However Jenna didn't stop at just acne, she tailored an overall custom skincare routine for each kid, and her charges were consistent regardless of what how many methods were used to combat my kids various seasonal/hormonal changes. For example my daughter had some broken capillaries on her face, and she was able to resolve the issue within one visit, w/o any extra charges. My kids both have monthly visits with Jenna for almost a year now, and their skin can't thank her enough. Not to mention the skincare education she helps promote. She was very knowledgable, friendly, cheerful and wasnt pushy about me trying to buy products. She gave me lots of good tips to keep my skin looking healthy and how to do it on my budget. I get a few things waxed but manzillian is different everywhere. I was comfortable and she was thorough. Normally, my most painful "rips" are between belly button & equipment, plus arm pits. I don't know how she did it, but she didn't even make me flinch ! :-) This process can be very scarrry at first (I was) and hurt for 5 seconds on the first timers. But the short lived pain is worth the extended pleasure of not shaving. And the more ya go, the less hair keeps growing back. Jenna is simply the best. I've been getting waxed by her for almost 2 years now, and I've seriously never had a more enjoyable waxing experience. I drive out to Folsom (all the way from Rocklin) just to see her. Her studio is beyond cute - and she gives you gum to chew on and uses super soothing products. I love that she uses strips to really RIP the hair out around the bikini area, but then switches over to hard-wax when it comes to your more sensitive lady bits. She literally gets EVERY single hair. Jenna, I swore was the best ever..until I had a minor skin issue,which she completely forgot that I had discussed with her she had a problem with me because I had an issue with my hair,which was not her concern,but she gave me her two cents about it and even told me I was being negative..whoa, a mean comment to make to a customer.I will still go there for my facials, just not to her,she is very opinionated and there are other anestiticians I can go to.I will leave another yelp, because the owner is awesome. read more

Going to Jenna has literally changed my life. It sounds like an exaggeration, but it is not. I literally got to a point where I could not shave my pubic area because the razors burn my skin so bad and Jenna has given me the most amazing wax. She makes you so comfortable and she doesn't incredible job and just takes such good care of you. She also gave me a skin treatment. I met Jenna through a Groupon purchase for a Brazilian wax and was so pleased by her professionalism. During our consultation, she educated me about the best way to keep my skin looking it's best after a wax & she was honest with me it would be better if I waited another week before I used my Groupon. She wanted to make sure I would get the best results possible, she wasn't interested in making a quick buck & shooing me along. You can tell when you meet her she has a true passion for healthy skin & loves to share her knowledge with her clients. I only put 5 Stars because 500 was not an option! Jenna greeted us (my friend and I booked appointments together) on time and with a welcoming smile and hand shake. She was 110% professional in appearance and communication. Her spa room is very relaxing and inviting. I had a mini facial and brow wax and then added on a spray tan. Jenna explained everything so thoroughly! It was absolutely the BEST facial I have ever had. And I'm more educated about my skin today too. My brows are perfect and not too skinny! And, let me tell you, I was extremely nervous about the tan being orange. I've had plenty of spray tans and they all seem to go orange on me. Not today! It was also organic. I'm so happy!!! If you have skin, you need to go to Skintme with Jenna as soon as possible! Men too....She is incredible and so informative which was really nice.
