I had originally approached Jenna to treat my teenage son and daughter for acne. However Jenna didn't stop at just acne, she tailored an overall custom skincare routine for each kid, and her charges were consistent regardless of what how many methods were used to combat my kids various seasonal/hormonal changes. For example my daughter had some broken capillaries on her face, and she was able to resolve the issue within one visit, w/o any extra charges. My kids both have monthly visits with Jenna for almost a year now, and their skin can't thank her enough. Not to mention the skincare education she helps promote. Sometimes the mom sounds like a broken record. So it is good I have one less thing to nag the kids about. read more

I work in medicine and have been skeptical to try facials. I just had my second session and I kid you not, Jenna does wonders. My skin had at LEAST 50% improvement after my first signature facial (if not more). She individualizes the treatment, creates a relaxing environment including a cozy heated bed with blanket, and is not pushy to sell products. The result speaks for itself. I just had my first peel today and look forward to the result. Will continue to be a repeat for sure. read more

No more red‼ Stress from my momma's passing had my face break out every morning. Strange. Jenna did her thing and viola! No more red or dark circles or puffiness. 2 days later I'm still amazed For the ambiance & professionalism alone I have to go back. Calm soothing full of information for my needs. All that and friendly! Next time I'll take a selfie before/after of my face. read more

From beginning to end, the best experience in waxing I've ever had. She is an clearly an expert in her field, extremely knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions! The studio is cute, relaxing and clean. She pays attention to the little details that make what can be an uncomfortable situation when waxing a pleasant one. I look forward to having more work done and please don't second guess your decision to come here. Jenna is professional, educated, kind and down to earth. Couldn't be happier with my service done by her :) read more

My husband purcahsed me a facial certificate through groupon for her during Christmas. It expired in April but she still let me use it in July. That is not why she is getting five stars though. She was very knowledgable, friendly, cheerful and wasnt pushy about me trying to buy products. She gave me lots of good tips to keep my skin looking healthy and how to do it on my budget. I will be back for sure on a seasonal basis. I highly recommend her for your facial needs and skin care needs. read more

Skintime with Jenna is AMAZING! I had never gotten a wax before going to her 4 months ago. I was nervous and self conscious, and she has opened up a whole new world for me. She is highly educated, and her room and techniques are extremely clean. She offers so many different high-grade products to up keep the softness and cleanliness of you're skin while in-between waxes. Jenna has made my nerves go away, and every time I go back she is personable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality care when it comes to your skin! read more

WOWWWWW. EXCELLENT. STOP surfing the wax places at SkinTime with Jenna. Ive been to maybe 10 estheticians over 2 years and Jenna is the best. Very knowledgeable and informative. I get a few things waxed but manzillian is different everywhere. I was comfortable and she was thorough. Normally, my most painful "rips" are between belly button & equipment, plus arm pits. I don't know how she did it, but she didn't even make me flinch ! :-) This process can be very scarrry at first (I was) and hurt for 5 seconds on the first timers. But the short lived pain is worth the extended pleasure of not shaving. And the more ya go, the less hair keeps growing back. Just in case you are thinking about a beautiful lady working on a mans privates, she is professional so don't get any "funny" ideas. She is all business. SkinTime with Jenna. My final destination. Thank you =) =) =) read more

Jenna is simply the best. I've been getting waxed by her for almost 2 years now, and I've seriously never had a more enjoyable waxing experience. I drive out to Folsom (all the way from Rocklin) just to see her. Her studio is beyond cute - and she gives you gum to chew on and uses super soothing products. I love that she uses strips to really RIP the hair out around the bikini area, but then switches over to hard-wax when it comes to your more sensitive lady bits. She literally gets EVERY single hair. ALSO, if you want a killer facial - she's the best. My skin is flawless due to Jenna's expertise. If you're having any second thoughts....don't. You're in great hands!! read more

Jenna, I swore was the best ever..until I had a minor skin issue, which she completely forgot that I had discussed with her she had a problem with me because I had an issue with my hair, which was not her concern, but she gave me her two cents about it and even told me I was being negative..whoa, a mean comment to make to a customer.I will still go there for my facials, just not to her,she is very opinionated and there are other anestiticians I can go to.I will leave another yelp, because the owner is awesome. read more

First of all, I showed up a little late and she still took me, which was awesome. She didnt rush the appointment and was beyond knowledgeable, and gave me tons of tips to care for my skin. Talk to her for a few seconds about skincare and you can tell she knows what shes doing. Which is a good feeling, when shes waxing your cookie! Highly recommended! read more

Jenna is great! I had never been waxed, and she made me feel super comfortable and prepared me for what to expect. I was happy with the result, and am now a Brazilian convert. I would highly recommend Jenna! read more

I went to Jenna for a Manzilian. It was the first one I have ever done. I was very impressed of how professional Jenna was. She made the whole experience very relaxing and NOT awkward as you would assume something like this would go. I thought this was going to be a one time thing so when I asked my wife to have it done I could say I did it too. I would definitely do this again and already set up my next appointment. I highly recommend going to Jenna. If you are thinking about getting a Manzilian don't hesitate going to Jenna. read more

Going to Jenna has literally changed my life. It sounds like an exaggeration, but it is not. I literally got to a point where I could not shave my pubic area because the razors burn my skin so bad and Jenna has given me the most amazing wax. She makes you so comfortable and she doesn't incredible job and just takes such good care of you. She also gave me a skin treatment. I had a teenager tell me that my skin was glowing after she saw me and I have never felt better about the way that my face looks after struggling with acne for almost 30 years. I am seriously so grateful for the job that she doesn't do services that she offers. On top of being amazing at your job she is one of the most beautiful people you will ever meet. I think one of the most amazing things that we go to aesthetician and get the services done because we wanna feel better about ourselves and about the way that we work in about the way that we feel. Jenna makes that happen. read more

I met Jenna through a Groupon purchase for a Brazilian wax and was so pleased by her professionalism. During our consultation, she educated me about the best way to keep my skin looking it's best after a wax & she was honest with me it would be better if I waited another week before I used my Groupon. She wanted to make sure I would get the best results possible, she wasn't interested in making a quick buck & shooing me along. You can tell when you meet her she has a true passion for healthy skin & loves to share her knowledge with her clients. I go to her regularly now for my waxing but also for her relaxing facials; my skin feels incredible! I have had so many compliments on how healthy my skin looks. Jenna is informative but doesn't pressure you to buy her products, they speak for themselves with how soft and smooth your skin feels when she's done & your going to want the whole line! Go see her! You will leave your appointment relaxed and refreshed & looking amazing! My best Groupon purchase so far! read more

I only put 5 Stars because 500 was not an option! Jenna greeted us (my friend and I booked appointments together) on time and with a welcoming smile and hand shake. She was 110% professional in appearance and communication. Her spa room is very relaxing and inviting. I had a mini facial and brow wax and then added on a spray tan. Jenna explained everything so thoroughly! It was absolutely the BEST facial I have ever had. And I'm more educated about my skin today too. My brows are perfect and not too skinny! And, let me tell you, I was extremely nervous about the tan being orange. I've had plenty of spray tans and they all seem to go orange on me. Not today! It was also organic. I'm so happy!!! If you have skin, you need to go to Skintme with Jenna as soon as possible! Men too....She is incredible and so informative which was really nice. She told me everything she was applying, what it was and why she was using it. A breath of fresh air in this industry!!! 500 Stars, Jenna!!! God Bless you~ I'm a client for life. read more
