This is kind of a no-frills location, a bit more basic but that's not necessarily bad, I do find that they can run on the more Spendy side but there's not too many nail salons in the area. I've only had one bad experience where a younger gentleman who seemed a bit inexperienced did my nails and like within two weeks four of them broke off, they were willing to fix them, without hesitation. Went in on Thursday April 2nd to get manicure and pedicure and this was my first time getting pretty nails with designs I've only ever had French tips before and they did an amazing job. Shout out to Leo for the amazing work on my nails I got them themed after my favorite helluva boss character named Beezlebub. Well, how can I express my dissatisfaction for apple nails? My husband went in two weeks ago and got a pedicure. The girl that did his pedicure penny, only massaged one like and didn't massage the other like the last few times we went there.He had a terrible service and was unhappy.We decided maybe we would give it another shot period the last time I went there.Leo did my nails and we filed them way too short.And he was very rushed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called Joe and asked what the descriptancy was about, she told me that they could not do my nails in 1 hour. Came in yesterday afternoon with my mom for a deluxe pedicure. The quality was simply not there. No attention to detail. The lady I had hardly filed my toenails, the man who did my mom's pedicure did not appear to trim her toenails at all. There was polish on her skin I had to ask to be removed politely. The time spent on callous removal was short and rushed, did not make any noticeable difference. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The last time we came in the man did my toes and I asked to have someone else this time and unfortunately nobody else was available so he had to do my mom's pedicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was hoping I had a one off experience with him last time but that is not the case.
