She did such a beautiful job, the lashes look natural, not too thick, and they feel super comfortable (no stinging or itching at all). I have doing lash extensions for more than 5 years and BK is professional, accommodating with last minute and unexpected changes and all around kind. She's quick but thorough. I've been to many different lash technicians - in my home, in a salon, at one of the franchise locations, in someone's home and I really like the location and accessibility. BK does a very consistent natural looking lash. She clearly has years of experience (unlike some you will find elsewhere). She doesn't load your lashes with m BTW, I was the client in her studio when the reviewer "Flo R." came in. BK was kind enough to take her last minute call (literally 1 hr before her appointment time) and to fit her in to her schedule to accommodate her. At the end of my appointment, I offered to help BK with a family travel emergency that arose that morning and I stayed after my appointment for about 5 minutes, not the exaggerated 45 minutes that Flo reported. She complained about a "towel" on the pillow (What?). BK's salon is always very clean and if Flo had any concerns about laying on a towel, she should have said something. Lot's of people feel empowered to complain from behind a keyboard. If Flo had issues/concerns, why not address her concerns with BK directly rather than leave and try to damage her professional reputation? Watch out other lash technicians - sometimes new clients should come with a "warning label". read more

BK is very sweet and you set your appointment by text, she is very flexible to varying schedules even going in early for me so I can get my lashes done before I go to work. I purchased full lashes and refills for my daughter and I in winter 2016 - she seemed very professional at first - but when we questioned why our lashes seemed cut and torn at the lash-line (once the lashes faded away) - she was unresponsive and claimed she had done nothing wrong. I had my lashes done for the first time at BK yesterday. The appointment was at 2:30 PM when she called me in. The client that had the lashes extensions done before me was still in the room supposedly helping her with some airline tickets. She kept asking me to lai down on the bed but she kept talking with the other person about airline tickets. I lay down and she started to cover my eyes with tape, the other lady was still there kept talking about those tickets for 45 minutes. After she left, all this time that i was laying there BK kept texting and reading messages on her phone. I was disappointed by the overall experience, not a professional environment and no respect for the clients privacy. When you lay down on the pillow was a towel that looked that was not changed, i don't want to lay my head on the same towel that previous people used. I cannot believe that someone could give BK Lashes just 1 star! I have been going to BK for a few years and let me tell you, I have been to many nail salons in Folsom and El Dorado Hills in search of a relaxing and professional experience, BK is 5 + STARS in my book!!!. BK is always happy to see me and is always on time! The salon suite is very clean and if there is a certain color polish you want and she doesn't have, she will get it for you.
