Most amazing Tender taking care making you feel relaxed and doing a wonderful job on your feet. The best shop I have been to in a long time.

I stopped in on a weekday without an appointment and was taken back right away -- no waiting around. They offered me something to drink, and then two technicians worked on my hands and feet at the same time, which was a lifesaver since I was on a tight schedule that day. The salon itself is spotless, and the decor, music, and TVs all make it easy to settle in and relax. The technicians were knowledgeable, communicative, and exceedingly kind, and the work they did was wonderful. Highly recommend Paris Nail and Head Spa. I'd go back anytime. read more

My hubby and I had appointments scheduled for pedicures. We decided to get the Basic, which is $35, $10 extra for gel polish. My hubby got clear polish and his nail lady did an excellent job exfoliating his feet and a relaxing massage with lotion and hot towel! I'm telling you, they transformed his feet! I chose a vampire inspired dark red glitter, because it was giving spooky vibes! My nail artist Michelle used DND Gel Red Carpet #548. I loved the really nice massage with lotion and hot towel! Not to mention massage chairs! I thought the polish was decently distributed. This small business, located in Folsom CA specializes in scalp treatments we really want to try and nails! Staff are very friendly, beautiful salon and prices are very reasonable! They offered free drinks and even a pack of One One Mongolia Rice Crackers to keep our tot busy! Looking forward to returning! 4/5 stars! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Bonjour by Jeff Kale read more

My bestie and I discovered this place coming out of the dmv and decided to check it out. One of the technicians Jade greeted us and we both signed up. Have been here a few times and was happy with manicure. Last 2 visits I had an appointment with a certain nail tech and both times my appointment was given to another customer without any explanation. Jade worked on my nails. I had old clear nail polish that she didn't remove-she painted right over them. When I questioned her, all she said was "Don't worry, don't worry." I paid with cash and was going to give her a tip but she decided to keep the change without even asking me. That woman has a lot of nerve. She is extremely arrogant and entitled. Very disappointed with her and with this nail salon. read more

Had such a lovely service here, I came back a couple days later to treat my mom. We each got pedicures ($35-$55) depending on your service. Gel polish upgrade $10. Complimentary glass of wine with your service and lots of snacks to choose from as well. I got the $45 volcano pedicure which included a hot stone rub and massage. I had to get a nail fixed with acrylic but it was only an additional $5 which was nice. Very service oriented and want to make sure you're happy. I felt taken care of and pampered. Thank you Paris Nail! Will be back with my sister next time read more

I have gotten a Head Spa experience here as well as a Gel Builder Fill and a Bomb Pedicure. I loved the head spa, it was the first I have ever tried & I would definitely do it again if I am in need of some pampering. A bit of a high price tag but I would say it's worth it every once in a while. The Gel Builder set was good & I am happy with the way they look but unfortunately within 2 hours one of my nails cracked. The staff is super friendly and accommodating so I am sure they will have no problem fixing it for me but it is still inconvenient that there was damage so quickly. The pedicure was satisfactory, no complaints about that. They also have complimentary beverages and snacks so that's a great added detail. read more

I've come here before for a pedicure and quite enjoyed it and thought I'd give it a try since I was at the DMV and needed my dip nails redone for the next set. I requested dip nails and then was told I should do Builder Gel or Gel X. I agreed and asked if they were strong like powder because I am very hard on my hands. They said they were. Well no short than 2 days later a nail already started to peel I called them and asked to come in on a Monday since they were closed on Sunday to have the builder gel removed and put dip on. The gentleman agreed, then when I showed up on Monday the tech Jade simply glued the pretty aggressively chipped gel nail back with nail glue, filed my nail edges back and then said some back in two weeks. This leads us to today. I am only ONE week post nail appt and I have FOUR completely chipped nails and my real nails are so thin because she sanded them down so much. I basically need to remove all of them now and have them breathe and heal before I can resume my dip nails. All prior to my upcoming birthday. Pretty shitty. read more

Poor massage, toenail issue after she dug into my supposed ingrown toenail (hurt more afterwards) and charged me 3% for using a credit card.

I have been going to Paris nail Spa since they opened and they continue to have the best service ! They are reasonably priced and what's more important is that they are VERY CLEAN which is important to me. I'm a licensed esthetician and the importance of sanitation was ingrained in me while I was in school so whenever I go to any Beauty services that is the first thing I look for. I've been to many nail salons and Paris Nail Spa is by far the best read more

This is my first yelp review ever. I have worked in the service industry 10yrs & I have been getting my nails done for that same amount of time. I am a great tipper, even when service is bad. As someone who has relied on tips for a living I understand & it's a habit. Especially nail ladies I am so appreciative of the work they do. That being said, I really wanted to like this spot, it's right up the street from my home, they close late, the prices are reasonable, the owner is from the same place I am in the Bay Area, he seemed like a great guy, the place is clean. I guess the only problem I had was the service. I have been here about 3/4 times. I always feel like I'm being rushed out of there. 1 of the ladies was so rough with me one of those times, she seems to be in charge when the owner is not there. It's not a pleasant vibe the times I have been there. This was my last attempt. What a bummer, I was highly interested in their hair spa treatment. My search will continue for the right nail salon. So far Ombre nails + Nail Resort have passed my expectations. Although a bit more pricey it's honestly worth it than coming out of a nail salon frustrated, the ladies there are welcoming and overall their work and service makes it all the worthwhile. read more

