I'm way overdue in writing this review, as I've been coming here for about five years, and it's always a great experience. Alice is a total pro, and does a great job every single time. I've had my lashes done a few times elsewhere over the years if I was out of town and couldn't get to Alice, and those sets never lasted *nearly* as long as Alice's do. Never a badly placed lash, never any irritation from the tape to my eyes, both sides are perfectly even and they last forever. Her prices are very fair for the quality of the work, and if you're a frequent flyer, then you get 50% off your eleventh service. I can't compare to other lash salons in the area, because I don't think you can improve on Alice's skills anywhere, so why even try? Alice has my business as long as we are anywhere in the area. read more

I love coming to Alice to get my lashes done! She's the best! My lashes are always pretty thick wispy by the time she's done with me and that's just how I love them! *updated response to owner: I talked to you twice, and another employee once. Each time it was never said that there was a deposit that could be transferred to the next appointment, each time I was told it was a $20 FEE that I'd have to pay for cancellation. When I got my Covid results and saw I was still sick and had to reschedule, I called before the 24 hour window. I do not believe the policy is fair when people are still sick and needing to reschedule again. I'd rather spend my energy somewhere else that values health and well-being rather than money. This place does great work, however the policies are ridiculous. I called to cancel within 24 hours because I was sick, they said they would charge me $20 fee. I told them I have Covid and it's outside of my control, would they prefer me to show up sick? With some back and forth, they agreed to reschedule for the next week without a fee. Well, I am still sick and called 48 hours in advance this time to again reschedule because I still have Covid. She said she'd be charging me a $20 fee and was upset that I'd cancel again, I told her I'm cancelling because I'm still sick and calling outside of the 24 hour window this time. She said that doesn't matter, the first reschedule was a courtesy. I told her I'm sick with Covid and I'll need to wait until I recover. She said I'm no longer allowed to make appointments because I do not respect the policy. They need to update their policy to allow for circumstances that are beyond a persons control, and for the better health of all clients. read more

Love this place! Alice is wonderfully talented and very personable. All of the staff are very professional, courteous, and gentle. I had seen several lash professionals at another salon before I discovered VIPink and I will never go anywhere else again! On my first visit to VIPink, Alice looked at my lash extensions and gave me a service recommendation that clearly took into consideration ways to keep my natural lashes healthy while wearing extensions. Since then, I been receiving lash extension services from Lily for over 4 months now. She has always taken great care to keep the natural lashes healthy during fills and she does absolutely beautiful work. I don't know how she did it, but Alice turned my lashes into full and natural looking eye-framing beauties! She uses such thin and lightweight extensions that they don't droop, and they actually stay on without itching or bothering me. My own natural lashes are much stronger and thicker than before I went to Alice. The salon is spotless and so clean. I've never had any problems with infections like I have had at other salons. I am very pale with blond eyebrows so I asked Alice to tint my eyebrows. Wow! What a difference. My eyes haven't looked so good in years! With the eyebrows and the lash extensions I don't need any makeup except for lipstick. Alice respects what I want done and she never tries to upsell me on products or procedures. She truly cares about her clients. She has never kept me waiting even one minute, ever. She seems to work every day. She gives clients a 5% discount for cash and you earn credit for your visits. First time coming here for a lash lift and tint the experience and results were great. Alice had a friendly demeanor and great customer service. Unfortunately, the second time I came for the lash lift, she wasn't very polite and was cold. The lashes turned out over processed and over curled resulting in shorter looking lashes that are not in unison. Reaching out to her the next day she said I needed to comb it out with oil. It's been a month and I've been combing them every night. They still look bad with one eye looking less full than the other which means some lashes may -have burnt off. I would leave 5, but my first visit I did not get the style I asked for. I asked for a natural look (long and whispy, almost like they are real). I got super thick, curled, "ghetto fab" ...is the only way I can describe it. The application was GREAT, but it was the opposite style from what I ask for and showed pictures of. ALICE removed them and applied a more natural look, she did an amazing job!!! I did have to come back in, but She completely redid them for free. They looked beautiful and she is very kind and professional. Fills are an extremely reasonable price if you're a regular. The location is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend, but ask for Alice, and make sure they know exactly what you're looking for. 2 pictures were the first application, after removing a A LOT of volume. I'm so happy I found ViPink!! I had only gotten lash extensions one other time prior and was hesitant to even do it again based on that experience, but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! Alice is highly skilled and really takes time and care to make sure you are pleased with the results. I get hybrid extensions and not only do they look amazing, but they are super comfortable too!! I have no idea what the salon I went to before used because it literally hurt my eyes, but ViPink uses quality products that feel very natural. The lady who helped me was as kind as could be. Not the problem. Perming half my lashes into a crooked knot on one side and into a ball on the other side, the day before traveling abroad WAS the problem. They were so horrifying I had to pay someone else another $100 to attempt to repair the damage she did. Even that wasn't really possible so I paid twice to have my lashes done and STILL had to walk around with my eyes looking like a freak for several weeks till all the perm wore off. I only wish I could get a refund for such a thing, but in some cases, once the damage is done, it's done. Lesson learned. Would not recommend for eyelash Lift/tint. Lashes curled so tight into a circle that had to fix them after leaving here. Didn't look natural or normal and because of the damage it took months for them to get back to their natural state. I had appointment scheduled for 1pm. I received a phone call at 12:08, fifty minutes before my appointment time. It was Alice. She told me she was at a drs appointment and would be running late, she asked me to come at 1:30. I agreed, even though it was cutting into my other appointments that day. I show up at 1:25. I sit down. No one greets me or even comes out. I wait! I can hear someone in the back eating, like a spoon hitting a bowl sound. So twenty five minutes pass. I am on a business call and someone comes from the back and shoves a cell phone in my face, no words just a cell phone. I tell them"i am on the phone". She walks away and still says nothing. I finish my call and i yell out, "is she coming or what?" I am very annoyed since i have been waiting almost thirty minutes. This non talking lady comes out from back and starts dialing cell phone. She hands me phone. Its Alice. Alice says "who is this?" I tell her my name and she asks, "do you have an appointment?" I say, "are you serious?" Now here she just called me and rescheduled and now she cant remember? I leave, i do not have time or energy for this b.s. i later get numerous calls from Alice stating she told me 5:30. But she did not because i had other appointments and would not of agreed to that time. She insisted her dr appointment made her 4 hrs late. She continued to text me even after i told her i would not be returning to her business. I finally blocked her number to stop being harassed! This is not the first time she has pulled this type of shenanigans. My friend had an appointment scheduled, showed up to find note on front door saying she wouldn't be back for weeks. No call, no cancellation, just a note on door. Horrible customer service! As for quality, so so. Only continued to go there because it was convenient and easy to book. I have noticed a lot less appointments are being booked, prob because of her horrible customer interactions! read more
