At no time was I told they could/would lift/peel off. This started happening on day 3. I could not come in b/c I was out of town. I told manicurist today what had happened. The stickers were completely off of 5 nails & chipped & peeled on the others. It was embarrassing when people looked at my nails! When I explained this to manicurist, there was no reaction. I brought it up more than once. When I went to check out, I explained prior problem to Ryan (who was not there when I arrived) & said I felt I should get a discount due to the poor job last time. He didn't acknowledge so I thought maybe he didn't understand what I was saying. I mentioned it again, as he sarcastically smiled at me, he responded, 'that's what happens w/stickers.' When my nails were being done last time, the stickers were lifting. She said it's ok. Well, it wasn't. I should have been told there was a risk of stickers lifting, but I was not told. I said I probably would not return, he smiled, very patronizing, as he handed me my receipt. I left completely disgusted! Additionally, I asked to have polish removed from toes & nails cut. I was shocked at charging $20 to take polish off of toes/trim nails for 6mins of service!