This place is amazing. Glad to have this spot across from Sutter Middle while waiting for my child To get out of school. It's next door to the DMV, And best of all, the level of service and the new gel-x Which I opted for as it's the healthier alternative than acrylics! This is nearly 3 Weeks old and my nails Still look fresh and beautiful. Some salons in the area are clueless about gel-x. Look no further, Paris Nails has them! Ask for Jade. Thank you!! read more

I have been coming to Paris Nails Salon since the inception in 2022 I believe , very friendly staff with great skill. I would normally come in for a pedi and end up with the GelX just because Jade does great work. her husband, Dennis is hilarious and makes the experience even more enjoyable. I've never had issues with service or results of my nails, they have always done an exceptional job, and I'm very picky about my nails. I would recommend 10/10, For those concerned about the English translation, if it's explained kindly they are on it! Through and Through every hire is genuine and thorough with their work. Very good people with a skilled and friendly staff. read more

They are very hospitable! 10/10 would recommend this salon. read more

Very slow day and I am the only one in there. I haven't got my nails done in a while so I was looking for a mani/pedi to relax. It was an uncomfortable experience. Rushed, all the filing was fast and rough. I was cut too. But the worst was the uneven nail filing and rough paint job. It's sucks to leave to know I could've don't a better job. I paid and left, I didn't want to be there anymore. read more

Just found this spa in Folsom and it was wonderful. I totally spoiled myself from A to Z with a pedicure, manicure and a service I had for the first time, a shampoo relaxation and facial massage. I thought I was in heaven, Jade did such an awesome job. Everyone is very professional and the spa is very elegant, even serving wine, snacks and coffee, I felt like I was royalty the way she treated me. The prices are very good and I will definitely be back. read more

Great customer service & liked the quality of the pedicure. Nice vibe with a free beverage.

I just had a wonderful experience here. I decided to come based on the recommendations I saw online, and I was not disappointed. The salon is VERY clean and doesn't smell like a typical nail salon. The environment is very calming, and they have such nice complimentary treats, from sodas, coffees, and wine, as well as chips. It's a little more pricey than I'm used to, but it's well worth it. I will cor sure come back. The woman that did my mani pedi was very meticulous and took her time with the massages - I hate when nail salons rush through the foot and hand massage. I'm glad I decided to take a chance on a new place. read more

The lady at the first desk was extremely rude. Other employees were nice and took their time.

Went in for a fill yesterday. I usually go around the corner but decided to give this new place a try. This place charges 12 more than the one around the corner for a fill, and while it's a lot fancier on the inside the work was awful. I knew it would be a problem when the technician told me "I know it my look like I don't know what I'm doing, but trust me I do" It literally took 2 hours for the fill. I've never had such a long fill in my life. She started painting my nails after one hour and 45 mins. Every nail is a different size to the one on the other hand. The polish is uneven on every finger. I was kind and left a 20% tip and walked out 55 dollars poorer and now need to go get them redone. I'm sure the girl doing my nails just started out and is practicing. Which I understand but don't charge full price and let clients know someone is new and a job that should take 45 mins would take 2 hours. It completely screwed up my afternoon plans as I spent way more time than I had planned for a quick fill. Maybe the other staff are better but at their elevated prices I'll stick with the place around the corner that's established and charges a lot less for higher quality work read more

I'm very disappointed I've heard nothing but great things about Paris nails however my experience was less then wonderful I called and made an appointment for the next day for a full set of ACRYLIC nails, which I went in I was very impressed with how clean and welcoming it was in the salon however after sitting down they put tips on and an uv glue then filed my nails and just painted them there was no acrylic involved at all overall they looked and were just as flimsy as the press on I can get at any store when I called back they stated they gave me gel x nails and that the tech spoke to me about doing this because it was better for my nails there was no mention of this at the appointment. I went back today to get my nails fixed and actually get the acrylic I asked for and the tech asked if I would like to keep the polish the same I asked if we could switch it to black she said okay and continued on. During both appointments the tech nicked and cut me multiple times. When I went to leave she told me that the polish change was going to cost me $20 dollars on top of the the original $50 I had already paid THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS WHEN SHE OFFERED ME A DIFFERENT COLOR! I'm beyond frustrated that I had to go two separate times and spend over two hours at the nail salon for the tech to over charge me cut me and not talk to me about my nails and I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone read more

I was very happy with the service that I received at Paris nails today. When I called for an appointment, they were able to get me in when I wanted to come in. Dennis greeted me and offered me something to drink, and made sure I was comfortable. The shop is a pretty setting with soothing, soft music. Misty did a wonderful job on my manicure. She took great care in making sure my nails were shaped exactly the way I wanted and that my cuticles were tidy. She painted my nails very carefully and made sure all the edges are just right. My feet felt wonderful after my pedicure, and my toenails are perfectly shaped and painted as well. I highly recommend Paris nails.
