!) If you genuinely care about getting what you pay for avoid this place (unless you make an appointment with Kevin). ALSO, the lotion they use on your hands, DONT DO IT unless you want to wash your hands 8 different times with 3 different soaps to scrub off the awful smell.. I should have saved my $50, I will not be coming back here again..

I've been going here for years and still love their work!!! I've gone to a few other nail shops but always come back here cause of their quality and customer service!!!

For this review - I want to shout out their pick up service. I did an online order and got it curbside about an hour later! And my order was perfect.

Move your service to a pharmacy where the pharmacists stay within the guidelines of their license…read moreand not try to diagnose and override the physician... recommend finding another pharmacy. In all the years I've worked in the medical profession, the pharmacist I dealt at Walgreens overstepped. He made an error on the prescription provided by my physician. He did not apply a refill to my record and then stated that HE would "decide or another pharmacist would decide whether they thought my medical issue still existed for that refill of antibiotic". I mentioned to him that a Pharmacist cannot diagnose. He then rebutted by stating that "they can call the physician then to see if he wanted it filled". Huh? Well.. here's a clue.. the physician wrote it for a refill purposefully, with intent. I think this pharmacist was attempting to distract from the error he made on my prescription. I then called his manager who was also a pharmacist. I asked her how she felt about the pharmacist she was managing telling me "he would decide if I still needed the refill of antibiotic". She, stated that a pharmacist can decide if they feel comfortable refilling a prescription. Hmmm .. it's antibiotic lol. Anyhow, I will be reporting this to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists cannot diagnose and that is exactly what he stated he was going to do in order to provide a refill for antibiotic. It appears Walgreens pharmacists are a way too entitled by trying to diagnose and play phisician. Generally if a pharmacist works at Walgreens they are new to the field or can't get a job elsewhere. It appears this is the case.
